Setup instructions for
self-monitored devices
The following instructions are for Personal Security
Communicator customers that have NOT opted for
professional monitoring. It is extremely important that
customers with professional monitoring DO NOT pair your
device to a smartphone, as your device has already been paired
to our monitoring system. If you are not sure which monitoring
option you ordered, please check your order confirmation
email, your service & rental agreement form, or call us
on 1300 031 107.
Self-monitored devices need to be paired and set up through
our smartphone application. First you will need to download
the “Daktel - communicator” app in either the Google Play
Store (Android) or the Apple App store (iPhone).
