FR100 Installation Instruction

1.Remove the Packing
1. Open the box
1 2. Pre-assembling tools 2 Remove the packing 3
2.Install Handlebar
a. Take off the front wheel b. Screw off stem(the
side screw)
c. Screw off the
stem(the above screw)

d. Turn around the stem
and take off the cap
e. Lock the stem cap
with handlebar inside

3. Install front wheel
a. Take the front fork
protector
b. Remove the front
wheel cap protector
c. Remove the front
wheel disc protector

d. Aim the brake disc to the brake device e. Lock the front wheel with
quick release
f. The front wheel install
completes

4. Install the seat post
a. Adjust the height b. Fasten the clamp
Do REMEMBER to remove the rear derailleur
protector before your riding
PS. Rear derailleur protector is only for shipping protection and no use for cycling!

5. Install the pedal
a. WR for right ride, WL
for left side
b. Aim the pedal to the
hole
c. Use spanner tighten
the pedal( For your safety,
the pedals
must be tighten
firmly )
