Position the light grids parallel to each
other and at a distance between the
minimum and maximum range limits
(see label).
Fix them to a stable part of the machine,
either with a M3 screw in the threaded
holes near the end caps or with the
support kit LXW-DGMGA-000.
CHECK that ejected parts will not strike
light grids.
N.B.: all around the sensing field there
is a zone with a reduced resolution.
The size of the high resolution zone is
90% of the total length ‘L’ and the 90%
of the beam height ‘Bh’.

ÜBERPRÜFEN SIE, dass keine ausge-
worfene Teile die Lichtgitter anschlagen
können.
ACHTUNG: Rund um den Erfassungs-
bereich besteht eine Zone mit reduzier-
ter Auflösung.
Die Grösse der hochauflösende Zone
beträgt 90% der Gesamtlänge ‘L’ und
90% der Strahlshöhe ‘Bh’.
Positionner les barrières parallèles les
unes aux autres et à une distance entre

Fixer les appareils sur une partie
stable de la machine, soit avec une
vis M3 dans les trous filetés près des
embouts, soit avec le kit de support
LXW-DGMGA-000.
CONTRÔLER que des pièces éjectées
ne frapperont pas les barrières.
ATTENTION: le champ de détection est
entouré d’une zone à résolution réduite.
Les dimensions de la zone à haute
résolution correspondent à 90% de la
longueur totale ‘L’ et 90% de la hauteur
du faisceau ‘Bh’.

The DETECTION GRID system generates a high
numberof beams, ensuring very detailed scanning within
the examined zone. Interruption of a beam changes the
output state.
Mit der Erzeugung einer grossen Anzahl von Strahlen
liefert das SCHALTENDE-LICHTGITTER-System eine
sehr detaillierte Abtastung innerhalb der untersuchten
Zone. Die Unterbrechung eines Strahls ändert den
Ausgangszustand.
En générant un grand nombre de faisceaux, le système
BARRIÈRE DE DÉTECTION assure un balayage très
détaillé de la zone examinée. Toute interruption d’un
faisceau modifiera l’état de sortie.
