INTERMITTENT ULTRASOUND EMISSION TECHNOLOGY
Ultrasound emissions are high-frequency sounds (higher than 20
kHz) usually not audible to the human ear, but perceived as an
annoyance by many insects that therefore tend to stay away from
rooms, people, and pets.
The intermittent ultrasound emissions (at variable intervals) are
designed to avoid tolerance and to be more effective.
HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
- Firmly press the ON/OFF button on the cover and release it: 5
quick green flashes show that the product is operating.
- During operation, the device will automatically emit 2 green
flashes every 15 seconds to signal its correct operation.
- The device can also be switched off when it is not in use. In
this case, firmly press the ON/OFF button and release it, a long
green flash shows that the device is switched off.
Using the CLIP, the item can be secured to a belt, rucksack or

outside pocket of an item of clothing.
Important: the emitter must always be turned so it
faces downwards and the ultrasound emissions can
hit the ground and return upwards, covering the
wearer’s body.
Take care not to obstruct the outlet holes of the
ultrasounds.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
- Unsrew the 2 screws on the back of the device (pic. 2/A).
- Paying attention not to damage the electronics inside the
device, insert the tip of a screwdriver into the proper slot on
the device to prise (pic. 2/B) and slide the battery out of its
compartment (pic. 2/C).
Insert a new battery respecting polarity.
- Close the device, tightening the 2 screws on the back
(pic. 2/D).

Cleaning
Do not wet or wash the device with water or other liquids.
Use only a soft, dry cloth.
Storage
Safeguard the product from:
- extreme temperature
- impacts and falls
- contamination and dust
Store the device in a cool, dry place.
The device must be disposed of according to local
regulations and not as ordinary household waste.

LA TECNOLOGIA A EMISSIONI ULTRASONICHE INTERMITTENTI
Le emissioni a ultrasuoni sono suoni ad alta frequenza (superiore
a 20 kHz) solitamente non udibili dall’orecchio umano, ma
avvertiti in maniera fastidiosa da molti insetti, parassiti e roditori
che si allontanano da ambienti, persone e animali domestici.
Le emissioni a ultrasuoni (a intervalli variabili) sono studiate in
modo da evitarne l’assuefazione ed essere più efficaci.
COME UTILIZZARE IL DISPOSITIVO
- Premere con forza il pulsante ON/OFF sul coperchio e
rilasciare, 5 lampeggi verdi rapidi indicano che il prodotto è in
funzione.
- Durante il funzionamento il dispositivo emette in automatico
ogni 15 secondi 2 lampeggi verdi per indicare la corretta
funzionalità.
- Il dispositivo ha anche la possibilità di essere spento in caso
di non utilizzo. In questo caso premere con forza il tasto
ON/OFF e rilasciare, un lampeggio verde lungo indica che

l’apparecchio è spento.
Il prodotto tramite la sua CLIP può essere applicato alla cintura,
allo zaino o alle tasche esterne degli indumenti.
Importante: la parte emittente deve essere sempre
rivolta verso il basso in modo che gli ultrasuoni
colpiscano il terreno e ritornino verso l’alto coprendo
interamente il corpo della persona.
Fare attenzione a non ostruire i fori di uscita degli
ultrasuoni.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
- Svitare le 2 viti poste sul retro del dispositivo (fig. 2/A).
- Prestando attenzione a non danneggiare l’elettronica
contenuta all’interno del dispositivo, inserire la punta piatta
di un cacciavite nell’apposita fessura sul dispositivo, fare leva
(fig. 2/B) e sfilare la batteria dal suo alloggiamento (fig. 2/C).

Inserirne una nuova rispettando la polarità.
- Richiudere il dispositivo avvitando le 2 viti poste sul retro
(fig. 2/D).
CURA DEL DISPOSITIVO
Pulizia
Non bagnare o lavare con acqua o altri liquidi il dispositivo.
Utilizzare solo un panno morbido e asciutto.
Conservazione
Proteggere il dispositivo da:
- temperature estreme
- urti e cadute
- contaminazione e polvere
Conservare il dispositivo in un luogo fresco e asciutto.
Il dispositivo deve essere smaltito in conformità alle
normative locali e non con i rifiuti domestici.

DIE TECHNOLOGIE MIT INTERMITTIERENDER
ULTRASCHALLEMISSION
Ultraschall-Emissionen sind hochfrequente Töne (über 20
kHz), die für das menschliche Ohr in der Regel unhörbar sind,
aber viele Insekten, Ungeziefer und Nagetiere als störend
wahrnehmen, weshalb sie sich von Räumen, Menschen und
Haustieren entfernen.
Intermittierende Ultraschallemissionen (in variablen Intervallen)
sind so konzipiert, dass eine Gewöhnung vermieden wird und sie
wirksamer sind.
BENUTZUNG DER VORRICHTUNG
- Drücken Sie kräftig die EIN/AUS-Taste auf der Abdeckung und
lassen Sie sie los. 5 kurze grüne Blinksignale zeigen an, dass
das Gerät in Betrieb ist.
- Während des Betriebs gibt das Gerät automatisch alle 15
Sekunden 2 grüne Blinksignale ab, um die korrekte Funktion
anzuzeigen.

- Das Gerät kann auch ausgeschaltet werden, wenn es nicht
benutzt wird. In diesem Fall drücken Sie kräftig die EIN/AUS-
Taste und lassen Sie sie los. Ein langes grünes Blinken zeigt
an, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
Das Produkt kann mit seinem CLIP an einem Gürtel, einem
Rucksack oder an den Außentaschen der Kleidung befestigt
werden.
Wichtig: Der emittierende Teil muss immer nach
unten gerichtet sein, damit der Ultraschall auf den
Boden trifft und nach oben zurückkehrt und den
gesamten Körper der Person erfasst.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Ultraschall-
Austrittsöffnungen nicht verdeckt werden.
