Beforeapplying your blood pressure cuff, be sure your wrist is within the
appropriatecuff range:
WristCircumference Range Suitable for: 5-3/8” – 8-3/8” (13.5 – 21.5 cm)
Removeany constrictive clothing or jewelry that may interfere with cuff placement. Wrap the cuff snugly around your left wrist.
15 minute resting period is needed to stabilize
thebody prior to taking a reading. No eating,
drinkingor smoking while resting.

• Pressthe “START/STOP” switch to turn the monitor off.

AUTOMATICPOWER OFF FEATURE
• Aftertaking the blood pressure measurement, pressing the “START/
STOP”switch will turn the monitor off. However, if you do not press
theswitch, the monitor’s Auto OFF function will automatically turn
themonitor off after 3 minutes.
