UP-I / UP-IS
Quick installation drawing
Carefully read the installation drawings & procedures and do installation.
Manufacturer or distributors will not be responsible for malfunction if you install
products at your disposal without following installation instruction.
Installation procedure
Tile finishing
Make hole on tile and mount stop valve
Install product(body/pipe/slide bar/multi pocket)
Assemble shower head/hand shower
Inspect product’s performance
Use spirit level

Stop valves direction to 7 o’clock

Drilling with nylon anchor and screw
Assembling screws

Refer to drawing and reel in sealing (teflon) tape on thethreading
part of provided two stop walves (taping it 8~12 times)
Secure upper & lower holes for screw bolt and make
hole on 6 points of ‘A’ (use spirit level)
( 6.5mm drill bit, depth: 50mm)

1) Unlock the stop valves with using flat-head screw driver (un-clockwise) and
allow the water come out for a while to remove any dust in the valves.
2) After removing any dust in the valves, lock them again
It attects water flow if there is dust in the valves

Fix the lower 2 points with screw bolts.
Match product body to upper 2 holes on ‘A’ spot and check level

Connect hose
Connect each flexible pressure hose
(from the product body) to stop valves with hand first
With using spanner, fasten them tightly
(Careful for flexible hoses not to be folded)
● Blue marked water pressure hose:
connect to stop valve for cold water
● Red marked water pressure hose:
connect to stop valve for hot water
Unlock the stop valves with using flat-head screw driver
(un-clock wise) to open the valve. Make sure to check level
Mount body
Insert 2 screw bolt in the upper 2 holes of product body and fix it
Make sure to check level
Use spirit level
Procedure of anchor bolts-fixing
Design cap – Screw bolt – Insert cap – Nylon anchor
Finish it with design cap

1) Connect pipe ‘c’ to ‘b’
2) Adjust the height of upper pipe ‘c’ for user
3) Connect the assembled pipe with product body
Fasten pipe adapter not to leak out water

1) Check leverl and mark the hole with pencil
2) Make holes and insert nylon anchor
1) Fix screw bolt with insert cap on the wall with
using plus head screw driver
2) Put on side covers
Connect shower head with upper pipe
1) Assemble shower hose ‘h’ with product body
* Insert rubber o-ring in the shower hose
2) Assemble hand shower
Check all the functions after completing installation and keep turning on
until clear water ome out and use it.

Mark drilling points where the slide bar is located.
Drilling and insert nylon anchor.
Fix slide bar on the wall with screw bolt.
1) Assemble shower hose ‘h’ with product body
* Insert rubber o-ring in the shower hose
2) Assemble hand shower to shower hose on the other side.
Check all the functions after completing installation and keep
turning on until clear water ome out and use it.

Before requesting (after sales) service
Water does not come out.
-Is the house water supply cut off?
-Isn’t the water supply valve locked?
-Have you pulled the hot / cold water handle firmly forward?
(Turn the handle clockwise to warm water, counterclockwise to cold water)
Low water pressure
hot or cold water come only.
-Is the water pressure originally weak or the pipeis too narrow?
-Is the water main valve open toolittle?
-Is the shower main valve open toolittle?
-Is your home or water heating system turned off?
-Did you push the hot / cold water handle to the left or right?
Water temperature changes
during the shower
-You may experience the water temperature change during its usage.
But mostly it is caused by the capacity of boiler or hot water supply system.
-If you use water at the same time in the kitchen,
balconyor elsewhere in the house during the shower,
the water pressure or temperature may change. It is not a product defect.
Shower head, hand shower
is blocked or water is leaned
to one side.
-Is the shower head or hand shower nozzle blocked with some foreign material?
-Clean the nozzle using a sharp pin(needle, clothing pin),
and if it is not improved, ask to Seller for repairing

-Is the hand shower securely assembled?
-Is the shower hose connected to the main unit securely fastened?
(Please fully tighten the head to the right)
-Is the rubber ring in the hand shower broken or missing?
-Is the flat packing ring of the shower hose connected to the main body missing?
(Please put a rubber ring orpacking to connect place)
Water drops downfrom the
shower head
Leftover water in the shower head may drops down. It is not a malfunction
Safety regulations
This is for user's safety and to prevent property damage. Please read as below carefully and use it correctly.
Do not disassemble,
repair or modify unnecessarily
Do not apply excessive force or
shockduring the operation
Do not keep close electrical
appliances such as hair dryers,
electric shavers and etc.
Do not install in areas where the
water pressure is too low.
Be sure to open the hot / cold water
handle slowly and put it in the
center position after use.
Do not throw or drop the
hand shower.
>It may cause malfunction.
>It may cause damage.
>Water may cause electric leakage or electric shock.
>In case of water tank (roof water tank) type apartment,
top floors do not show product performance properly.
(Necessary minimum water pressure: 2.0 kg / cm2 or more)
>This is to prevent burns by hot water.
>It may cause injury or damage to the feet or head.
Please be aware that the hand with foam is slippery.
