SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
2. During Use
This unit was built to be used by ONE person at a time. Injury or damage may result if
two or more people step on the plate at the same time.
• Do not jog or hop up and down on the footplate.
• Do not kneel on the footplate. Vibration is not intended to the knees.
• Always balance your weight on the footplate. Do not load all of your body
weight on one side or the other.
• Do not touch or operate this unit with wet or humid hands. Electric shock or
malfunction may result.
• Be careful with the remote control. Damage may result if it falls
onto the ground or the footplate.
• Stop using the unit if you experience any discomfort. Consult a doctor
immediately.
• Do not strike or apply excessive force on the unit. Injury and / or malfunction
may result.
• While working out on the unit, do not remain in the same pose for over
10 minutes. Muscle cramping may result.
• Do not work out on this unit more than four times a day.

9. To add an upper body workout, fasten one end of each resistance band to one
attachment at the front of the main unit. Grasp one handle with each hand. Stand
straight up on the platform, with hands on your sides.
A. Slowly raise both arms straight out in front of you, up to
shoulder level. Hold a few seconds, then lower them back
down to your sides. Repeat.
B. Slowly raise both arms straight out in to each side, up to
shoulder level. Hold a few seconds, then lower them back
down to your sides. Repeat.
C. With your palms facing forward, bend your elbows and slowly
bring your forearms up to your shoulders. Hold a few
seconds, then lower them back down to your sides. Repeat.

Auto Program 1: Vibration begins at low speed (1) and increases by increments
every 3 seconds. Upon reaching the top speed (10), speed will
decrease by increments every 3 seconds. The cycle repeats
throughout your session.
Auto Program 2: Vibration begins at low speed (1) and increases by increments
every 3 seconds. Upon reaching the top speed (10), speed
will decrease by increments every 8 seconds. The cycle repeats
throughout your session.
Auto Program 3: Vibration begins at speed (2) and skips to a different level every
10 seconds, alternating in a continuous pattern.
6. To choose a program, press button on the control panel. Each subsequent
press will toggle through the following programs:

STARTING BLOCK POSITION (2 minutes)

TIPTOE POSITION (2 minutes)
Stand on the platform with your feet a bit wider apart than
shoulder-width. Bend your knees to lower your body height
about 6 inches. Lift your heels off of the platform, shifting your
weight onto your toes.
This position works muscles in the feet,glutes,thighs,and along
the vertebrae.
RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT
Pair an upper-body workout with any usage position! Simply attach hooks at the
front end of the unit's platform.
• Wipe all surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth on a regular basis to remove
excessive accumulation of dust, dirt, sweat, and other substances, especially after
each workout. Do not treat with abrasive solvents.
• Avoid spraying water on the unit. Avoid immersing the unit or any of its parts in
water or any other type of liquid.
• We recommend placing the unit back into its original packaging for storage.
• When this unit is not being used, store it in a dry location. Do not store near intense

This warranty guarantees that the product purchased is to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal usage and local voltage for a period of one
year. This warranty expires in TWO (2) years on parts, and ONE (1) year on labor
after the date of purchase.
U.S. Jaclean, Inc. (referred to as “the Warrantor”) will repair this product with new or
rebuilt parts in case of defects in material or workmanship, free of charge, in the USA
provided that:
