GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG FÜR LAGERUNGSHILFE TRAVELLER
Lagerungsnestchen zur Unterstützung der Positionierung von Früh- und Neugeborenen in den
Transportinkubatoren Dräger TI 500, International Biomedical Airborne und Atom V-808.
Vor der Benutzung das Lagerungsnestchen/Lagerungsrolle auf Defekte und Beschädigungen
überprüfen. Nur unbeschädigte Produkte verwenden, da sonst Füllmaterial austreten kann.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Atmung durch die Lagerungshilfsmittel nicht behindert
wird.
Flügel bzw. Bänder nicht verknoten und nur die vorgesehenen Druckknöpfe zur Fixierung
verwenden. Während des Transports alle Flügel bzw. Bänder schließen – im Notfall lassen
sich diese schnell öffnen.
Während des Transports ist darauf zu achten, dass die Lagerungshilfe über die 4 elastischen
Gurtverschlüsse (Haken) immer mit der Transporteinheit verbunden ist.
Zur genauen Beurteilung des Hautkolorits des Neonaten sollte das flexible Kopf- bzw. Fußteil
aufgeklappt sein. Auch im geschlossenen Zustand ist eine kontinuierliche Überwachung der
Vitalparameter notwendig.
Lagerungshilfe nach Gebrauch gem. den empfohlenen Wasch- und Pflegehinweisen reinigen.
Bei Nichtgebrauch so lagern, dass es vor Kontamination und Verschmutzung geschützt ist.

REINIGUNG
Die Lagerungshilfe nur im Waschbeutel waschen und trocknen,
da sonst das Material beschädigt werden kann. Alle Druckknöpfe
der Lagerungshilfe inkl. Kopfteil und Fußteil vor der Wäsche
öffnen und im Waschbeutel mitsamt der einzelnen Flügel/Bänder
verstauen. Waschbeutel immer sorgfältig schließen.
Die Reinigung erfolgt entsprechend der am Produkt angebrachten
Waschetiketten mit einem geprüften und anerkannten Verfahren
der Wäschedesinfektion, vorzugsweise in Waschmaschinen. Aus
Gründen der Materialverträglichkeit empfehlen wir ARIEL Profes-
sional von Procter & Gamble zur Reinigung.

INTENDED USE TRAVELLER
Positioning aid nesting to assist the positioning of premature infants in transport incubator
Dräger TI 500, International Biomedical Airborne, Atom V-808. Integrated restraint system with
flexible belts to fix with the mobile unit.
PREPARATION AND OPERATION
Inspect for defects and damage before using the positioning device. Use only undamaged
products – risk of suffocation! Ensure that breathing is not obstructed by positioning device
– danger of suffocation!
Do not knot the side straps – use the snap buttons to fix it. In an emergency, quick removal
is only possible with the use of the snap buttons.
Always fix the elastic belts by using the hooks. During transport the positioning device has
always to be fixed on the mobile unit. – otherwise danger of major injuries!
In order to accurately evaluate skin coloration of infants, the flexible brim needs to be
turned down. When using positioning device continuous monitoring of the vital parameters
is necessary.
Use only new or cleaned and dried parts. Risk of cross infection! Contaminated positioning
device should be replaced and cleaned. Clean positioning device regularly after use.
When not in use, store positioning devices so that they are protected against contamination
and soiling.

CLEANING AND DISPOSAL
The positioning device must only be washed and tumbled in a
wash bag – otherwise the material might be damaged. All snap
buttons need to be opened before the washing process.
Cleaning should be performed in accordance with the wash and
care labels using a tested and recognized washing disinfection
machine. Following use, the positioning device must be disposed
in accordance with the local hospital, hygiene and waste disposal
regulations.
WARNING: DO NOT USE MECHANICAL DEHYDRATION PRESS OR
MANGLE PRESS DURING WASH AND DRY PROCESSES – OTHER-
WISE THE MATERIAL MIGHT BE DAMAGED.
