INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Turn off water supply to toilet. It is usually an angle-stop/cut-off
valve on wall beneath toilet.
2. Emptytoilet completely by holding flush handle down.
3. Put a shallow basin beneath water shut-off valve (at wall) and
water line connection at tank to catch excess water.
4. Disconnect water line from cut-off valve at wall and tank.
5. Clean and dry fittings and threads of tank and cut-off valve.
1. Remove toilet seat and clean mounting area.¹ Save seat
mounting parts to re-use.
2. After applying Teflon tape to its threads, attach braided “T” hose
(Part no.2003.3W)toGoBidet™ housing by screwing malefitting
of “T” hose into inlet marked with a “C” in back ofGoBidet™.
Tighten.
3. Determine if your toilet is a one-piece or two-piece unit. If you
have a one-piece unit please follow instructions on changing
bushing bracket (2003.09) mounting location (see center fold
page).
4. Insert threaded bushing of support bracket (Part no 2003.09 )into
toilet bowl screw opening used for mounting toilet seat. Use
opening on your left when facing the toilet tank. Secure to toilet by
installing rubber washer first, followed by plastic washer and
chrome nut onto bottom of threaded bushing. Finger tighten only.

This unit can accommodate hot and/or cold water installations.
For cold water only, it can be installed as purchased. Hot water
installation kits (Part no. 2003HIK) are available by calling
1.888.GoBidet.
Use Teflon tape (provided) in all connections.

Su GoBidet™puede colocarse en toilets de una pieza (ver
página central)ode dos piezas yen toiletsregulares (Redondos)
o Elongados (Ovalados). La ducha de mano puede ser instalada
en el tanque del toilet o en la pared con kit No. 2005HCB (ver
diagrama de la página central).
Utilice la cinta Teflón (incluida) para todas las conexiones.
Cierre el paso de agua al toilet.¹ Generalmente la llave/válvula de
paso se encuentra en la pared detrás del toilet.
Vacíe el tanque del toilet por completo, accionando la manilla de

our GoBidet™ will attach to a one-piece (tank and bowl are
molded into one piece) or two-piece (tank and bowl are separate)
toilet and a regular (round) or elongated toilet. See “Parts break-
down” page for instructionson changing thebushingbracket mounting
location.
Before tightening bushing completely, move shower arm (Part no.
2003.01) to its maximum extension, moving the support bracket
(Part no. 2003.09) until shower head is in center of toilet. Upon
retraction, shower arm should rest beneath rim of toilet. Finish
tightening bracket in place. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN BUSHING
OR TOILET WILL CRACK.

Recuerde de utilizar cinta Teflón para todas las conexiones.
En el paso #B.2 Ud. debería haber conectado la manguera
flexible “T” (No. de Parte 2003.3W) al GoBidet™.
Conecte la tuerca terminal de plástico de la manguera flexible
“T” (No. de Parte 2003.3W) a la parte inferior de la entrada de
agua al tanque.
Conecte la terminal hembra de 3/8” de la manguera flexible “T”
(No. de Parte 2003.3W) a la llave/válvula de paso.
Seque completamente la zona de trabajo. Abra la llave de paso.
Colocando papel debajo de la zona de trabajo y del GoBidet™
podrá ver si hay fugas de agua. Si no hay gotas, no hay fugas.
Si existen fugas en las uniones, aplique cinta Teflón de nuevo.

No habiendo fugas, re-instale el asiento de su toilet utilizando los
tornillos y tuercas que quitó en el primer paso. Si no son
re-usables, puede comprar unos nuevos en su tienda local.

