XLR Installation Guide - Dual Left/Right Balanced

STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION
Step 1) Remove the six screws from the
front of the Audio Box faceplate. Then, re-
move the Audio Box from the armored case.
Step 2) On the left side of the armored case,
measure and mark 1 1/4” from the left and
right side of the case.
Step 3) Measure 1 1/2” down from the
bottom lip of the armored case.
Step 4) Drill hole into the left side of case
using 13/16” spade bit. Repeat for right side.

Step 5) Insert XLR board through hole in the
side of the armored case.
Step 6) Use drill to insert screws into top left
and bottom right of each XLR connector.
Step 7) Connect cables to XLR connectors
as shown below.
Step 8) Disconnect J5 cable (1/4” Jack Ca-
ble) from Audio Box.
Step 9) Connect the cable that was previ-
ously plugged into J5, into male XLR cable.
Step 10) Connect the 6” XLR cable into the
J5 connector on the Audio Box board.
Step 11) Re-install the six screws of the front of the Audio Box.
Congratulations, you are now finished with the XLR installation
