elektrische warmte kussen en bedanken u voor het in ons merk en
onze producten gestelde vertrouwen. Wij zijn er van overtuigd dat
u met deze aankoop een hoogwaardig kwaliteitsproduct heeft
aangeschaft waarvan u gedurende vele jaren plezier met het
gebruik ervan zult hebben.
Indien u na het lezen van deze gebruiksaanwijzing toch nog

INSTRUCTIES
Leest u deze gebruiksaanwijzing eerst zorgvuldig door voordat u
het product in gebruik neemt, zelfs als u met het soort product
vertrouwd bent. De onderstaande veiligheidsvoorschriften
verminderen het risico van brand, elektrische schokken en letsel
indien deze zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd. Bewaart u deze
gebruiksaanwijzing, de garantiekaart, uw aankoop bon en de
verpakking op een veilige plaats voor mogelijk toekomstig gebruik.
Indien u het product aan iemand overdraagt geeft u diegene
dan ook de gebruiksaanwijzing mee.

LEES DEZE INSTRUCTIES AANDACHTIG DOOR EN VOLG DE
AANWIJZINGEN
•Gebruik het kussen uitsluitend waarvoor het ontworpen en
gefabriceerd is. Dit kussen is ontworpen om plaatstelijk extra
warmte te geven.
•Sluit alleen aan op een netwerk met het voltage zoals vermeld
op het product label.
•Het elektrische kussen mag niet opgevouwen of gekreukeld
worden gebruikt.
•Gebruik het elektrische kussen niet bij personen die zich niet
zonder hulp kunnen bewegen, kleine kinderen, personen die
ongevoelig zijn voor warmte, of dieren. Personen die slechts tot
een bepaalde hoogte gevoelig zijn voor warmte mogen het
kussen alleen onder toezicht gebruiken.
•Steek geen spelden of andere scherpe voorwerpen in het
kussen.
•Trek of draai niet aan het netsnoer.
•Stel de schakelaar niet bloot aan vocht of vloeistoffen.

•Wanneer de zekering doorgebrand is of de thermische
verbinding verstoord, dient u het kussen ter reparatie in te
leveren bij de zaak waar u het gekocht heeft.
•Wanneer het netsnoer beschadigd is dient dit vervangen te
worden door de importeur of diens service afdeling, dan wel
door een gekwalificeerde persoon, om gevaarlijke situaties te
voorkomen.
•Vermijd het kreukelen van het kussen.
•Plaats geen zware voorwerpen als bijvoorbeeld een koffer op
het kussen als dit is ingeschakeld
•Plaats geen warmte bronnen zoals bijvoorbeeld een kruik op
het kussen wanneer dit is ingeschakeld
•Controleer het kussen regelmatig op gebreken of tekenen van
slijtage. Wanneer zich dergelijke tekenen voordoen of wanneer
het kussen niet correct gebruikt is, dient u met het gebruik te
stoppen en het in te leveren bij de zaak waar u het gekocht
heeft. Schakel het kussen niet meer in.
•Een beschadigde kabel of stekker kan een elektrische schok
veroorzaken
•Waak ervoor dat u niet met het kussen in slaap valt. Langdurig
gebruik ervan kan tot huidverbranding leiden
•Gebruik het kussen niet als delen van uw lichaam verbrand,
geblesseerd of opgezwollen zijn
•Gebruik het kussen niet als het vochtig of nat is.
•Zorg dat de schakelaar niet is afgedekt. De schakelaar wordt
tijdens het gebruik ervan warm en dient deze warmte te
kunnen afvoeren
•Vouw het kussen niet op als het nog warm is.
•Dit kussen dient niet gebruikt te worden door jonge kinderen
tenzij de schakelaar vooraf is ingesteld door een ouder of het
kind geïnstrueerd is hoe de schakelaar veilig te bedienen.
•De fabrikant is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade die door
onjuist gebruik wordt veroorzaakt.
•Het kussen is uitsluitend geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik
binnenshuis en niet bedoeld om in ziekenhuizen te worden
gebruikt
•Zorg dat de kabel niet over scherpe hoeken loopt
•Zorg dat de kabel niet over warmtebronnen loopt

BEVEILIGING
Dit kussen is voorzien van een oververhittingsbeveiliging. De
elektronische sensor techniek voorkomt dat het oppervlak van het
gehele kussen te warm wordt en schakelt het product
automatisch uit in geval van een defect. Wanneer het product
door de oververhittingsbeveiliging is uitgeschakeld wordt de
schakelaar niet meer verlicht wanneer u het kussen weer aan zet.
Voor uw veiligheid raden wij u aan het product na een dergelijke
uitschakeling niet meer te gebruiken en het in te leveren bij de
zaak waar u het gekocht heeft.

