Instructions for Use
To operate the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER, move the
slide as shown in Fig. 1 until you see “ON”.You will hear a faint
sound indicating that the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
is running. To turn it off, move the slide in the opposite
direction until you see“OFF”(See Fig. 2).
The PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER is versatile:
1. You can wear it on your wrist or ankle with the
band provided.
2. Or carry it in a shirt or pants pocket, in a backpack,
or in a baby buggy or stroller, by using the clip.
3. Or put it on a table or other surface.
For options 2 or 3, detach the PORTABLE MOSQUITO
REPELLER from the band, as shown in Fig. 3.
The battery lasts for 8 months (average use 4 hrs/day). When
in the “ON”position, it no longer emits a faint sound, replace
the battery, as shown in Fig. 4. Be sure to deposit the used
battery in a special storage or recycling container, according
to the established laws and regulations.

Insert the new battery in the correct position (see indication inside), and
return the slide and the battery to the original position inside the PORTABLE
MOSQUITO REPELLER.

-Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
-Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the
appliance before being charged.
-The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Care and Maintenance
Do not put the device in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning.
If you need to clean the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER,
use only a soft dry cloth, with no abrasive products. To clean
the wrist band, detach the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
first so that it does not get wet. Use water and neutral soap.
Do not expose the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER to
extreme temperatures.
It is recommended not to use it in places with temperatures
exceeding 122 °F (50 °C).
No rells.
The PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER works without
replacement parts, making it more economical to use.
If you are not going to use the PORTABLE MOSQUITO
REPELLER for an extended period of time, we recommend
you take out the battery.
Correct disposal of the PORTABLE MOSQUITO
REPELLER.
Properly dispose of the device by depositing it in the
corresponding container for its correct collection and
recycling.
RADARCAN® has a commitment to the care and protection
of the environment. The PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER
contains electronic components and it is necessary to
dispose of the device separately from the containers where
normal domestic waste is disposed of.
Consult the applicable local regulations agreement on
our website or get in touch with your local health and
environmental protection authorities for information on
your recycling options.
Warranty and extension of warranty
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Register the PORTABLE MOSQUITO REPELLER at: warranty.
radarcan.com and you will obtain a five-year warranty for the
product since date of purchase.
• RADARCAN® does not warranty a 100% effective
shield against the spread of diseases that the insect
could be infected.
• Your RADARCAN® product is guaranteed against
defects in materials and manufacture for the
period of time established by legislation in the
country and/or state of sale of the product (see
warranty.radarcan.com), or for five years if it is
registered, from the purchase date. If any defect
in the product caused by its manufacture or
defective materials appears while under the
warranty.
• RADARCAN® will only be responsible for the repair
or replacement if valid proof of purchase (e.g. paid
receipt) is presented which demonstrates that
the day of the service claim is within the validity
period of the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover those products and/
or parts of products that are subjected to wear
and tear that can be considered material that
naturally deteriorates over time.
• The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to
damage caused by incorrect use of the product or
improper maintenance, or if it has been repaired
or modified by personnel not authorized by
RADARCAN®.
• For good performance of the product, the user
needs to strictly follow the instructions given
in the user’s manual, and to avoid any action or
use described as undesirable or contrary to the
warnings in said user manual.
• The warranty of certain products may be subject
to restrictions, e.g., depending on the type of
material used. You can find any restrictions to the
warranty that are applied in each specific country
or state where the product was purchased on the

