Frequently Asked Questions
How can I rebind the controller to the light bar?
Your light bar and controller have been bound when leaving the factory. If you want to bind
it again, follow these steps.
First, the light bar will enter the pairing mode after being turned off and on three times in a
row within 15 seconds and the light bar will indicate the successful entry with the breathing
light status. You can enter this mode by plugging and unplugging the power supply cable of
the light bar.
Next, install the battery for the controller, press and hold Auto fill light button and colour
temperature and brightness button at the same time for about five seconds, the controller
will enter a pairing mode and the two indicators will flash to indicate that the mode has been
successfully entered.
Finally, wait for about five seconds until the light bar and the controller will be paired
automatically. After the pairing is successful, the light bar and the controller will return to
normal use.
Note: The pairing mode can only operate on a single light bar one by one. IF you need to pair
multiple light bars, please repeat the above steps.
How to check the remaining battery status of the controller?
Two regular AAA batteries can be used for about six months, and the controller will flash if
the battery becomes too low. Note that this is only a reminder, usually the controller will
enter the normal working state after the flashing ends, and then you can replace the battery
after the battery is completely drained.
How does adaptive dimming (AUTO) work?
We have designed three common scene usage modes for you and preset the colour
temperature value in three different scenes to meet the scene suitable for use, while the
brightness value in different scenes is automatically adjusted for you by the optical sensing
element in the controller. Unlike the AUTO screen brightness function is cell phones, when
the ambient light is low, the light bar will provide a higher appropriate brightness compared
to the ambient light to provide lighting for your desktop, so that the desktop maintains the
appropriate brightness for you to read, and when the ambient light is too strong, the light
bar will provide a weaker brightness.
Also note that adaptive dimming doesn’t have a real-time response and it only works in
AUTO mode.