LET OP:
Het kussen kan bij het eerste gebruik een plastic geur afgeven.
Deze geur is onschadelijk en zal na enig gebruik verdwijnen.
AANZETTEN EN TEMPERATUUR INSTELLEN
Om het product te kunnen gebruiken dient u allereerst de kabel
met plug aan het kussen te bevestigen en vervolgens de stekker in
het stopcontact te steken.
INSCHAKELEN: schuif de schakelaar in een van de gewenste
standen 1 tot 6. Bij langdurig gebruik adviseren wij maximaal stand
3 te gebruiken
UITSCHAKELEN: schuif de schakelaar terug in stand 0.
TEMPERATUURKEUZE: kies de voor u comfortabele stand, voor snel
opwarmen adviseren wij u stand 6 kortstondig te kiezen.
TEMPERATUURSTANDEN:
Stand 0: Het product is uitgeschakeld
Stand 1 en 2: Geringe warmte
Stand 3 en 4: Gemiddelde warmte
Stand 5 en 6: Maximale warmte
AUTOMATISCHE UITSCHAKELING
Het kussen gaat automatisch na ongeveer 90 minuten uit. De LED
indicator op de schakelaar toont: “A”. Indien u het product alsnog
wilt inschakelen dient u de schakelaar eerst naar stand 0 terug te
zetten, circa 5 seconden te wachten, voordat u de schakelaar
weer in de gewenste temperatuurstand kunt terugzetten.
Als u het kussen niet meer wilt gebruiken zet u de schakelaar dan
terug in stand 0, of neem de stekker uit het stopcontact. Als u het
kussen langdurig wilt opbergen neem dan eerst de stekker uit het
stopcontact en koppel dan de kabel met schakelaar los van het
kussen.

ONDERHOUD EN REINIGING
Gebruik het kussen samen met de textiele hoes om vet worden of
beschadiging te voorkomen door gebruik van lotions en oliën.
LET OP: om elektrische schokken te voorkomen dient u alvorens het
product te reinigen eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact te
verwijderen.
U kunt het kussen als handwas en de hoes in de wasmachine op
een fijn wasprogramma van 30 graden wassen. Gebruik hierbij
een fijnwasmiddel in de juiste dosering als door de fabrikant
aangegeven. Kleine vlekjes kunt u met een vochtige doek of
spons en een milde zeep oplossing verwijderen. Gebruik geen
bleekmiddelen voor het reinigen.
Gebruik het kussen pas weer wanneer alle delen volledig droog
zijn.
Gebruik geen chemische reinigingsmiddelen of schuurmiddelen
om het product schoon te maken. Het product kan hierdoor
beschadigd raken.
Het product kan niet chemisch gereinigd worden
Dompel nooit de schakelaar onder water of andere vloeistof; dit
kan het product beschadigen.
Hang het kussen niet met knijpers te drogen, maar leg het op een
vocht opnemende ondergrond als bijvoorbeeld een grote
handdoek.
Als u alleen de hoes wilt wassen open het kussen dan bij de Velcro
sluitingen en verwijder het verwarmingselement. Volg de was
instructies als op de product labels vermeld juist op.
Het product kan niet in de droogtrommel worden gedroogd. Zet
het product ook niet aan om het te drogen en strijk het ook niet.
Wij maken u erop attent dat het product als gevolg van intensief
wassen zal slijten. Wij adviseren u derhalve het product niet meer
dan 10 keer in haar levensduur te wassen.

OPBERGEN
Laat het kussen afkoelen voordat u het opbergt.
Om beschadiging van het product te voorkomen adviseren wij
geen zware voorwerpen op het kussen te plaatsen.
Indien u het kussen gedurende langere tijd niet wilt gebruiken
plaats het dan terug in de verpakking. Op deze manier is het
goed beschermd.
MILIEUVRIENDELIJKE VERWIJDERING
Volgens de Europese regelgeving 2002/96/EC met betrekking tot
elektrisch - en elektronisch afval mogen huishoudelijke apparaten
niet bij het ongesorteerde huisvuil worden weggegooid, maar
dienen bij uw plaatselijke inzamelpunt te worden ingeleverd,
zodat diverse onderdelen weer kunnen worden hergebruikt en zo
minder milieubelastend zijn.
Het doorgestreepte afvalbak symbool bij dit product
herinnert u aan deze verplichting. Neemt u voor informatie over
uw plaatselijke regelgeving contact op met uw gemeente.

