LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY (With 1-YEAR FULL)
COVERTECH INDUSTRIES LIMITED, warrants to the original purchaser of the Spa Cover that
any defects in material and workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the company’s option within
one (1) year of the purchase date. Cover must be returned freight prepaid, dry and clean.
Proof of purchase indicating date and dealer must be included with the cover.
2nd year replacement charge – 50% of suggested list price
3rd year replacement charge – 75% of suggested list price
One (1) Year Full Warranty includes delamination of outer shell material, as well as split seams or
straps. The following are specifically excluded from the warranty: damage caused by submersion of the
spa cover, improper handling, misuse, animal damage, excessive stress and abrasion, damage caused by
puncture of sharp unpadded surfaces, excessive snow weight and damage caused by loosely fastened
strap buckles.
COVERTECH INDUSTRIES LIMITED will not be liable for any incidental damages resulting from
any defects in material or workmanship. To ensure maximum efficiency and reduce the risk of
damage, secure all straps / buckles TIGHTLY when not in use.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
TO AVOID THE RISK OF DROWNING, STAY OF THE COVER AT ALL TIMES. NEVER ALLOW
UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN NEAR THE SPA (COVERED OR UNCOVERED).
GENERAL PREPARATIONS:
1) The Spa Cover is designed to extend over the lip of your spa. Ensure removal of any sharp attachments that could puncture or
abrade the vinyl outer shell of the spa cover.
2) Pad sharp corners rough edges or pretrusions to protect your new cover.
3) Place Spa Cover evenly over the top of the spa. Allow straps to hang over the edge of the spa.
4) Measure the position accurately where permanent buckle end will be placed on the spa base before drilling into the spa cabinet.
5) Align straps accordingly and adjust length of strap so that the cover fits snugly over the top of the spa.
6) For additional safety benefits always fasten and lock all spa cover buckles when spa in not in use. Keys are supplied with buckles.
7) Do not sit stand lay or walk on spa cover. Prevent excessive snow load pets or any other objects to be placed on the top of the
spa cover.
8) To remove spa cover lift from the underside of cover. Do not lift or remove the cover from the straps or skirt.
AVOID THE FOLLOWING TO MAXIMIZE LIFE SPAN OF SPA COVER
-Excessive chlorinating of water or use of other chemicals being splashed on the vinyl.
-Clean your cover every month to avoid vinyl becoming dry and brittle which can result in tearing of seams and stress points.
-Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
-Never carry spa cover by the straps.
-When not in use, fold conveniently back and store clear of spa.
•Ensure locking buckles are tightly fastened when the spa is not in use.
•Ensure that excess snow is removed of the cover
•Never remove or carry spa cover by the straps or the skirt.
