OPERATION AND

1 – Security instructions :
During the use :
•
Wear gloves, goggles and mask.
•
Do not spray in the direction of people or pets.
•
Do not use this unit to spray flammable liquids.
After the use :
•
Never store the cleaner with pressure pipe.
•
Never use the cleaner as a storage product.
•
LEAVE OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
2 – Checks before startup :
ATTENTION : Always check the quantity of water presents in the tank
•
V1 located under the tank should be in closed position.
•
Fill the tank with running water of the network.
•
Do not use water charged (river, lake).
3 – Operation :
3.1 – Operation in HP:
•
Turn ON the switch to start the group (in cabin).
•
Actuate the lance trigger (the pump starts).
•
Insert the end of the lance for an operation in high pressure
•
The adjustment of the jet is carried out while turning the end of the lance
(diffused or straight stream)
•
The group stops as soon as the triggerof the
lance is released
•
Turn OFF the switch to stop the groupe.

3.2 - Operation in BP :
•
In BP, the group can suck detergent
•
Pull the end of the lance for an operation in low pressure.
•
The group stops as soon as the triggerof the lance is released.
•
Turn OFF the switch to stop the groupe.
3.3 – With option pressure regulator (+manometer) :
•
Operate on the regulator knok to increase or
decrease the pressure,
•
Check the value on the manometer.
3.4 - Priming process of the pump :
•
If the tank is empty and the pump defuses :
•
Fill the tank
•
Pull the end of the lance to pass in low pressure
•
Actuate the lance trigger until water comes
to the lance.
•
Once priming carried out ;
Push the end of the lance to pass by again in High pressure.
4 – Drain :
•
Toggle the drain valve V1 on draining position.
•
Let run out the water from the tank.
•
When the tank is empty,close the valve.
•
Open the filter to clean it.
5 – Frost protection :
•
Toggle the drain valve V1 on draining position.
•
Let run out the water from the tank.
•
When the tank is empty, turn on the switch to start the engine.
•
Actuate the lance trigger, wait until there is no more water comes out.
•
Open the filter to clean it.
•
Turn OFF the switch to stop the groupe.

Maintenance
ATTENTION : All the operations of cleaning and maintenance must be only
carried out after the complete stop of the pump and without any pipes fil-
led with liquid under pressure
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE:
INTERVAL
OF MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION
Every 300 hours Control the suction and discharge valves.
Once a year Drain oil.
Control the pump seals, if worn, replace them.
At each use Control oil level.
Control and if required clean the filter of aspiration.
To clean the filter, proceed as follows :
•
Unscrew and remove the filter cover.
•
Carefully remove the filter tube.
•
Clean the filter tube underclear water to remove the dust.
•
Replace the filter tube into its compartment.
•
Replace and screw up the filter cover.
