Welcome, you made a choice for our 7Lfoodstuff mixer. The mixer is developed with update technology. It can
mix dough, dumpling stuffing, circumrotates eggs and cream mixing. Constant-torque and infinitely variable
speed Technologies have been used in the mixer. You can select any rotating speed from 147 rpm for different
load. There is a overload protect installation in the newest mixer. It is fine-looking, easy and safety to operate.
There are large application fields. Also, this mixer is working efficient and smoothly. It is an excellent helper to
make cake and dough food in west food kitchen, bread-room, bar, restaurant and home etc.

3 Function features
The mixer has used infinitely variable speed and planetary gear Technologies, so it has a large speed range. Easily
operated. It can mix dough, dumpling stuffing, circumrotates eggs and cream mixing. It is very good to use in
west food kitchen, bread-room, bar restaurant and home.
4 Assembly
4.1 It is better to put the mixer on horizontal & stable plane. The best height of the plane is between 650mm-
750mm. Please leave 150 mm space distance at front and rear, leave 300mm at left and right.
4.2 The power must use a separating electronic socket with fuse device protecting. Rated voltage is 220V~ and
frequency is 50 Hz.
4.3 The electronic socket must have ground connection.
4.4 It is necessary to invite electricians to connect it to power.
5 Operating
Operating parts are in drawing #2
5.1 Assemble and Disassemble
Shut off the machine, by turning the handle in a clockwise direction into a horizontal position. The head of
machine will rise an angle automatically. Then release the handle, rising the head “A” to 45°. The head will be
locked and the handle will leap back to vertical position.
Along a key of the mixer axle, insert the mixing agitator “D” to a hole in axle of mixer “C” lightly, turning left to
“stop point” to assemble the mixing agitator. Reverse the process to disassemble the mixing agitator. Rotate the
handle to horizontal by left hand, the head will fall down, push the head down to lock. Now it is in a working
position. The handle will leap back to horizontal position.

5.2 Make choice for a suitable mixing agitator. There are three kinds of shape mixing agitator to choose.
5.2.1 Hook shape mixing agitator (no. 39) is for sticking and large things, such as dough etc.
5.2.2 Plane shape mixing agitator (no. 40) is for bulking things, such as meat dumpling stuffing etc.
5.2.3 Net shape mixing agitator (no. 41) is for unstuck or just a little stockless things. Such as eggs and cream.
Note: Don’t select the mixing agitator wantonly. Otherwise the machine will not be working, or will be broken.
Please choose the mixing agitator and speed cove fully.
5.3 How to assembly and disassembly the bowl.
Shut off the machine, rise the head of the mixer “A”. Hold tight stainless steel body with your two hands, follow
the hour hand revolve to halt point. It should be fixed. Reversing the process to disassemble the bowl. Doing the
step 5.1 again, pushing the head down to lock and the handle “e” is at vertical position.

5.4 The speed adjusting
Set the speed button to “O” position (Drawing 3-1), connect the electronic power, indicator light will be on. Start
the machine by turning the button in a clockwise direction to adjust the speed according to property of mixing
thing and the mixing agitator. The speed will increase while the button from left to right.
When the arrow is standing on top (drawing 3-2), the mixer is low speed, this is good for dough.
When the arrow is standing in the middle has (drawing 3-3), the mixer is at middle speed, this is good for meat
dumpling stuffing.
When the arrow is standing right (drawing 3-4), the mixer is at high speed, this is good for eggs.
This mixer has variable speeding, so you can choose best speed for your job.
Rotary direction: (from shaft out): The rotary direction of main shaft cover (item 44) is clockwise (red arrow) and
rotary direction of mix shaft (item 11) is anti-clockwise.
Note: Don’t go against the rotation direction as written above. Otherwise the working efficiency will be reduced.
Or the mixer will break. Don’t use the machine over 10 minutes each time. The max. flour weight to mix doesn’t
be over 500 gr.
5.5 How to adjust the height of the mixing agitator.
Sometimes the interval between bottom of mixing agitator to bowl is too close and sometimes it is too big,
adjusting the height of mixing agitator is necessary. Detail is bellowing (drawing 4).
a. Shut off the power.
b. Use a wrench to release the nut of the mixing agitator.
c. Adjust the interval.
d. Tighten up the nut.
5.6 When the job is finished, please return the speed button back to “O” position, then turn off the machine,
shut off the power.
6 Safety caution
6.1 Remove the machine, after shutting of the power. When disassemble the mixing agitator, the mixing bowl
machine must be turn off.
6.2 Don’t use wet fingers on operating the machine.
6.3 Don’t wet the unit or immerse the mixer in water.
6.4 If any parts are broken or it does not work the way it shoot be, stop the machine, waiting to fix it by
technician.
6.5 Don’t put any fingers in the bowl while it is working.
6.6 Under age persons please keep away from the machine.
6.7 When the machine is working or the head is raising, the handle “e” must be at vertical position.
6.8 When the head is raising, don’t put any fingers or link parts between head and stand of machine for injury.
6.9 There is a ground point (Mark …….) at the back please keep this in original position after each maintenance.

