Operating Instructions
Read all instructions carefully before using the Reflex Wave Foot Massager by
Clark™. When using any electrical appliance, basic precautions should always
be followed.
1. Insert the power cord’s plug into a 3-prong grounded electric outlet. There
will be a beeping sound when the unit is plugged in. This is normal.
2. Place the unit on the floor directly in front of where you will be sitting as
shown in the above picture. (Do not use in the standing position.)
3. Turn the unit on by pressing the “power” button twice. The unit will
automatically start on speed 1 and will be set for 15 minutes. Press “power”
button again to set timer for 20 minutes. Adjust for desired speed of the
knuckle type rollers by pressing the “fast” or “slow” buttons. It is
recommended that the unit be operated first at the slowest speed, then
gradually increase the rotation speed as desired.
4. Position both feet on the unit as shown in the above photo. You may want
to wear socks or place a towel over the unit to cushion the effects of the
rollers. Gradually slide your feet forward to massage the arch and heal of the
foot. Slide your feet back to massage the balls and toes of the foot. Repeat
procedure as needed.
Adjustable Rotation
To adjust the desired direction for the rotation of the rollers, press the “FWD/
REV” button. “FWD” represents the forward motion of the rollers and “REV”
represents the reverse motion of the rollers.