Read this manual thorougly before first use, even if you are familiar
with this type of product. The safety precautions enclosed herein
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly
adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference,
along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and
carton. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner

use and disposal.
Before using the product, please familiarize yourself with all of the

Only use the unit as described and for the specified applications. If
you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you
also pass on all the documentation with it.
PROPER USE
This heating pad is designed to warm the human body. It allows
you to apply heat to specific areas of the body. This heating pad is
not intended for use in hospitals or for commercial use.
In particular it must not be used for babies or infants, people who
are insensitive to heat or helpless, or animals. Any use other than
that described above or any modification of the heating pad are
not permissible and may lead to injury and / or damage to the
heating pad.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage arising out of
improper
use.

Failure to comply with the following instructions can cause personal
injury or material damage (electric shock, skin burns, fire). The
following safety instructions and hazard warnings are not only
intended to protect your own health and the health of others, but
also to prevent damage to the heating pad. Please observe these
safety instructions and pass on this operating manual together with
the heating pad.

DANGER AND RISK OF ACCIDENTS FOR INFANTS AND
CHILDREN! NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED WITH THE
PACKAGING MATERIAL, AS IT CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION.
WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Do not use the heating pad if it is damp.
Do not misuse the mains cable to carry or hang up the heating pad or to pull
the plug out of the socket.
Keep the cable away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. If the mains cable is
damaged or severed, do not touch it, and remove the mains plug
immediately. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of an electric shock.
FOR INDOOR USE ONLY
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! DO NOT STICK NEEDLES OR
SHARP OBJECTS INTO THE HEATING PAD.
If you use a cardiac pacemaker, please consult your doctor and
the manufacturer of the pacemaker before using this heating pad.
The electric and magnetic fields generated by this electric heating
pad may under certain circumstances interfere with the operation
of cardiac
pacemakers. However, the levels are far below the allowed limits.
WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK AND INJURY.
Before every use, check the heating pad carefully for signs of
wear and / or d
amage. Do not use it if you see wear and tear,
damage or if the product has been used incorrectly. In this case,
return it to the dealer before using it again.
Children or anyone lacking the knowledge or experience to use
the heating pad, or anyone with restricted physical, sensory or
mental capacities, must not use the heating pad without
supervision or instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the heating pad.

RISK OF INJURY.
Do not use this heating pad for helpless persons, infants or people
who are insensitive to heat, e.g. diabetics, people with disease-
related changes to the skin or scarred skin in the area of use, or
after taking pain-relieving medication or consuming alcohol. All
this effects the sensibility to heat.
RISK OF BURNS.
This heating pad must not be used by children unless the control 1
has been pre-set by a parent or other responsible person, or unless
the child has been instructed sufficiently in how to use this heating
pad safely.
CAUTION!
Take care that you do not fall asleep while the heating pad is in
operation. Excessively long use can cause skin burns.
Do not use the heating pad on any part of the body that is inflamed,
injured or swollen. Seek medical advice before using the heating
pad if in doubt. Such inflammation, injuries and / or swelling may
otherwise worsen.
Repairs must only be carried out by specially trained personnel or at
a repair shop authorized by the manufacturer, since special tools
are necessary. Improper repairs may result in considerable dangers
for the user.
If the mains lead of the device is damaged, in order to avoid
causing further danger, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, a manufacturer approved repair center or a
suitably qualified person.
AVOID DAMAGE TO THE HEATING PAD!
Please make sure that you:
• Only connect the heating pad to the voltage indicated on the
heating pad label.
• Only use the heating pad in conjunction with the control 1
indicated on the heating pad label.
• Do not switch the heating pad on if it is folded or wrinkled.

