OPERATION
•Remove all interior and exterior packaging materials.
•Clean the aluminum bowl, the top lid and the mixing spatula with warm soapy water
before using.
•Prepare your ingredients before you start to make your ice cream.
•Assemble the unit in accordance with the instructions.
•Connect the input connector clip of the adaptor into the ice cream maker then
insert the plug into a power socket.
•Pour the cold ice cream mixture into the bowl. Do not exceed the max line.
•Place the assembled Top Lid onto the main housing. Please ensure that the two
metal prongs under the cover make contact with the two metal magnetic circles on
the housing. Once in place, turn the Lid clockwise until it stops.
Note: The machine will not start if the metal prongs are not lined up with the magnets.
•Press the Hard or Soft button depending on the desired ice cream consistency. The
selected feature will light up.
Hard : thicker ice cream
Soft : soft serve consistency
•The machine will operate for around 45–120 minutes (time varies depending on the
coldness, quantity and type of the ingredients), or until mixture becomes the desired
thickness (Ice cream should carry a consistency similar to a thick, creamy custard).
•You can check the ice cream though the viewing window while the unit is on.
•The unit will let you know the ice cream is ready with an audible sound. Press STOP.
•If you want to stop the unit before, press the Stop button.
•Unplug the unit when you are finished.
•Remove the assembled Top Lid with mixing spatula by turning it counter-clockwise
and lifting up. Scrape off any excess ice cream from the Spatula.
•Remove the frozen mixture from the Aluminum Bowl with a plastic or silicone spoon,
or plastic ice cream scoop.
•Place the ice cream in a freezer safe container or ice cream bowl if you are ready to
serve.
Notes:
•The preparation time of the ice cream will depend on the amount of ingredients. It
will take about 2 hours to prepare the ice cream if the bowl is fully loaded and the
appliance is stabilized at a room temperature of 25°C.
•If the mixture is chilled before use, ice cream can take less than an hour to prepare.
•Follow the recipes provided in our handy Recipe Guide. However, almost any frozen
dessert recipe can be used providing it does not make more than 600ml of liquid.
350ml will volumize to make 850ml of ice cream.
•To ensure good and consistent results, use a measuring cup or spoon to ensure you
get the correct amount of each ingredient.
•Do not turn the unit off unless the ice cream is ready as the mixture will freeze to the
Aluminum Bowl and the Mixing Spatula will not be able to turn.
•If the Mixing Spatula does not stir anymore, press STOP. Remove the cover and
paddle immediately to prevent the paddle from getting stuck.
