the HALFROUND NUTand HEXAGONNUTinCROSS BAR. UseSPANNERtofit
tight.

washer, lock washerand boltwithallen wrench.

step 2, using flat washer, lock washerand bolt withallen wrench. Placethe top panel
upside downon asoft surface, then attachthe assembled baseusing flat washer,
lock washerand bolt withallen wrench.