Instrucciones de uso
Para poner en funcionamiento el ANTIMOSQUITOS
PORTÁTIL, deslice la tapita como se muestra en la figura 1
hasta que observe el símbolo “ON”. Oirá un ligero sonido
indicando que el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL está en
funcionamiento. Para apagarlo deslice la tapita en sentido
contrario, mostrándose el símbolo “OFF”(ver figura 2).
El ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL es muy versátil:
1. Puede colocárselo en la muñeca o en el tobillo
con la pulsera suministrada.
2. En el bolsillo de la camisa, polo, pantalón, mochila
o cochecito del bebé, con el uso del clip.
3. Sobre la mesa o cualquier otra superficie.
Para las opciones 2 y 3 desacople el ANTIMOSQUITOS
PORTÁTIL de la pulsera como se muestra en la figura 3.
La duración de la pila es de 8 meses (con un uso de 4 h/día).
Cuando estando en la posición “ON” deje de emitir un
ligero sonido, reemplace la pila por otra nueva, según se
muestra en la figura 4. Recuerde depositar la pila agotada en
contenedores dispuestos para el almacenamiento y reciclaje
de acuerdo a las leyes y directrices establecidas.

Coloque la nueva pila respetando la posición (ver referencia en el interior) y
vuelva a introducir la tapita con la pila en el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL.
Características técnicas
Cobertura: 6 1/2 ft - 2 m (protección alrededor de su
cuerpo).
Batería: 1 pila alcalina de 1’5 V tipo LR44 (incluida).
Duración: 8 meses funcionando 4h/día.
-Las pilas no recargables no deben ser recargadas.
-Las pilas recargables deben ser extraídas del
dispositivo antes de recargarlas.
-Los terminales no deben ser cortocircuitados.
Cuidado y Mantenimiento
No introduzca el dispositivo en agua o cualquier otro
líquido.
Limpieza.
Si necesita limpiar el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL, utilice
sólo un paño suave y seco sin usar productos abrasivos.
Para limpiar la pulsera desacople antes el ANTIMOSQUITOS
PORTÁTIL para que no se moje y utilice agua y jabón neutro.
No exponer el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL a temperaturas
extremas.
Se recomienda no utilizarlo en lugares con temperaturas
superiores a 50ºC.
Sin recambios.
El ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL funciona sin recambios, lo
que economiza su uso.
Si no va a utilizar el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL por un
período largo le recomendamos que extraiga la pila.
Desechar el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL
correctamente.
Deseche el dispositivo en el correspondiente contenedor
para su correcta recolección y reciclaje.
RADARCAN® tiene un compromiso para el cuidado y
protección del medio ambiente. El ANTIMOSQUITOS
PORTÁTIL contiene componentes electrónicos y es necesario
desecharlo separadamente del resto de residuos domésticos.

Garantía y extensión de garantía
ESTA GARANTÍA NO AFECTA A SUS DERECHOS LEGALES.
Registre el ANTIMOSQUITOS PORTÁTIL en warranty.
radarcan.com y obtendrá una garantía a cinco años
desde la fecha de compra.
• Desde RADARCAN®no garantizamos que el
dispositivo proporcione un escudo 100% eficaz
frente al contagio de enfermedades de las que el
insecto en cuestión pueda ser portador.
• Su producto RADARCAN® está garantizado frente
a defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante
el período de garantía según legislación en el
país donde se realiza la compra del producto
(consultar en warranty.radarcan.com) o a cinco
años, si el producto está registrado a partir de
la fecha de compra. Si durante el período de la
garantía apareciera algún defecto en el producto
debido a la fabricación o materiales defectuosos,
RADARCAN® se hará cargo de la reparación o
sustitución del producto.
• RADARCAN® sólo se hará cargo de la reparación
o sustitución en caso de que se presente una
prueba convincente; recibo de compra, factura,
que demuestre que el día en que se reclama el
servicio está dentro del período de garantía.
• La garantía no cubre aquellos productos y/o
piezas de los productos que estén sujetos a
desgastes, que se puedan considerar piezas
consumibles por su naturaleza.
• La garantía no es válida si el defecto es debido
a daños causados por un uso incorrecto del
producto o su mal mantenimiento, o si ha sido
reparado o modificado por personal no autorizado
por RADARCAN®.
• Para hacer un buen uso del producto, el
usuario deberá seguir estrictamente todas las
instrucciones que se indican en el manual de
usuario, y abstenerse de cualquier acción o uso
descritos como no deseables o contra los que se
