SAFETY
• The bed must not be used within a hospital.
• Opening or replacing electrical components may only be performed by suitably qualified person-
nel.
• If a fault occurs, all components must be disconnected and the mains plug pulled out.
• The motors (for raising and lowering the bed) may only be run for 2 minutes at a time, aer which
they must rest for 18 minutes. These times must be adhered to. Otherwise the motors may be
overloaded, leading to noise and increased wear.
• The electrical wiring may not be exposed to pinching, or other mechanical deformation caused by
bending or pulling.
• Alterations and additions to the control and operating functions are forbidden.
• Do not use the bed in atmospheres with an explosive risk.
• Before operating the bed, make sure that no parts of the body or other objects can become trap-
ped and that there is no one under the bed.
• This bed is not a toy. Children shall not operate the bed without the supervision of an adult.
• The bed frame is fied with a so anti-pinch protector, which you should not sit or stand on.
• When using the bed’s liing or lowering functions, the user shall lie in the bed and not sit or stand
on the moving parts.
• There is a risk of personal injury when using liquids in the proximity of the electrical plugs or other
electrical components.
Specification
The contour of the bed is controlled by a motor assembly and a motorised lumbar support.
The functions are operated via a wireless hand control.The motor and hand control are pre-program-
med by the supplier.They have a unique code system that allows two beds to be placed alongside each
other and still be controlled individually.The bed has an emergency lowering system that permits
lowering of the moving parts of the bed if there is a power failure. The bed frame is also fied with a so
edge to minimise any risk of pinching. In addition to this, there is also illumination, a memory function
and a child-lock.
