1. General Comments
CORONIX had bright out CX32X dual-module IP phone for corporate customer. It provides
both VoIP and PSTN network to meet the high-end customer’s high availability demand and
efficient work.
CX32X is a small-screen business type of Dual-module series IP phone, the appearance of
fashion and technology, excellent voice quality, powerful features, is a new generation of smart
phones to replace the traditional desktop office terminal.
CX32X IP Phone support 2 accounts registering and 2 calls management. Call Waiting, Call
Queuing and Call Forward can be well implemented; meanwhile, it makes conference to be
created very quickly. No matter how busy the calls will be, CX32X IP Phone can easily satisfy the
requirement.
CX32X IP Phone supports 6 extend modules that totally contain 192 programming buttons.
With the Busy Lamp Field（BLF）and Lines share (BLA) function, operators can manage and
monitor the calls more efficiently. It provides headset jack that compatible with professional
microphone headsets, which will finely satisfy the call centre.

CX32X through the unique voice processing technology that enables voice calls for more
clarity and realistic, and communication more fluent.
Advanced Call Process
Support 8 lines bicolor indicator light circuit, managing two lines at the same time, carrying
out call queuing and circuit switch, it’s also convenient for teleconference and call transfer,
meet the communication requirement at the busy time.
Support 12 Programmable Keys
Programmable keys can be defined as speed call key or other functional key to the appointed
contact for improving the operating efficiency, 12 pieces Programmable Keys support the
indicator light in busy line.
*EnterpriseAddress Book Application
Support business contacts and the private phone book applications, to help with flowers
quickly find the call number and a key.
Extend Modules
Supports 6 extend modules that totally contain 192 programming buttons. With the Busy
