Thank you for choosing the Professional Power 24V, a high quality transformer-based and stabilized
24 Volt DC power supply made in Germany by Clearaudio.
The
Professional Power 24V provides improved ltering over the standard power supply, which
delivers a much cleaner power source. Cleaner power and increased ‘headroom’ for Clearaudio’s
Innovation and Ovation series turntables, thanks to a smoother motor performance and extended
reserves.
The attractive design and improved listening experience will ensure that the Professional Power 24V

1. Scope of delivery
Please check the contents of the package:
1. Professional Power 24V (with built-in power cable)
2. Power cord with country-specic plug
3. User manual
Beside the delivered items you should also check, whether you have received the correct plug type
and the correct version. The voltage required to supply the device (110 V / 230 V) is noted on the
underside of the device and on the label on the box.
Please note:
Using the Professional Power 24V with the wrong voltage can damage the device!

3. Initial start
Clearaudio has developed a special packaging for your Professional Power 24V to ensures a safe
transportation.
Please keep this original packing, if you need to ship the unit.
Take the device out of the box and set it up at the desired location.
Before connecting the device to the power supply, make sure that the main switch on the back is
set to “0” (=OFF).
1. Connect the device to the mains with the enclosed power cord.
2. Then connect your turntable and the Professional Power 24V with the built-in power cable
instead of the standard plug-in power supply.
3. Now you can turn the main switch on the back to „I“ (=ON).
4. The LED light on the front panel of the Professional Power 24V starts to ash for approx. 40
seconds, while the device starts up and the output voltage stabilizes.
5. When the LED light shines continuously, the device is ready (ON mode) and you can start the
turntable.
4. Operating modes

The „Standby“ mode is characterized by:

4.3 Dimming the LED
The LED light on the front panel can be darkened or lightened by one level by long pressing the ON/
OFF/Standby button on the front panel.

5.Turno
Due to the Professional Power 24V you can turn o the turntable by pressing the ON / OFF button
on the front panel (Standby mode) of the Professional Power 24V . You don’t have to switch o the
turntable itself.
You can leave the main switch on the back on, so when you switch the unit on again, the device is
immediately ready for use and does not have to start up rst.
However, the turntable must be reactivated at the desired speed.
6. Special instruction
6.1) Maintenance
For your own safety, you should inspect regular the mains voltage lead. If the insolation is damaged,
please have it replaced immediately by a specialist!
6.2) Transport
Please note that the full warranty can only be provided for products that are sent back in the original
box.
6.3) Service
If any servicing or repair of a Clearaudio product is necessary, please rst contact your dealer or
distributor. Alternatively contact Clearaudio directly and we will inform you about your nearest
service location.

8.1 Intended use
The indented use of the Professional Power 24V is the use in accordance with the information
provided in the user manual.
The power supply may only be operated with maximum permissible connection values according to
the technical data. Any other use or modication of the power supply is improper.

The unit must be set up on a level and solid surface and is not suitable for outdoor use.

Neben dem Packungsinhalt sollten Sie zusätzlich prüfen, ob Sie den korrekten Steckertyp, sowie die
richtige Ausführung des Gerätes erhalten haben.
Die benötigte Spannung zur Versorgung des Gerätes (110 V / 230 V) ist auf der Unterseite des
Gerätes, sowie auf dem Aufkleber des Kartons vermerkt.
