Feature highlights
Coway’s revolutionary cleansing technology, 「i-wave system」
- This new unique water stream system of Coway provides water stream
course modes customized to the conditions of the user for a tidier and
more refreshing cleaning process.
Delicate, clean customized water stream for women
- Water streams from minute perforations for women: The soft water streams
shot through the minute perforations cleanse the sensitive skin of women
cleanly and softly.
- Super wide water streams from minute perforations for women : The water
streams shot through the minute perforations that cover a wide range
cleanse skin of women during a sensitive period such as menstruation.
Water path & Nozzle Cleaning function
- The two-stage cleaning function, which consists of water path cleaning
for every channel of water flow in the bidet and the nozzle cleaning for
the nozzles easily exposed to contamination. This two-stage cleaning
function using electrolyzed water allows the users to use the product
with relief and for better cleaning.
Stainless steel twin nozzles for improved cleanness
- The stainless steel nozzles and anti-bacterial nozzle tips ensure more
hygienic use of the product. Also, the anal region cleaning nozzle and
bidet nozzle for women are separated for better hygiene.
Separated nozzle doors and dry duct fixing structure for
better hygiene
- The separated nozzle door (2 doors) structure separates the anal region
cleaning nozzle and bidet nozzle for women for better hygiene.
- The easy mounting/dismounting structure allows you to easily separate
the nozzles and dry duct for easier and more hygienic cleaning.
High-quality RF wireless remote controller
- The remote controller for wireless communication (RF) can transmit and
receive signals in all directions and greatly improves reception rate and
use convenience.
Power saving system– 'ECO GREEN system'
- The 'hybrid instantaneous warm water' system sets adequate
temperatures quickly during use (when seated). The built-in ECO GREEN
system switches the bidet toilet to the standby mode when not in use to
save the electric power and lower the electric rates.

pieces, or flammable substances on top of the product. If foreign
substances enter the product, there is a risk of electrocution or re.

WARNING : If these warnings are not observed, considerable
physical injury or property damage may occur as a
result of burns, electrocution, re, or injury.
• Use the tap water for water supply. Using the industrial water or treated
water for water supply may cause skin damage or skin disease.
• Children, the elderly, those unable to adjust the temperature on
their own, and those with sensitive skin should set the warm water
temperature and seat temperature to ‘Low.’There is a risk of low
temperature burn.

’Low temperature burn’ refers to a burn injury caused by prolonged
contact at a temperature under 40°C.
• Do not sit or stand on the seat cover or put heavy objects on it. It may
damage or break the product.
• Make sure to unplug the power cord before cleaning the product, and
do not sprinkle water on the product or use thinner, benzene, chemicals,
hydrochloric acid detergents, etc. It may can corrode the metal parts or
discolor or damage the main body.

Use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe the product.
• Do not pull the bidet hose or the connection hose with excessive force.
It may cause leakage or product breakdown.

CAUTION : If these cautions are not observed, slight physical
injury or property damage may occur.
• Do not connect the water supply part to a warm water pipe. It can cause
malfunction or accidents. Make sure to connect it to a cold water pipe.
• Do not use the product under direct sunlight. It can cause discoloration
or bleaching.
• Make sure to inspect the water feed connection part after installation for
any leakage. Make sure to x rubber packing on the T-shaped connector.
• Do not open or close the seat cover with excessive force or lean on it. It
may damage or break the product.

The soft opening/closing function for the seat cover opens and closes
the cover slowly.
• Be careful not to smear the nozzle, warm wind discharge outlet, or
product surface with urine. It may cause odors or product breakdown.
• If not using the product for an extended period of time, unplug the
power cord, lock the water supply valve, and drain the water tank.
(Refer to P.38.)
• Make sure to use the new hose set provided with the product. Do not
use an old hose set.
• Anyone who has an insucient physical, sensory or mental ability
(including children) must be supervised or instructed to use the
product. There is a risk of bodily injury or product breakdown.
• Since the wireless device may experience signal interferences, it cannot
provide services related to human life safety. In the following situations,
the frequency bands from the remote controller may interfere with
other frequencies, temporarily disabling the remote controller’s
communication function (tx/rx) or changing the reception rate.

