• Assemble the Manchester tower as shown in the instructions in Man-
chester Box 1 (63069-601).
• Manchester step 39. Wait to install the wall slats.
• Assemble both Dormers (SM963-402). Install one dormer on the
main tower roof before the swing beam, slide, or fun deck for better
ladder access.
• Tighten all connections on the Manchester then install the Fun Deck
using the instructions in 63070-301.
• Fun deck step 14. Instead of installing the corner posts use the cor-
ner roof posts from the fun deck roof (63070-404).
• Fun deck step 16. Do not install the end wall support included with
the fun deck. Use the end replacement included with the fun deck
spiral mount (63056-101). Installation is described in step 3 of the
spiral mount instructions.
• Fun deck step 22. Wait to install the narrow deck board on the side
where the spiral slide will mount. Set it in place but do not secure it.
• Fun deck step 23. Wait to install the wall slats on the longs sides of
the fun deck until after the slides and roof are in place.
• Fun deck step 24. Do not install wall slats at the end of the fun deck.
• Install the spiral slide mount using the instructions included in 63056-
101.
The components of this gym can be combined with others to create different play sets. This is the best
order of assembly to create this specic set.
Read this sheet and all instructions included with the different parts before assembly.

• Spiral mount step 4. Do not install the cross brace.
• Spiral mount step 7. Before installing the side supports,
screw down the narrow deck board omitted in step 22 of
the fun deck assembly. If the deck board blocks a hole
drilled in spiral step 1, insert 5/16" weld nuts rst.
• Spiral mount step 9. Stop here before installing the slide
entrance. First install the roof to stabilize the fun deck.
• Install the Fun Deck Wood Roof (63070-404).
• Fun deck wood roof step 8. Wait to install the wall slats
until after the slides and climber are installed.
• When the roof is complete resume installation of the spiral
slide at step 9.
• Install the swing beam using instructions from 63076-303
and step 46 in the Manchester manual. For proper t within
the play zone found in the Creative Playthings play zone
book, install the swing mount to the corner post near the
rung ladder as shown above.
• Install the remaining Dormer (SM963-402) on the fun deck
roof before installing the swoosh slide and pinnacle climb-
er for better ladder access.
• Assemble the Pinnacle Rock Climber (SH304-101Q) and
lean it into place. Set the Swoosh Slide (15140-400) next
to it. Check the spacing.
• Complete installation of the pinnacle climber.
• Install the swoosh slide.
• Install wall slats on the fun deck in the arrangement shown.
Gaps must be smaller than 3-1/2" or larger than 9" to pre-
vent possible head entrapment.
• Install four wall slats across the opening on the front of the
main tower. All gaps must be smaller than 3-1/2" to prevent
possible head entrapment.
• Install Tic Tac Toe (50514-100), Chalkboard (AS974-500),
and associated wall slats across the back of the main tow-
er in the arrangement shown. Gaps must be smaller than
3-1/2" to prevent potential head entrapment.
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Install the Bubble Panel (AP970-104) at the end of the fun
deck. There are special instructions for installing in this
position on page 3 of the bubble panel assembly guide.
Check the t before cutting to size.
• Install the Access Handles (AG942-400) on both sides of
the steps.
• Mount the Slide Handle (AG943-400) above the swoosh
slide.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
