GENERAL SAFETY
1. Read carefully & keep these instructions in a safe place.
2. Use this product only for its intended function.
3. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
3. Suitable for dry locations ONLY.
4. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
1. Do not allow children to operate this product.
2. Turn power o and remove the plug when not in use or when cleaning.
3. Do not let the power cord get damaged in any way.
4. Do not use an extension cord with this product to prevent overloading
the power circuit.
5. Periodically inspect the power cord for signs of damage.
6. Do not use with damaged cable or plug. If the supply cable is damaged,
it must be replaced by manufacturer in order to avoid a hazard.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Ensure that the Comfortel Presto is on a flat surface when in use.
Suction cups should stick securely on a flat surface before turned on.
2. Do not put your hands, any other body parts including face and hair,
or any foreign objects not intended for use into the Comfortel Presto
when it is turned on.
3. Ensure that you firmly hold the hair brush with your hand when inserting into
the Comfortel Presto. Do not let go of the brush while cleaning it over the
rotating brush. This will cause the brush to be sucked into the canister.
4. Do not push down hard on the Rotating Brush with the hair brush. This will
cause the unit to automatically shut o as a safety precaution.
Turn ON Comfortel Presto by pressing the
power button located on the front of the
appliance.
Turn OFF Comfortel Presto by pressing
the power button when not in use.
Holding the dry hair brush firmly by the
handle, insert into the appliance, ensuring
the head of the brush where hair is located,
is resting directly onto the rotating brush.
Hold the hair brush securely.
DO NOT let go of the hair brush.
DO NOT push the hair brush
all the way through the unit.
Gently move and turn the hair brush, so the
rotating brush makes contact, and removes
the hair from your hair brush.
Pull out the hair brush from the appliance.
Repeat steps 2 & 3 if brush needs further
cleaning.

Water poses a serious risk even when device is
switched o, do not leave device connected to
power supply after use.

EMPTYING THE CANISTER
Ensure that your appliance is turned o by the power switch before cleaning.
Located at the back of the appliance, push
down on the tab and slide the canister away
from the main unit and rotating brush.
Slide the canister away from the
appliance. Empty contents.
Use a lint free cloth or soft brush to
remove any dust or debris from both the
canister and around the rotating brush.
Slide canister back onto the unit and click
into place. The appliance will not start
unless the canister is correctly in place.
CLEANING THE ROTATING BRUSH:
Ensure that you unplug your appliance from the mains electricity supply before cleaning.
1. Push the red button on the rotating brush to release it from the unit. Remove by pulling
the rotating brush away from the unit.
2. Remove hair from rotating brush. Stubborn hair can be removed by cutting with
scissors. DO NOT CUT the rotating brush's bristles. Dispose of hair and debris.
3. Use a soft brush to remove any dust or debris and slide the rotating brush back onto
the main unit and click into place.

Use a lint free cloth or soft brush to
remove any dust or debris from the main
unit and around the rotating brush.
Do not use:
· acetone
· furniture polishes
· bleach
· abrasive cleaners
· steel wool
The canister ONLY can be cleaned with warm soapy water.
Must be completely dry before use. DO NOT use water to clean the main unit or rotating brush.
NEVER submerge the main unit into water.

to purchase.

All Comfortel electrical products are individually tested before leaving the factory.
However in the unlikely event of the product proving defective due to faulty
workmanship or materials, then, at its sole discretion, Comfortel will repair or
replace the product at no charge with an identical or equivalent product within
one year from the original date of purchase. A replacement product assumes the
remaining warranty of the original product purchased.
To claim under this warranty, please contact your local distributor, where you
purchased this Comfortel Product. Please ensure that you include a proof of
purchase with any returned product.
This Warranty only applies to genuine Comfortel products purchased through a
Comfortel approved stockists and does not cover products repaired or serviced
by anyone other than Comfortel personnel or Comfortel representatives.
Warranty Claims does not include:
1. Damage caused by misuse, improper treatment or violent usage.
2. Damage caused by failure to comply with these instructions..
3. Damage caused by connecting this appliance to the incorrect voltage.
4. Damage caused by connecting accessories supplied by other manufacturers.
5. Minor faults which do not significantly aect the value of the device or its
eective use.
6. Normal wear and tear.
Note that this Warranty may be invalidated where serial numbers or identification
have been erased, damaged or modified. This does not aect your statutory rights.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
• Do not carry out any maintenance or repair work other than shown in this
Operating Manual or advised by your local distributor and/or manufacturer.
• Always disconnect the plug from the mains before inspecting for problems.
If the appliance will not operate, first check the mains socket has electricity
supply and that the plug is properly inserted into the socket.
• A periodic inspection of all components and fasteners should be made to ensure
that your Comfortel product is structurally intact and functioning properly.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR COMFORTEL PRESTO
In the unlikely event that your Comfortel product does not operate correctly,
check that the Comfortel product and mains power supply are switched on,
and that power is available.
The Comfortel Presto has a fail-safe mode that will automatically turn o the unit
as a precaution. In most instances, the following troubleshooting will cover
failure to operate.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Rotating Brush Automatically Stops.
Pushing down too hard on the rotating brush will cause the brush to automatically
stop as a safety precaution. Please remove brush and wait for the rotating brush
to start again.
Comfortel Presto will not start after installing the cannister.
If the canister is not fully installed correctly, the Comfortel presto will not start.
Make sure the cannister slides all the way into the main unit, and clicks into place.

FAILURE TO OPERATE
Your Comfortel electrical product is classified as ‘electrical or electronic
equipment’ and must not be disposed of with other household or commercial
waste at the end of its working life. When you have no further use for your
Comfortel product, please dispose of it according you your local authority’s
recycling procedure. For more information contact your local authority.