If you are out of the reception range (within a lineal distance of 10
meters with no obstacle between the bidet toilet and remote controller)
- If the remote controller’s battery level is low

If there is a problem with the remote controller, use the side buttons on
the main body to control the product. If the problem persists, contact
the service center for inspection.

Do not carry or store it together with a mobile tx/rx device such as
walkie talkie and mobile phone. Operation may fail due to signal
interferences.
This product is for restrooms only. Do not use it for other purposes than what is specied in
the manual (unintended and abnormal use of the product).

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
• This appliance must be grounded. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding will
reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a path of least resistance for electric current. This
appliance is equipped with a cord having an appliance-grounding conductor and a grounding
plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING
Improper connection of the appliance-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check
with a qualified electrician or service representative if you are in doubt whether the appliance is properly
grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance; if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper
outlet installed by a qualified technician.
When you need an extension cord to plug in the product, use only a three-core-cable extension cord with
a three-pronged grounding plug and a three-pronged outlet that accommodates the product. If using an
extension cord is unavoidable, use one with grounding terminals for 120 V~, 60 Hz or higher. Replace a
damaged cord immediately. Remove any dust or water from extension cord. Failing to do so may result in
electric shock or fire.
• If the repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to
either at blade terminal. The insulation wire with an outer green surface with or without yellow
stripes is the grounding wire.
• When you are not sure about grounding or whether the product is properly grounded, consult
with a qualified electrician or service technician.a grounding plug that looks like the plug
illustrated in Figure 1.

Important!
Connect the power plug to a grounded electrical outlet for 120 V~ 60 Hz.
Open the water supply valve.
A water source must be supplied to the product for it to function properly.
After installing the product, remove the protection films on the main body and remote controller before use.
Check the remote controller status before using the product.
If the connection setting for remote controller communication (pairing) is not done or the main body’s powered
off, the remote controller does not operate. If the bidet does not operate even if you press the remote controller
buttons, turn on the power of the main body and set the connection (pairing) of the remote controller. If the
battery needs to be replaced, each time you press a button, the LED blinks three times. When the battery is
discharged, the power is turned off.
✽ Batteries are not covered by the customer service. It is a consumable, and you need to replace it when it is
necessary.
ECO GREEN system
- The 'hybrid instantaneous warm water' system sets adequate temperatures quickly during use (when seated).
The power saving system switches the bidet toilet to the standby mode when not in use to save the electric
power and lower the electric rates.
- When the ECO GREEN system is disabled : This system maintains the same temperature in the warm water tank
just like the existing hot water storage type. The power saving function is off.
(The system can be disabled in the special mode.)
✽ When you purchase the product, the ECO GREEN system is enabled by default.
After installation
Check for leakage on the water supply valve and connection hose.
There must be a rubber washer between the T-shaped connector and the main water supply valve.
After taking a shower or cleaning the bathroom with water, make sure to wipe off moisture on the control panel
with a soft cloth.
Regular replacement of filter
Periodic replacement of the filter is critical in ensuring hygienic cleaning. If you use an expired filter, the filter
performance is degraded, and unfiltered cleaning water can be sprayed.
Make sure to replace the filter in time.
✽ Filter replacement cycle : 4 months
Prolonged periods of non-usage
If the product has not been used for a long time, replace the filter and clean the nozzles, toilet seat, and other
parts according to the specified methods. (Refer to P.29.)
Connect product to power.
Plug the power cord and press the Power button on the control panel to turn on the bidet.
The power supply must be connected for the bidet toilet to operate properly.
Remove the protective film on the remote control before use.

