PARTS LIST
PREPARATION
Carefully remove and lay out all hardware and parts.
Check quantities and match the parts list. Construct
glider on an even at oor.
Note: If any parts are missing or broken or you need
assistance with assembly DO NOT return your product
to the dealer. Please identify the furniture by the model
number identication stamped on the assembly when
you call or write to Child Craft. Make note of all
identification numbers and include this information with
your request.

Keep all parts and packing from children.
• If parts are missing or broken, call Child Craft:
- DO NOT use Glider Rocker until parts are replaced or repaired.
- DO NOT substitute parts.
• Avoid injury from falls or tip over:
- DO NOT allow children to stand in chair.
- DO NOT allow children to lean over side of chair.
• DO NOT allow adults or children to stand on back of base.
• DO NOT allow children to place hands or play underneath chair.
WARNING
CAUTION: For continued safe operation, periodically check your Upholstered Glider Rocker for loose
parts, broken or missing parts. Call Child Craft to replace any broken or missing parts. DO
NOT substitute parts.

PRÉPARATION
Retirez et disposez soigneusement tout le matériel et les
pièces. Vériez les quantités et faites correspondre la liste des
pièces. Construisez le planeur sur un sol plat et uniforme.
Remarque: Si des pièces sont manquantes ou cassées ou si
vous avez besoin d’aide pour l’assemblage, NE renvoyez PAS
votre produit au revendeur. Veuillez identier le
meuble à l’aide du numéro de modèle estampillé sur
l’assemblage lorsque vous appelez ou écrivez à Child Craft.
Prenez note de tout numéros d’identication et incluez ces
informations avec votre demande.

Gardez toutes les pièces et emballages hors de la portée des enfants.

- NE remplacez PAS les pièces.
• Évitez les blessures causées par une chute ou un basculement:
- NE laissez PAS les enfants se tenir debout sur une chaise.
- NE laissez PAS les enfants se pencher sur le côté de la chaise.
• NE laissez PAS les adultes ou les enfants se tenir debout à l’arrière de la base.
• NE laissez PAS les enfants placer leurs mains ou jouer sous la chaise.
AVERTISSEMENT
