SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Die Leuchte ist bestimmungsgemäß in
unbeschädigtem und einwandfreiem Zu-
stand zu betreiben!
• Als Ersatz dürfen nur Originalteile von
CEAG verwendet werden!
• Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muss die
Leuchte entsprechend den im Abschnitt
Installation genannten Anweisungen ge-
prüft werden!
• Die Notleuchtenkennzeichnung vorneh-
men: Stromkreis und Leuchtennummer
zuordnen und eintragen.
• Die Protokollführung gemäß der nationa-
len Vorschriften ist durchzuführen (entfällt
bei automatischer Protokollierung)!
• Alle Fremdkörper müssen vor der ersten
Inbetriebnahme aus dem Gerät entfernt
werden!
• Beachten Sie bei allen Arbeiten an dem
Gerät die nationalen Sicherheits- und
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und die
nachfolgenden Sicherheitshinweise in der
Betriebsanleitung, die mit einem ver-
sehen sind!
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• The device shall only be used for its
intended purpose and in undamaged and
flawless condition
• Only genuine CEAG spare parts may be
used for replacement and repair
• Prior to its initial operation, the luminaire
will have to be checked in line with the
instructions (see installation sector)
• Carry out the marking of the emergency
luminaire: Assign the circuit and the
luminaire No. and enter them.
• Recording in the minutes shall be
performed in compliance with the
national regulations (is deleted in case of
automatic recording).
• Any foreign object shall be removed from
the luminaire prior to its initial operation!
• Observe the national safety rules and
regulations to prevent accidents as well
as the safety instructions included in
these operating instruction marked
with

Verwendungsbereich
Die Leuchten der Serie Atlantic LED (HB)
CG-S, Atlantic LED (HB) LT CG-S und Outdoor
Wall CG-S sind für Installationen nach EN
50172, DIN VDE 0100-560 and DIN V VDE V
0108-100 geeignet. Die besondere Schalt- und
Überwachungsfunktion wird nur mit CEAG
CG-S-Technologie ermöglicht.
2 Brief description /
Scope of application
The Atlantic LED (HB) CG-S, Atlantic LED (HB)
LT CG-S and Outdoor Wall CG-S luminaires
are suitable for installations acc. to EN 50172,
DIN VDE 0100-560 and DIN V VDE V 0108-100.
The advanced switching and monitoring mode
is only available in combination with CEAG
CG-S-technology.

5 Montage
5.1 Atlantic LED CG-S
Öffnen Sie die erforderliche Kabeleinführung
und montieren Sie die Kabelverschraubung.
Befestigen Sie die Leuchte mit geeigneten
Schrauben und Dübeln.

5 Mounting
5.1 Atlantic LED CG-S
Prepare the required cable entry and fit a
cable gland. Fix the gallery to the ceiling or
wall using the stainless steel screws (includ-
ed).

Das Netzkabel wird an den Klemmen L, N, PE
angeschlossen.

Mains cable should be connected to the termi-
nals L, N and PE on the printed circuit board.

Die Leitungen sind kurz hinter der Einführung
abzumanteln und so kurz wie möglich zu
halten. Sie dürfen nur innerhalb der geken-
nzeichneten Bereiche verlegt werden. Die
quadratische Fläche in der Leuchtenmitte
freihalten.
The cable jacket must be removed just behind
the gland. Because of the limited space, the
wires must be kept as short as possible and
should only be placed within the indicated
space. The increased square area in the
middle of the gallery must also be kept free
of wiring.
Next, the diffuser and the reflector unit can
be snapped together. Please note the diffuser
fits only one way to reflector unit. The com-
bined diffuser and reflector unit can be placed
in the gallery. Check beforehand whether
the position of the connectors on the reflec-
tor unit and the gallery correspond and then
insert the unit in the gallery. Tighten the 4
bolts carefully, starting with diagonal corners..
Als nächstes kann der Reflektor in die
Abdeckung geschnappt werden. Dabei auf
die richtige Positionierung des Reflektors
achten. Dann die Abdeckung mit Reflektor auf
die Leuchte aufsetzen. Dabei auf die richtige
Lage des Steckverbinders am Reflektor in
Verbindung mit der Anschlussklemme achten.
Ziehen Sie die 4 Schrauben gleichmäßig und
überkreuz an.

