PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This product is intended to slow the cooling of hot foods. Embedded heating elements in the shelf deliver precise heat
evenly over the entire surface, eliminating hot and cold spots. This heat radiates into the open spaces allowing product to
stay warm temporarily until it is moved.

HOW TO INSTALL UNIT:
1. Remove all packaging material and protective paper from on and around unit.
2. Position on level oor and/or adjust legs so that unit is stable and level.
3. Use optional seismic bracket to anchor unit to stable surface as needed.
4. Make sure power switch is in OFF position and plug power cord into proper wall receptacle.
FIRST TIME OPERATION:
NOTE: A new heated shelf unit may need to fully “burn o” manufacturing oils
and excessive adhesive before rst use.
1. Press power switch on. Light will illuminate.
2. Press all shelf switches on. Switch will be in the “I” position and you will be able to see red on the other
side of the switch.
3. Turn temperature control knob to HIGH.
4. Let unit run for 1 hour
5. Push power switch o and let cool.
6. Wipe all shelves with detergent and hot water.

HOW TO USE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS:
1. The main switch turns the entire unit on and o.
2. The second to top shelf (Shelf 1) will always be on with the power switch.
3. Heated top “T” (if equipped, -HT model), and other shelves 2-4 (depending on the model) can have the
heat disabled by pressing the shelf switch to the o (0) position.
NOTE: Depending on model ordered, your unit may not have shelf “T”, “2”, “3”, or “4”
4. Adjust temperature knob to desired setting, LOW, MED, or HIGH.
NOTE: Shelf surface temperature is tightly regulated but may vary depending on kitchen environment (ambient
temp, airow, etc.). As a rule of thumb, LOW is typically 140-160°F, MED is 160-180°F, and HIGH is
180-200°F. Contact factory for custom temperature ranges.
NOTE: Temperature controller regulates all shelves to the same temperature. Use shelf power switch to disable
or enable heat on that shelf.
TO TURN UNIT OFF:
1. Press power switch o; light will go o.
Loading unit:
It is recommended to not exceed 35 LBS per shelf, evenly distributed, for safe operation.

HOW TO CLEAN UNIT:
Cabinet Area Cleaner Method
Stainless Steel Mild Detergent* and hot
water
1. Use soft, damp cloth.
2. Rinse cloth with hot water as needed.
3. Wipe dry.
*Mild detergents include soaps and non-abrasive cleaners
BEFORE CLEANING CABINET:
1. Do NOT hose cabinet with water
2. Do NOT get water on power connection, switch,
or ventilation opening
3. Do NOT use abrasives or harsh chemicals
ENSURE UNIT STAYS CLEAN AND IN
GOOD CONDITION.
1. Wipe up spills immediately
2. Clean cabinet regularly to avoid heavy dirt build-up
3. Make a test spot with cleaner
4. Follow manufacturer’s direction on cleaner
5. Do not mix cleaners
6. Avoid drips and splashes
7. Do not use Cres Clean on plastics and labels
8. Sterilize water tray before adding new ats