7 Maintenance
7.1 the mixer belongs to the category of food equipment, all parts that contact with food has to be removed
and wash clear every day after working. Don’t use cleaning pharmaceuticals that may be injure persons.
7.2 Don’t turn it on if there is nothing in the bowl.
7.3 When mixing agitator hits the bowl, stop working immediately, and correct the space or change the agitator
or bowl if necessary.
7.4 Please contact with supplier for technicians to maintain the machine.

Hartelijk dank voor uw aankoop van de voedselmixer. Deze mixer is door ons bedrijf ontwikkeld met vernieuwde
technologieën. De mixer kan deeg mixen en vulling voor noedels, het kan eieren mixen en slagroom.
Voortdurende torsie en variabele snelheidstechnologieën zijn gebruikt in de mixer. U kunt elke draaisnelheid
kiezen van 147 rpm tot 917 rpm voor verschillende doeleinden. Een bescherming tegen te snelle draaiing is in
de nieuwste mixer geïnstalleerd. De mixer ziet er goed uit en is gemakkelijk en veilig te gebruiken. Het bevat
grote toepassingsvelden en de mixer werkt efficiënt en zonder problemen. Het is een uitstekende keukenhulp

3Functies
De mixer heeft een groot aantal snelheden en is makkelijk in gebruik. De mixer kan deeg mixen en vulling voor
knoedels, het kan eieren mixen en slagroom. Het is een uitstekende keukenhulp om cake en ander voedsel van
deeg te maken voor de Westerse keuken, voor aan de bar, in het restaurant en thuis.
4Montage
4.1 Het is het beste om de mixer op een horizontale en stabiele ondergrond te plaatsen. De beste hoogte van
de ondergrond is 650mm - 750mm. Laat ongeveer 150mm afstand aan de voor- en achterkant vrij en aan de
linker- en rechterkant ongeveer 300mm.
4.2 U dient een apart stopcontact te gebruiken dat beschermd is tegen doorbranden. Het voltage is 220V en de
frequentie is 50 Hz.
4.3 Het stopcontact dient geaard te zijn.
4.4 Het is noodzakelijk om een elektricien het apparaat op het stroom aan te laten sluiten.
5Bediening
Gebruiksonderdelen staat in tekening nr. 2.
5.1 Monteren en demonteren
U schakelt het apparaat uit door het handvat met de linkerhand tegen de klok in te draaien tot het in horizontale
stand staat. De kop van het apparaat zal automatisch omhoog komen. Daarna haalt u het handvat los en tilt u
kop “A” omhoog tot een hoek van 45 graden. De kop zal op slot gaan en het handvat zal in verticale stand blijven
staan.
Voer mengapparaat “D” voorzichtig in het gat van de as van mixer “C” en draai deze naar links totdat deze stopt
om de mixer in elkaar te zetten. Keer het proces om, om de mixer weer te demonteren. Draai het handvat
horizontaal met de linkerhand. De kop zal naar beneden vallen. Vervolgens drukt u op het handvat zodat het op
slot klikt. Nu kunt u de mixer gebruiken. Het handvat zal naar achteren gaan in horizontale positie.