Anschlussleitung einführen, Montageplatte

auf der Oberseite weitere Kabeleinführungen
geöffnet werden.
Leitungen bis auf ca. 8 cm abmanteln.
Leitung durch die Kabeldurchführung an der
Leuchte führen und Leuchte an der Montage-
platte montieren durch gleichmäßiges Anzie-
hen der 4 vormontierten Schrauben.
Insert mains cable and attach the wall plate
to the wall. For cable entry along the top the
breakout port can be opened. Remove cable ja-
cket with the exception of the last 8 cm. Make
a hole in the grommet in the base, insert the
wires through and then put the box on the wall
plate. Attach the box to the wall plate by fast
tightening of the four pre-mounted screws.

Spezieller LED-Konverter, mit integriertem Über-
wachungsbaustein für Einzelleuchtenüberwa-
chung bei niedrigen Umgebungstemperaturen
(Überwachung der Versorgungselektronik und au-
tomatische Detektion fehlerhafter Versorgung des
LED-Moduls) mit 20-stelligen Adressschaltern

module for individual monitoring of luminaires in
low temperature environments (monitoring of the
supply and automatic detection of faulty supply of
the LED-module) with 20 addresses
HINWEIS
Wird bei einer Leuchte eine neue Lichtquelle
verwendet, muss das Modul neu initialisiert
werden. Dazu sind die Adressschalter auf 0|0 zu
setzen. 5 s nach Anlegen von Spannung beginnt
die Initialisierung, die durch ein Blinkmuster
angezeigt wird wobei die LEDs im Sekundentakt
auf- und abschwellen. Anschließend die korrekte
Leuchtenadresse bzw. bei unuberwachten Modu-
len die Adresse 2/2 einstellen.
PLEASE NOTE
If a luminaire is to be used with a new light
source, the module must first be re-initialised.
To achieve this, switch the address to 0/0. The
initialization will begin 5s after establishing volta-
ge. This will be displayed via a flashing sequence,
in which the LEDs will dim and brighten every
second. The luminaire can then be set to the
required address or for unmonitored modules set
the address to 2/2.

When disposing of defective devices, comply with
valid regulations for recycling and waste dispo-
sal. Plastic parts are marked with corresponding
symbols.
8 Hygiene Bereiche
Die Leuchten der Atlantic Serie sind HACCP zertifi-
ziert und in den folgenden drei Hygiene-Bereichen
einsetzbar:
1. Trocken und staubarm
Hier sind keine besonderen Maßnahmen an der
Leuchte erforderlich.
2. Trocken und staubig
3. Feuchte Hygiene-Bereiche
Für solche Bereich ist die Leuchte nur begrenzt ge-
eignet. Sollte der Einsatz in solchen Bereichen aber
erfolgen, ist der hintereSpalt zwischen Rahmen und
Gehäuse mit Dichtungssilikon zu versiegeln (nach
der Leuchtenmontage).
8 Hygienic Applications
The luminaires of the Atlantic series are HACCP
certified and can be used in the following
hygienic applications:
1. Dry, non-humid and without dust
No special measure is required for the luminaire.
2. Dry and potentially dusty
3. Humid hygienic areas
This luminaire is not recommended for this
application. However if mounted here, the
opening between the frame and enclosure must
be suitably sealed with silicon sealing element.
Hinweis:
Die HACCP Zertifizierung gibt keine Auskunft
über die Resistenz der Leuchte gegenüber
aggressiven Reinigungsmittel. Dies ist im
Einzelfall abzuklären.
Please note:
The HACCP Certification does not include the
resistance of the luminaire against aggressive
cleaning compounds. This must be clarified in
each individual case.