• Do not cause any sharp creases in the heating pad.
• Do not place any objects, e.g. suitcase or washing basket, on
the heating pad when it is switched on.
• Do not place any sources of heat, e.g. hot water bottle or similar,
on the heating pad when it is switched on. These may all
damage the heating pad.
• Do not cover the control 1 and do not place it on the heating
pad when the pad is in operation. The electronic components in
the control 1 of the heating pad cause the control 1 to heat up
slightly during operation.
SAFETY SYSTEM
NOTE: the heating pad is equipped with a safety system. The
electronic sensor technology prevents the entire surface of the
heating pad from overheating by automatically switching off in the
event of a fault. If the safety system switches the heating pad off
automatically as a result of a fault, the temperature display on the
control 1 will no longer be illuminated when the heating pad is
switched on.
Please note that, for safety reasons, the heating pad should not be
used after a fault and should be returned to the service address
indicated.
OPERATION
NOTE: the heating pad may smell of plastic the first time you use it,
but this will disappear after a short period of time.
SWITCHING ON / OFF / SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE
To use the device, first connect the control unit 1 to the heating pad
by plugging the plug-in connector 2 and the plug for the control
unit, 3 together (see Fig. B).
• SWITCHING ON:
Set the control unit 1 to a temperature from 1 - 6 to switch on the
heating pad.
• SWITCHING OFF:
Set Level 0 on the control 1 to switch the heating pad off.

If you are going to use the device for a number of hours, set it to
the middle temperature (setting 3).
• SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE:
Set the highest temperature level – 6 - shortly before use. This heats
the pad faster.
TEMPERATURE LEVELS
Set the required temperature level on the controller 1 (see Fig. A).
Setting 0: off
Settings 1+2: minimum heat
Settings 3+4: medium heat
Settings 5+6: maximum heat
AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF
NOTE: The heating pad switches itself off automatically after about
90 minutes. The LED indicator on the control unit 1 shows “A”.
• First select position “0” and after approx. 5 seconds select the
required temperature level to switch the heating pad back on.
• Switch the heating pad off (Level “0”) or take the mains plug out
of the socket if you do not wish to use the heating pad after
automatic switch-off.
To use the device, first connect the control unit 1 to the heating
pad by plugging the plug-in connector 2 and the plug for the
control unit 3 together (see Fig. B).
CLEANING AND CARE
Use the heating pad with the textile cover to prevent soiling or
damage to the device, particularly if using essential oils and
creams.
WARNING! RISK TO LIFE FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK.
Before cleaning the heating pad, always pull the mains plug out of
the mains socket and separate the plug-in connector 2 from the
plug for the control unit 3 (see Fig. B).

DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Do not reconnect the control 1 to the heating pad until the plug-in
connector 2 and the heating pad are completely dry. Otherwise,
there is risk of electric shock.
DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! DANGER OF MATERIAL DAMAGE!
Do not, under any circumstances, switch on the heating pad to
dry it.
• Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives to clean the heating
pad or the control unit 1. Otherwise the heating pad could be
damaged.
• Never immerse the control unit 1 in water or other liquids.
Otherwise you might damage it.
• Do not hang the heating pad up to dry with pegs or similar. The
heating pad may otherwise be damaged. Use a dry, fluff-free
cloth to clean and care for the heating pad and the control
unit 1.
• To remove stubborn dirt from the heating pad, you can dampen
the cloth or moisten it with a little mild liquid detergent.
• First open the Velcro on the textile cover and take out the
heating pad.
• Clean the textile cover in accordance with the cleaning symbols
on the label.
• The heating pad can be handwashed and the removable cover
is machine washable. Set the washing machine on a gentle 30
°C washing program. Do not bleach. Do not use detergents
containing bleach such as full temperature range washing
powders or liquids.
• Do not dry the heating pad or the removable cover in the
tumble dryer.
• Do not iron the heating pad or the removable cover.
• Do not clean with chemicals / dry clean.
• Be careful when replacing the heating pad in the textile cover
that the cables exit at the end of the zip. Otherwise, it will not be
possible to close the zip.
• Please note that frequent washing will cause wear to the
heating pad. It should therefore be washed no more than Max.
10 times throughout its useful life.
• Please note that the heating pad may not be dry cleaned,

bleached, wrung out, dried mechanically, mangled or ironed.
STORAGE
Allow the heating pad to cool down before folding and storage,
otherwise material damage may occur.
• To prevent the heating pad from becoming sharply creased, do
not store other objects on top of the heating pad.
• If you do not intend to use the heating pad for a longer period of
time, store it in the original packaging in a dry environment and
without weighing it down.
ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
The European Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment – WEEE – requires that old household
electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal
unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be
collected separately in order to optimise the recovery and
recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on
human health and the environment.
The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product
reminds you of your obligation that when you dispose of the
appliance, it must be separately collected. Contact your local
authority for information concerning the correct disposal of your
old appliance.
