
INSTALLATION-WATERCRAFTCOVERS
The rear of the cover has the Covercraft logo and sewn-on red reflector.
Startatthefrontofthewatercraftandslidethecoveroverthenose,making
sure the cover is centered.
Movetothebackofthewatercraftandpullthecoverstraightback,overthe
bodyedgeusually foundabovethejetdrive. Itisatightfitand youmustpull
thecoversnuglyintoplace. Thistightfitpreventsflappingormovementwhile
towing.
NOTE: Ifthecoveris not tightenough,makethefollowing adjustments with
the cover off the watercraft,
1)Locatethe elastic bungee cord sewn into the hem -you'llfind the ends of
it at the hem opening at the front of the cover.
2)Pullthebungeecordout4 to 6 inches andtieanewknotpasttheoriginal
knot. DO NOT untie the original knot.
3)Refitthecover. Ifitisstillnottightenough,repeatstep2andmovetheknot
further up the cord.
IMPORTANT TOWING NOTE!
Therearetwo(2)tie-downloopsoneachsideofthecover. Thesemustbe
usedtokeep the cover in place while towing. Usenylonropeor asimilar
strap through the tie-down loops to securely pull the cover tight under the
watercraft. Fastenthetie-downropesafterthewatercraftisloadedonthe
trailer. DONOTuserubberorbungeetypecordsfortie-downs,astheycan
cause chafing of the watercraft body while trailering.
Watercraftcovershaveaflap for access to thefuelfillercap. This allows
youtorefuelthewatercraftwhileitisonthetrailer,intransit,withoutremoving
thecover. Takecarenottospillgasolineoroilonthecover-itisflammable
and will attract dirt and ruin the water repellency.
CLEANING&WASHINGINSTRUCTIONS
Theundersideofthecoverwillbecomedirtyfromcontactwiththewater-craft
andtheoutsidewill accumulatedust,dirtandroad grime. Usethefollowing
methodstocleanthecover:
1) Periodically shake the cover vigorously. It is easier to do this with two
people,oneon eachendofthe cover.
2)Washthecoverinalargetubautomaticwasher,foundatmostcommercial
laundromats,ormostfront-loadhomewashers. Avoidwasherswithcenter
agitatorsastheseputextrastressonthematerialduringthewashcycle. Use
1/4 cup of Simple Green® All Purpose Cleaner only (do not use soap or
detergent) Wash the cover using the "Normal" or "Permanent Press" cycle
inwarmwater. DONOTWASHINHOTWATER! Runthecoverthroughtwo
rinsecycles-itisimportantthatall thecleanerberemoved. Thecovercan
bedriedinanautomaticdryeronairorlowheat. Youmayalsodrythecover
by placing it over the watercraft or hanging on a line to air dry.

How Long is the Warranty?
Thiswarrantyisvalidtotheoriginalownerforfive(5)yearsfromdate
ofpurchaseforSunbrellafabricfour(4)yearsforUltra'tectfabricandthree(3)
yearsforGlen-Tuf.
What is Covered?
Workmanship: Covercraft will repair any defects in workmanship
(includingstitching)ofthecover. Ifwecannotrepairyourcover,wewillreplace
itwithout charge.
Fabric:Warrantycoverageprotectsagainstfabricbecomingunser-
viceable due to loss of strength resulting from normal exposure conditions
includingsunlight,mildew,rotand/oratmosphericchemicals. Covercraftwill
repairorreplacethe coverorspecificpanelsjudged tobeunusable.
What is NOT Covered?
Incontinuousoutdooruse,fadingoffabriccoloroccursnaturallyand
isnotcoveredby warranty.
How Long Must You Wait For Replacement?
Yourcoverwillberepairedorreplacedandshippedbacktoyou,freight
prepaid,withinthirty(30)daysofCovercraft'sreceiptofthecover.

instructions. Hours are M-F from 8AM to 4:30PM CST. The cover must be
sent freight prepaid and insured, with a copy of the original sales receipt
showingthepurchasedate.

additional rights which vary from state to state.
