CoffeeQueenGourmé8L
Vi gratulerar till ert val av kaffebryggare.
Bryggaren är utrustad med en hel/halv bryggsfunktion och
tevattenuttag.
Coffee Queen Gourmé 8L levereras med 1st. 8-liters termos med förhöjningssats och
spillbricka.
Termosen har en speciell vacuumkonstruktion som tillåter dig att utan elanslutning,
servera varmt kaffe under hela dagen och använda den som en flexibel serverings-
lösning.

och belastar därför miljön minimalt.

The brewer is equiped with full/half brewfunction.
Coffee Queen Gourmé 8L is delivered with 1st. 8 liters thermos with base-plate and a
driptray.
The thermos have a special vaccumconstruction that alove you, without electric
connection, to serve hot coffee all day and use it as flexible serving solution.
Coffee Queen AB is certified due to ISO 9002 and 14001 system
and therefore a minimal stress of the enviroment.

Placera bryggaren på ett plant vattentätt underlag
.
Locate the brewer on a flat level and waterproof
surface.
Connect to coldwater feed -1/2”R with connection
tube supplied.
Connect to a water stop valve.
In areas with high level lime problem, a
descaling filter should be mounted.
2.
Anslut till kallvattenledning -1/2”R med medföljande
slang.
Anslut lämpligen till en avstängningskran.
Vid anslutning till vatten med hög kalkhalt
rekommenderas att ett kalkfilter monteras före
maskinen.
3.
Gör första bryggningen med endast kallt vatten.
1. Sätt filterhållaren på plats utan filter och kaffe.
2. Placera termosen med öppet lock under filterhållaren.
3.Tryck på ”BREW”-knappen: 1/2= 4 liter. 1/1= 8 liter.
Bryggningen tar ca 10 minuter.
An initial cycle using only cold water (no filterpaper or coffee) should now
be performed.
1. Ensure that the filter holder is in
position.
2. Place thermos with open lid under the filter holder
3. Press the ”BREW”-button: 1/2= 4 liter. 1/1= 8 liter.
The brewing takes approx 10 minutes.

Slå på maskinen med manöverströmbrytaren ON/OFF.
Maskinen börjar nu fylla och värma vatten.
Närvattnet är varmttänds ”READY”lampan.
Maskinen är nu klar för bryggning.
Turn on the switch ON/OFF.
The machine now starts filling and heating the water .
When the water is warm the ”READY” lamp lit.
The machine is now ready to brew.

Placera filtertyp 523 i filterhållaren.
Place a type 523 filter in the filterholder.
9.
Vik ned byglarna som håller filtret på plats.
Hold the filter in position with the flaps.

10. Bryggning med kaffe
Häll i en portion kaffe - 400gram. för helbrygg 8L
(ca 48 koppar.) s.k. restaurangmalning.
(Malning mellan kok och brygg).
Skaka filterhållaren fram och tillbaka tills kaffebädden
lagt sig jämnt i filtret.
Brewingwithcoffee
Add one portion of coffee - 400 grams for
8 liters (ca 48 cups).
Make sure that the coffee
is evenly spread.
11.
Sätt filterhållaren på plats i maskinen.
Placera termosen med öppet lock under
filterhållaren.
Put the filterholder in place.
Place thermos with open lid under
the filterholder.
12.
Tryck på ”BREW”-knappen: 1/2= 4 liter. 1/1= 8 liter.
Vänta tills bryggningen är klar och allt kaffe runnit ur filterhållaren
(ca 10 min.)
Skruva på locket omedelbart efter bryggning för att bibehålla
temperatur och arom.
Press ”BREW”-buttom: 1/2= 4 liters. 1/1= 8 liters.

Put the lid back on the thermos immediately after the brewing to
keep temperature and aroma.

På vänster sida sitter en vattenkran för servering av hett tevatten.
Det är ej lämpligt att under bryggning ta mer än 2 koppar tevatten då detta kan påverka temperatur och
kaffemängd.
On the left side, a water tap is placed for serving hot tea water.
It is not recommendable to take more than 2 cups of tea water while brewing,
in which case this can affect temperature and brew amount.
Tipsför bästa kvalitépå kaffet.
1. Ändra inte på den rekommenderade
doseringen.
2. Blanda aldrig nytt kaffe med
gammalt.
3. Skölj alltid ur termosen innan nästa
bryggning
Some tips for best quality.
1. Do not change the recommended
portion of coffee.
2. Do not mix freshly brewed coffee
with coffee kept warm.
3. Always rinse the thermos before
next brew.

Viktigt
Gör inte ingrepp i bryggaren. Felaktiga åtgärder kan leda till personskador och funktionsfel.
Bryggaren bör stå på ett plant underlag för att den skall arbeta tillfredsställande.
Bryggarenskall placeraspå ettvattentätt underlagså atteventuellt utläckandevatten blirsynligt.
Se till att det inte bildas veck på anslutningsslangen när bryggaren skjuts på plats. Bryggarens
tillopps och VVS-anslutning skall kontrolleras regelbundet. Kontrollera att inte någon läcka har
uppstått i samband med installationen.
Vattenanslutningen kan alltid innebära viss risk för läckage oavsett säkerhetsutrustning.
Lämna inte bryggaren helt utan tillsyn när den är igång. Stäng vattenkranen då maskinen inte
används. Vid alla ingrepp i bryggaren måste denna göras spänningslös. Arbetsbrytaren slås av
och låses. Allt installationsarbete måste utföras av behörig personal.
Important.
Do not make any alterations to the machine. Such measures may cause personal injury and the
machineto fail.
The machine should stand on a flat surface so that it will function properly.
The machine should be placed on a water-proof surface so that any leakage is easily noticeable.
Make sure there is no bendage on the connection tube when machine is pushed into its place.
The tube connections should be regularly checked. Make sure that no leakage has occurred in
connectionwith installation.
Do not leave the machine unattended while using. Close water connection when not using
machine.
The machine must be disconnected from electrical supply before any maintenance.
All maintenance and installations must be done of an authorized personel.

Rengöring av filterhållare och termos bör
ske varje dag. Skölj ur termosen innan
bryggning av nytt kaffe påbörjas.
Använd aldrig starkt rengöringsmedel
vid rengöring av termos.
