Safety instrucons
READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE USING YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.
1. General Safety
- Please use the screen protector that does not block the light sensor to avoid aecng its normal
use.
- Please use the ocial original accessories to avoid damage to the phone.
- Do not keep the magnec stripe card with the mobile phone together for a long me, otherwise
the magnec stripe will out of acon.
- Do not expose your phone to strong sunlight to avoid damage due to overheat.
- Do not connect with other Unauthorized equipment.
- Do not disassemble the phone.
- lt is forbidden to put the mobile phone under high temperature or throw it into re to avoid
explosion.
2. Trac Safety
- Please do not use the phones and follow the relevant trac laws when driving.
- Do not place the mobile phone above the car's airbag or inside the area covered by the airbag
released.
- Please comply with the relevant regulaons of the airline. Do not use your phone in the area
or during the me when it is forbidden. Please turn o your phone if necessary.

3. Medical safety
- The radio waves of mobile phones may aect some medical devices, such as pacemakers,
cochlear implants, hearing aids, etc. The mobile phone and these medical devices should be kept
at least 20 cm away. Feel free to consult the restricons on the use of mobile phones with
manufacturer when excepon occurs.
USE TIPS 1
Quick Install SIM Card/SD Card
Please do the following with the power o:
1. Turn the screw counterclockwise to open the back cover.
2. Both SIM1 and SIM2 covers slide to the right to open the SIM cover. Aer unlocking the SIM
cover, place the SIM card in the designated posion, then close the SIM cover and turn the SIM
cover to the le to lock it to complete the SIM installaon.
3. The right slot is the TF card slot,TF card maximum can support 2TB. First open the TFcover,
then put the TF card in the designated posion , and then cover the TF cover to lock it to
complete the TF installaon.

USE TIPS 2
Preparaon before entering the water
USB port should be rmly closed
Check whether the inner waterproof ring is in good condion,then install the baery cover and
ghten the two screws clockwise.
WARNING
1. Before into the water,all ports and connecons must be checked according to the above
operaons.
2. The phone's waterproof performance will be aected aer a destrucve fall.
3. Take the device out of the water, the speaker and receiver need to be completely dry before
using, otherwise, it will aect the experience.
THE BASICS OF TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems and Soluons
Abnormal microphone/ Speaker/Receiver behavior post drop in water
Shake the phone dry to make sure the water is out of membrane.Use the hair dryer to quickly
dry the exces water to restore the volume to normal.
App Crashes/Freezes/Unable to recharge/Restart frequently

Quick restart oen solves minor issues with phone.Or the right side of the phone you will nd a
power buon.Restart the phone using that buon.
Magnec charger/Dock charger not working
Check the charger and the contact posion for any signs of dirt or oxidaon.A quick wipe with
coon swab and alcohol should solve the issue.
Abnormal power consumpon
First, you should try to dim the screen brightness and turn o the GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth if you
are not using them. Addionally, you should check your Baery Usage in your phone Sengs
and see which apps are using more baery. You can close or disable the ones that are draining
more baery if you usually do not need them.
Unable to register the SIM card
If aer proper installaon of SIM card the phone doesn't recognize the network try switching the
ight mode on-and-o or try restarng the phone.lf the issue sll persists clean the chip with
alcohol and coon swap.
MicroSD card does not work
Your microSD probably has errors and your phone is not recognizing that card. Try to connect a
card reader to your PC and format the microSO card at least two mes. Restart your mobile
phone and insert the SD card again.
Mobile network not registering internet access
Go to sengs-Network&internet-Mobile network-Mobile data-switch it on. Or slide the screen
to shortcut menu-click the signal icon on upper right corner of the mobile data network- switch
it on.
Restore to factory seng
Please note factory reset will erase all the data from the phone,so make sure you take the backup
of data before you do a factory reset. Open sengs-System-Advanced-Reset opons-Erase all
data (factory reset).
