WARRANTY

Cook4Life warrants to the original purchaser of
this product (“the client”) that this products will be
free of defects in quality and workmanship under
normal personal, family or household use for a
period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase
(“warranty period”).
Where the client has purchased the product and
it breaks, is defective or does not work properly or
for the intended purpose, the client must notify
Cook4Life thereof with the warranty period. Any
claim in terms of this warranty must be supported
by a proof of purchase. If proof of purchase in
not available, then repair, and/or service charges
maybe be payable by the client to Cook4Life. All
repair, and/or service charges are payable up front
upon receipt of a Proforma Invoice from Cook4Life.
The faulty product must be taken to Cook4Life’s
nearest regional office to exercise the warranty.
The product must be in good working condition,
with your original proof of purchase, name,
address, telephone number, and a description
of the claimed defect. Returned goods must be
complete with all the accessories included in the
original purchase. You will be required to offer
us an explanation for the return and offer us the
opportunity to address any problems. Cook4Life
will provide the client with a charge for transport
and handling.
Cook4Life will repair or exchange the product
in terms of this warranty subject to legislative
requirements. This warranty shall be valid only
where the client has not broken the product
himself, or used the product for something that it
is not supposed to be used for. The warranty does
not include and will not be construed to cover
products damaged as a result of disaster, misuse,
tamper, abuse or any unauthorised modication or
repair of the product. Every possible precautionary
measure to prevent damage to the product has
been taken.

If the client requests that Cook4Life repairs the product
and the product breaks or fails to work properly within 3
(three) months of the repair and not as a result of misuse,
tampering or modication by or on behalf of the client,
then Cook4Life may replace the product.
The client may be responsible for certain costs where
products returned are not in the original packaging,
or if the packaging is damaged or if all the accessories
included in the original purchase, are not included.
What if the goods are defective?
If within 6 months from date of purchase the goods are
found to be defective due to a manufacturing or material
defect, and not due to abuse, misuse or tampering, then
Cook4life will repair or replace the goods.
If after the initial 6 months from date of purchase, the
goods are found to be defective due to a manufacturing
or material defect, and not due to abuse, misuse or
tampering, then Cook4life will send the goods to the
manufacturer for assessment and the manufacturer will
decide whether you have a valid claim, and if so repair or
replace the goods.
If the goods become defective after the 12 months from
date of purchase Cook4life can arrange to have the
goods repaired at a cost. No repairs will be done without
the approval of a quotation rst, as well as payment
received from the client.
When Will the Warranty from cook4life not
apply?
The 1 year warranty from Cook4life will only apply to
manufacturing defects of goods, and will not apply in
the following instances:
• Damage caused by accident to the goods
• Damage caused by tampering, abuse or misuse of
the goods
• If the goods are used for any other purpose other
than which they were manufactured for
• If the goods are not cared for or used according to
their instruction manuals

1. Read all instructions carefully before using.
2. Before you use the appliance, please make
sure the voltage indicated on the rating plate
corresponds to the wall outlet at your home.
3. Please check that the power cord, plug and the
control panel are not loose or damaged.
4. Do not operate the appliance without water to
avoid damaging the heating elements.
5. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table
or counter, and not keep the appliance touch
any hot surface.
6. Do not place the appliance on or near any gas or
electric burner or inside heated oven.
7. Do not put the appliance into a working
disinfection cabinet.
8. Do not freeze the appliance in the refrigerator.
9. Do not lean the appliance or operate it upside
down.
10. Do not use it outdoors.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person
responsible for their safety.
12. Make sure to operate the appliance when
children are under good custody.
13. This appliance is not a toy, please make sure the
children do not play with it.
14. Please ensure the appliance is used on a rm
and at surface out of reach of children, to avoid
being overturned.
15. To protect against a re, electric shock or other
personal injury, do not immerse any part of the
appliance in water or other liquid.
16. Do not touch the hot surface, water spout when
the appliance is operating.

water tank lid in a rush in order to avoid the scald

18. To avoid being scalded, it is prohibited to use

temperature or steam when the appliance is
being used.
19. Do not use the appliance to heat anything
other than water. Do not ll above the “max”
indication. Do not operate it if water is below
minimum.
20. Unplug the appliance before do the cleaning,

21. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or a similar qualied person in order to avoid any

exclusive power cord if any damages.

of working or with malfunctions, return it
to the nearest authorized service agent or

replacement, do not try to disassembly it by

3. hoW to Use
Before first Use:
• If use the appliance for rst time, please clean up the water tank before use. Always unplug from the plug
socket before cleaning.
• Fill in with clean water to clean, plug in and press the switch to ON position, let the water owing until tank
be empty and repeat the same steps for several times, then rell the proper clean water to be ready for
operation.

Open the lid, ll the water tank with the desired amount of water, and then close the lid. Note: the water level must
be less the Max level. You can select two methods as per the following

2. oBtain desired Water
Make sure the plug is connected to the proper wall outlet, and ll in the water with desired amount. Place your
cup on the removable water tray, make sure it aligns with the spout. First select desired temperature, and press
the switch to ON position, about 5-8s, the desired water will ow out continuously from water spout , when you
obtain desired water, press the Switch to OFF position, the appliance stop work at once, If you want to obtain
water again, only repeat the above procedure.

Do not touch the boiled water and steam in order to protest against the scald by the boiled water and hot
steam.
The appliance have manual thermostat to recover the heating function for abnormal operation, if the unit is no power, stop working,
not boiling the water, you can reset the thermostat by a reset key easily.

• After cleaning the appliance, please open the drainage stopper in order to clean up waste water, Pls tighten
the drainage stopper after opening it.
• Note: If found water leakage from the bottom, please tighten the drainage stopper.
• You can remove the spout so as to clean up scale deposit.
3. Water disposal from the Water tray
• When the water tray is full, to grasp and stabilize the appliance by one hand, use another hand to lift up the
water tray slightly to remove it, empty the water tray and insert it into the original place with proper force.

4. cleaning and maintenances
1. Always switch off and unplug your water dispenser and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the appliance into any liquid to avoid the damage.
3. To maintain the products performance, we suggest you descale the appliance at least once every month.
Please use a toxic free detergent such as citric acid, add citric acid into water as to 2%(1:50) proportion, and
operate always the appliance about two or three times, the scale will be get rid of completely. After the
completion, please pour out all the boiled water and add pure water to operate the appliance before you
drink.
4. Do not use any chemical, metal, wood or abrasive detergent to clean the appliance housing, always use a
damp cloth.
5. Always handle the appliance gently, do not place it near the edge of the table and the counter, to protect
against the deform or function damage in case it fall down from the table accidentally.

If do not use, the appliance is not in use for a long, unplug and clean it, then put back into the original packing
box to avoid the electrical components humidifying or damaging.
