INTRODUCTION 6 OPERATING MANUAL
1 INTRODUCTION
KILL-BACT COD. 4018150 is a modern, advanced ultrasonic nebulizer with compact dimensions
and possibility of multiple applications.
The device is designed for the nebulization of its specific BACTERICIDAL liquid COD. 6026010
and the application of this on the air conditioning system of vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, etcetera)
to achieve sanitizing of seat upholstering seat and mats, and to sterilize the systems.
The liquid is nebulized into small particles (5 µm) and is conveyed into the system to be
disinfected, through a specific shaped tube.
Some of the main advantages of the ultrasonic nebulization mechanism are:
no formation of condensate and effective sanification/disinfection due to the particular
characteristics of the product’s particles, obtained by ultrasonic nebulization.
The liquid particles completely sanitize the conditioning system (including ducts and fans), to stop
the spreading of bacteria and germs and eliminate unpleasant smells inside the vehicle.
For best results, we recommend you carry out a treatment with KILL-BACT COD. 4018150 at
least twice a year.
