The SG-5500 sprayer works
best at a distance of about
8-12” (20-30 cm) from
sprayer to fabric. To prevent
the fabric from being
damaged during the spraying
of fine
Optimal operating pressure will be between 60-80 psi (4 -5.5 Bar) when using Quick
Air Dry Feature.
Fill spot gun cup with a
non-flammable spot
cleaner chemical.

Clockwise creates

Turning knob counter clockwise

amount of dispensing liquid.

To find the ideal sweet spot begin by turning the rear knob all the
way clockwise.
Once the knob is all the way clockwise, you are goingto turn the
knob two full turns counter clock wise. You are now in the middle
of the sweet spot (Position 4)
From position 4 you can turn the knob one full turn clock wise or
counter clock wise to change flow characteristics.

When you have finished spraying more than one
week, or before storing the unit empty any
remaining residue out of the container. Pour some
lubricating oil on the suction tube to triggle switch
lubricating cylinder.
This unit releases a high pressure stream of product. Keep tip of gun pointed in safe
direction at all times. Keep hands and arms away from high pressure stream at all
times. Wear eye protection at all times.
DO NOT use this gun with flammable liquids. 110 volt electric motor has potential of
igniting flammable liquids.
The Quick Air Dry feature allows operator to clean and dry soiled areas simultaneously.
* When using Quick Air Dry do not exceed 100 psi (6.8 Bar)
Take off the cylinder and nozzle and use
a .125” (3.5 mm) round stick to knock
this side of nozzle to release the piston.
Then clean and lubricate the piston.
Take off nozzle and use blower to
discharge impurities.
1) Check the valve on nozzle.
2) Check if suction is fixed.
3) Check if control knob is adjusted to
right position.
4) Replace cylinder if it is
Motor operating, but no
liquid feeding.

Connect air hose (orange)