5.2 De geschikte mixer kiezen
Er zijn drie soorten mixers waaruit u kunt kiezen.
5.2.1. Mixer met haak (nr. 39) voor plakkende en grote dingen, zoals deeg, etc.
5.2.2 Mixer met rooster (nr. 40) voor omvangrijke dingen, zoals vulling voor knoedels, etc.
5.2.3 Mixer met net (nr. 41) voor niet-plakkende dingen, zoals eieren en room.
Let op: Kies niet zomaar een mixer, want de mixer kan hierdoor niet werken of zelfs stukgaan. Overweeg het
soort mixer en de snelheid zorgvuldig.
5.3 De kom monteren en demonteren
Om het apparaat uit te zetten tilt u de kop van de mixer “A” op. Houd de roestvrijstalen body vast met twee
handen en draai de kom totdat deze vastzit. Draai dit proces om, om de kom te demonteren, gevolgd door stap
5.1, waarbij u de kop naar beneden duwt tot deze klikt en handvat “E” in verticale positie staat.

5.4 De snelheid aanpassen
Als u de snelheidstoets op “0” zet (tekening 3-1), het stroom aanzet en het apparaat verbindt met het
stopcontact, zal het lampje aangaan. U schakelt het apparaat in door de knop tegen de klok in te draaien en de
snelheid volgens hetgeen dat u wilt mixen en de mixer aan te passen. De snelheid zal worden verhoogd als u de
knop van links naar rechts draait.
Als de pijl helemaal bovenaan staat (tekening 3-2) staat de mixer op de laagste snelheid, dit is een goede snelheid
voor deeg.
Als de pijl in het midden staat (tekening 3-3) staat de mixer op de middelste snelheid, dit is goed voor het mixen
van vulling voor knoedels.
Als de pijl helemaal rechts staat (tekening 3-4) staat de mixer op de hoogste snelheid, dit is goed voor het mixen
van eieren.
De mixer kan op verschillende snelheden worden gebruikt en u kunt zelf de beste snelheid bepalen.
Draairichting: (vanuit de as) De draairichting vanuit de bedekking van de as (onderdeel 44) is met de klok mee
(rode pijl) en de draairichting van de as (onderdeel 11) is tegen de klok in.
Let op: Ga niet tegen de bovenstaande draairichting in, anders zal de werking van het apparaat worden
verminderd en bestaat de kans dat het apparaat stukgaat. Gebruik de mixer telkens niet langer dan 10 minuten.
Het maximumgewicht bloem is 500 gram.
5.5 Hoogte van de mixer aanpassen
Soms is de interval tussen de onderkant van de mixer en de kom te nauw en soms te groot, waardoor het
aanpassen van de hoogte van de mixer noodzakelijk is. De details hiervoor staan hieronder weergegeven
(tekening 4).
a. Schakel eerst het stroom uit.
b. Gebruik een moersleutel om de moer van de mixer los te maken.
c. Pas de interval aan.
d. Draai de moer vast.
5.6 Als u klaar bent zet u de snelheid weer op “0”, zet u het apparaat uit en schakelt u het stroom uit.
6Veiligheid
6.1 Verwijder het apparaat, maar schakel eerst het stroom uit. Als u de mixer demonteert dient eerst de mixer
uitgeschakeld te zijn.
6.2 Zorg ervoor dat uw vingers niet nat zijn als u het apparaat gebruikt.
6.3 Maak het apparaat niet nat en dompel de mixer niet onder in water.
6.4 Als onderdelen stuk zijn of als het apparaat niet werkt zoals het zou moeten werken, stop dan het apparaat
en laat het controleren door een reparateur.
6.5 Stop uw vingers niet in de kom terwijl de mixer aanstaat.
6.6 Minderjarige personen dienen het apparaat niet te gebruiken.
6.7 Als het apparaat wordt gebruikt of als de kop omhoog staat, dient handvat “E” op de verticale stand te staan.
6.8 Om letsel te voorkomen stopt u geen vingers of onderdelen tussen de kop en de body van het apparaat als
de kop omhoog staat.
6.9 Er bevindt zich een grondpunt (markering) op de achterkant, zorg ervoor dat deze op de originele plaats blijft
nadat u de mixer hebt schoongemaakt.

7Onderhoud
7.1 De mixer valt onder de categorie voedselapparaten, dus alle onderdelen die in contact staan met voedsel
dienen elke dag te worden verwijderd en schoongemaakt. Gebruik geen chemische schoonmaakmiddelen die
letsel kunnen veroorzaken.
7.2 Zet het apparaat niet aan indien er zich niets in de kom bevindt.
7.3 Indien de mixer de kom raakt stopt u onmiddellijk met het gebruik en past u de snelheid of de hoogte aan.
7.4 Neem contact op met uw leverancier voor onderhoud van de mixer.
