Remove uid from tip balloon, return
uterus to natural position, remove device
and discard.
Lubricate distal tip, insert into uterine cavity
until cup abuts external cervical os.
Select the correct size cup, attach cup to
spacer or tip support.
Perform uterine incision. Use cup as visual
guide to delineate tissue. Do not use cup as
physical guide to rest instrument.
Slowly instill uid (max 10ml) into tip balloon
until device is pulled tight against cervix.
Prior to colpotomy incision, advance
occluder balloon into vagina. Inate (60-
120ml uid).
Rotate the control handle to manipulate
the uterus.
NOTE: Clockwise = anteversion
Counter clockwise = retrover-
sion Lateral = right and left
NOTE: Rotate clockwise to
lock in place.
NOTE: Cervix must be dilated to 5.5mm prior
to insertion. Vaginal retractors, speculum,
tenaculum can be used to insert.

3Attach Spacer*
*If necessary, attach 1cm spacer.
NOTE: Slide down over groove, then
rotate clockwise to lock in place.