Press and hold the ‘Power’ button and ‘Spray’ button at
the same time for about 2 seconds on the control panel.
All the LEDs on the control panel turn o and the
equipment enters the Special mode.
Sound mode
After entering the special mode, press the ‘Power’
button the control panel to select a sound mode.
- When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
- When the mode is disabled: The LED turns o.
Sitting detection mode
After entering the special mode, press the ‘Spray’
button the control panel to select a sitting
detection mode.
- When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
- When the mode is disabled: The LED turns o.
How to set special modes
Automatic drainage mode
After entering the special mode, press the ‘Nozzle
Clean’ button the control panel to select a
automatic drainage mode.
- When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
- When the mode is disabled: The LED turns o.

Plug in the power cord, press the ‘Spray’ button
and ‘Nozzle Clean’ button on the right side of
the product at the same time and hold them for
more than 2 seconds. The buzzer sounds, and
the LED blinks. You will enter the communication
connection (pairing) setting mode.
Within 15 seconds after entering the
communication connection (pairing) setting
mode, press and hold the ‘Spray’ button on the
remote controller for more than 5 seconds to
proceed with pairing of the remote controller and
the main body’s controller.
After pairing is completed, the remote
controller’s LED (wide, water/Air temperature,
seat temperature) blinks three times in orange,
indicating that the pairing is nished.
(But, paired operation is possible at least 15
seconds after start of the setting.)
How to pair the main body with the remote controller
Pairing involves connecting the remote controller to the controller receiver of the main body. You can perform
pairing of the main body and remote controller in the following order and use your remote controller afterward.

1 Cleansing mode indicator
If you press the Mode button, the indicator turns on in the
order of Basic→ Active Move→ Care.
3 Mode button
Use it to select the basic/active move/care mode.
5 Water Pressure button
Press this button to set the water pressure to Level 1 - Level 3.
2 Seat Temp. indicator
If you press the Seat Temp. button, the
indicator turns on in the order of
Low → Mid → High → Off.
1 Stop button
Stops all functions in operation.
4 Front button
Use it to select the women’s cleansing
function (bidet).
3 Water/Dry Temp. indicator
The indicator turns on in the order of
Low → Mid → High → Off.

Nozzle Position button
While using cleansing or women’s cleansing, use this button to adjust
the nozzle position back and forth.
6 Seat Temp. button
Use it to set the seat temperature. Pressing
this button, you can switch the temperature
level in the order of Low → Mid → High → Off.
8 Clean Bidet button
Use it to run the manual Clean function.
Pressing this button, you can switch the
Clean method in the order of Flow Channel
Clean → Nozzle Clean → Toilet Clean.
7 Water/Dry Temp. button
Use it to set the water/air temperature.
Pressing this button, you can switch the
temperature level in the order of Low
(green) → Mid (yellow) → High (red) → Off.
9 Dryer button
Use it to select the drying function. It
dries the skin after using the cleansing/
women’s cleansing function.

Water path & nozzle cleaning function
Water Path & Nozzle Cleaning
What is the water path & nozzle cleaning function?
With the two-stage cleaning care system of water path →
nozzle, you can keep the inside and outside of the bidet
hygienic to use the product with relief.
To use the water path & nozzle cleaning function, press the
‘Clean Bidet’ button.
The operation period of the water path cleaning → nozzle
cleaning is 35 seconds. (It is recommended to use the
function less than twice per day.)
Water path cleaning
This method cleanses every path of water inside the bidet
so that the user can hygienically use the product without
worrying about internal contamination of the bidet.
Nozzle cleaning
In this method, the electrolyzed water is sprayed on the
nozzle, which is easily exposed to contamination, for
cleaning the nozzle. The nozzle is cleaned not only while
the two-step cleaning function operates but also while
the nozzle returns to its position after the user uses the
front/rear function.
Cleaning principle : By decomposing tap water with
electricity without using any additives,
electrolyzed water is generated.
