5ATTACH JACK BASE TO SUPPORT(A)
1. Slip JACK BASE into SUPPORT
2. Use BOLT C,12mm NUT,
WASHER F and WASHERS E
to secure JACK BASE with
allen wrench.
ATTACH JACK TOP TO ARM(B)
1. Slip JACK TOP into ARM.
2. Use BOLT D,12mm NUT,
WASHER F and WASHERS E
to secure JACK TOP to
SUPPORT with allen wrench.

ATTACH CRADLE TO ARM
1. Lay CRADLE onto table.
2. Slip ARM into CRADLE
3. Use BALL and PIN to secure CRADLE
to ARM
ATTACH BATTERY TO SUPPORT
1. Using 3 PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS K,
attach battery to back of SUPPORT.

CONNECT 3” CASTERS TO BOTTOM OF LEG
1. Turn LEG over so that the 7
holes face upward.
2. Screw each CASTER into
LEG clockwise.
IMPORTANT: CASTER must be completely
screwed into leg before any object can be
lifted. Otherwise, damage will occur.

BOLTS, NUTS & WASHERS INCLUDED
2ATTACH SUPPORT TO LEG
1. Turn LEG onto CASTERS.
2. Place SUPPORT onto LEG.
3. Use BOLTS A, 3/8” NUT,
and WASHER E to
secure SUPPORT to LEG.
4. Repeat step 3 three times.
4ATTACH ARM TO SUPPORT
1. Slip ARM between top of
SUPPORT.
2. Use BOLT B, 1/2” NUT, and
WASHER F to secure ARM to
SUPPORT.

1. Attach BRACE to SUPPORT
using BOLTS A, 3/8” NUT,
and WASHER E. (fig. A)
2. Repeat using using BOLTS A,
3/8” NUT, and WASHER E to
attach BRACE to LEGS. (fig. B)
