1 PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
1.1 Introduzione
Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio ogni persona addetta all’uso, alla riparazione o al controllo deve leggere le seguenti
istruzioni di sicurezza e di uso.

2 TRASPORTO E ALLESTIMENTO
2.1 Pericolo di ribaltamento
Durante lo spostamento e l’allestimento, il carrello può ribaltarsi, subendo un danno o causando lesioni
alle persone. La sicurezza contro il ribaltamento viene garantita solo no ad un angolo di 10° (secondo la
norma IEC 60974-1). Installare o trasportare sempre su una superce piana e stabile. Fissare rigidamente il
generatore e il gruppo di raffreddamento al carrello di trasporto.
Questo carrello e i suoi accessori sono stati concepiti per il funzionamento in posizione verticale.
Non è consentito il sollevamento o il trasporto a mezzo gru. Le maniglie, le cinghie e i supporti sono idonei
esclusivamente al trasporto manuale!

3 INSTALLAZIONE E MONTAGGIO DEL GENERATORE SUL CARRELLO CON E SENZA GRUPPO
DI RAFFREDDAMENTO.
3.1 Montaggio del generatore sul carrello di trasporto.
Dal fondo del generatore, svitare i 4 piedi e usare le 4 viti montate sul fondo per ssare il generatore alla paratia
intermedia Q. Fissare il tetto del generatore al supporto Ttramite le 2 viti montate sul tetto del generatore.

Smontare dal carrello, la paratia intermedia Qe i 2 montanti R. Fissare il generatore completo di gruppo di
raffreddamento al fondo Be il tetto del generatore al supporto T.

Attenzione il ssaggio del generatore e del gruppo di raffreddamento, non eseguito correttamente può
causare il ribaltamento durante il trasporto e danneggiare persone e cose.
E importante vericare a intervalli regolari i punti di ssaggio, soprattutto prima di uno spostamento.

3.3 Fissaggio della bombola del gas di protezione al carrello
Sul supporto della bombola I può essere posizionata una bombola di altezza massima 1600mm-63inch e di
diametro massimo 220mm-8,7inch o una bombola più piccola.
Le bombole devono essere saldamente ancorate al supporto Iutilizzando le cinghie fornite a corredo.
Per le bombole più alte i 2 appoggi bombola L devono essere ssati nella parte alta del supporto bombola I, mentre
per le bombole più basse i 2 appoggi bombola Lvanno spostati più in basso, vedi dis.

♦Un ssaggio non corretto delle bombole al supporto I può provocare gravi incidenti!
♦Il ssaggio della bombola deve essere, sempre fatto con le 2 cinghie di serraggio!
♦Adattare il punto di ssaggio delle cinghie alle dimensioni della bombola!
♦Controllare periodicamente il serraggio delle cinghie.
4 MANUTENZIONE
Una corretta manutenzione del generatore assicura le prestazioni ottimali ed allunga la vita di tutti i suoi componenti.
Tutti i lavori descritti di seguito devono essere eseguiti esclusivamente da personale tecnico qualicato. Eseguire tutti
i lavori descritti di seguito solo dopo aver letto integralmente e compreso tutti i documenti dei componenti del sistema
ed in particolare le precauzioni di sicurezza del seguente manuale. La manutenzione, il controllo e la riparazione del
prodotto possono essere eseguiti soltanto da personale specializzato. Per personale specializzato si intendono coloro
i quali, grazie alla propria formazione, conoscenza ed esperienza, sono in grado di riconoscere durante la verica di
un generatore di saldatura, i rischi presenti e i possibili danni al sistema e di adottare le corrette misure di sicurezza.
I lavori di riparazione e manutenzione devono essere eseguiti unicamente da personale specializzato autorizzato.
In caso contrario decade il diritto di garanzia. In tutti i casi in cui si ha bisogno di assistenza, rivolgersi al proprio
rivenditore specializzato, ovvero al fornitore dell’apparecchio.

1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1.1 Introduction
Before using the device, any person designated to use, repair or test it must read the following instructions regarding
safety and use.

2 TRANSPORTATION AND SET-UP
2.1 Danger of overturning
During handling and set-up, the trolley may overturn and suffer damage or cause injury to people. Safety against
overturning is only guaranteed up to an angle of 10° (in accordance with IEC 60974-1). Always install or tran-
sport on a at and stable surface. Secure the power source and the cooling unit to the transport trolley rmly.
This trolley and its accessories have been designed to operate in a vertical position.
Do not hoist or transport using a crane. The handles, belts and supports are suitable for manual transportation
only!
2.2 Assembly instructions
M4 Allen key 1 pc.
M5x16 screws 8 pcs.
7Px 3/8 self-threading screws 4 pcs.
M6x16 screws 38 pcs.
M6 ange nut 8 pcs.
Fit the wheel supports Aand the 2 swivelling wheels Cto the base B.

Secure the 2 galvanised supports Dand Eto the base B, pass the axle F through the through-holes of the 2 supports
Dand E, insert the 2 xed wheels G on to the axle, and lock them (using self-threading screws) with the 2 plugs H.

3 INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY OF THE POWER SOURCE ON THE TROLLEY WITH AND
WITHOUT COOLING UNIT
3.1 Assembly of the power source on the trolley
Unscrew the 4 feet from the base of the power source, and use the 4 screws tted to the base to secure the power
source to the middle shelf Q. Secure the top of the power source to the support T using the 2 screws tted on the top
of the power source.

3.2 Assembly of the power source, complete with cooling unit, on the transport trolley
Dismantle the trolley, the middle shelf Qand the 2 struts R. Secure the power source complete with the cooling unit
to the base Band the top of the power source to the bracket T.

Caution: securing the power source and cooling unit incorrectly may result in the trolley overturning during
transportation, damaging property and injuring people.
It is important to inspect the xing points regularly, especially before the trolley is moved.

3.3 Securing the shielding gas cylinder to the trolley
Cylinders with a maximum height of 1600 mm/63 inches and a maximum diameter of 220 mm-8.7 inches or
smaller cylinders can be positioned on the cylinder support I.
The cylinders must be rmly strapped to the support Iby means of the belts provided.
For taller cylinders, the 2 cylinder rests Lmust be secured at the top of the cylinder support I, whereas for shorter
cylinders the 2 cylinder rests Lmust be positioned lower, see drawing.