Ya sentado/a sobre el asiento utilice la palanca horizontal de
control de movimiento para mover el brazo de ducha hacia el
centro del toilet y posicionar la ducha en el lugar correcto.
SUAVEMENTE mueva la palanquilla de control de flujo de
agua (No. de Parte 2003.04) hacia atrás y ajuste la presión.
Cuando finalice con el aseo, mueva la palanquilla vertical (No.
de Parte 2003.04) hacia adelante a la posición original OFF.
Proceda a volver el brazo de ducha hacia el costado del toilet.
**USO DEL GOBIDET™ CON CONEXION DE AGUA CALIENTE**
CON MUCHA DELICADEZA prenda el sistema y ajuste el flujo
de agua moviendo la palanquilla vertical (No. de Parte 2003.04
hacia atrás. Para escoger la temperatura, mueva la misma
palanquilla del centro hacia la derecha para AGUA FRIA o del
centro hacia la izquierda para AGUA CALIENTE.

Remember to use Teflon tape (provided) on all water line
connections.
In Step #B.2, you should have connected the braided “T” hose
(Part no. 2003.3W) to GoBidet™ unit.
Connectplastic,femaleterminalof “T”hosetobottomof tank(onto
the fill valve).
Connect metal,female fitting of “T” hose to water supply cut-off
valve/angle-stop.
Dry your work area completely. Turn on water supply.
Check for leaks by placing a newspaper underneath the work
area. No drips, no leaks.
If joints are leaking, remove existing tape and retape them.
GoBidet INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
If no leaks are found, it is time to re-install your toilet seat using
existing screws and nuts. If they are unusable, purchase new
ones at your local retailer.
First, insert a screw through the seat and the threaded bushing.
Second, insert the remaining screw through the seat, the provided
plastic spacer (Part no. 2003.11), and the toilet. Tighten nuts onto
screws.
Check to be sure that the seat does not rest heavily upon the
shower assembly (Part no 2003.01) of the GoBidet™ when in
the down position. If it does, see item #6 in “Troubleshooting.”
1. While sitting on your toilet seat, use the horiziontal control handle
on your GoBidet™ to move the shower head assembly toward
the center of the toilet (underneath the desired area).
2. VERY GENTLY turn ON and adjust water flow by moving the
vertical water control stick (Part no. 2003.04) backward toward
toilet tank.
3. When finished cleansing, return water flow to OFF position by
moving water control stick forward.Move shower head to “rest”
position underneath the toilet’s rim.
***USE OF GOBIDET™ WITH HOT WATER CONNECTED***
VERY GENTLY turn on and adjust water flow by moving the
vertical water control stick (Part no. 2003.04) backward toward
toilet tank. Adjust water control stick left-to-right to choose your
water temperature comfort zone.
VERY IMPORTANT - TO AVOID SCALDING: DO NOT USE HOT WATER ONLY!


F. CARE & MAINTENANCE OF YOUR GOBIDET™
THIS IS IMPORTANT
1. Clean your GoBidet™ PHS biweekly. After each cleaning,
lubricate it with baby oil (or similar product) using a soft cloth.

i. Turn water off and re-seal connections with Teflon tape. Turn
water back on and check for leaks. Repeat if necessary.
3. Water leaks from location where shower head assembly connects
to GoBidet™:
i. Firmly tighten nut holding shower head assembly (Part no.
2003.01) to GoBidet™ .
4. Water leaks from GoBidet™ behind the bell handle assembly
(Part no. 2003.04):
5. Can I operate my toilet if my GoBidet™ is disconnected?
G. TROUBLESHOOTING
Yes, turn off water and disconnect GoBidet™.
Place 3/8” compression cap w/ rubber washer (Part no.
2003.38 - included) onto “T” connector where GoBidet™was
connected.
Turn water on to use toilet as normal.

Insert screwdriver in hole at bottom of bell handle assembly
and loosen set screw to remove bell handle assembly.
Unscrew (counter clockwise direction) chrome nut cover
(Part no. 2003.24) from the front of the GoBidet™ housing.
This can usually be accomplished by hand.
Tighten (clockwise direction) large brass nut (Part no.
2003.45).
Replace chrome nut cover and bell handle assembly.

Make sure water supply is connected AND turned on.
Make sure vertical water control stick (Part no. 2003.04) on
GoBidet™ is in cold water position. If hot water is not
installed and water control stick is in hot water position, water
will not flow.
Check-valve (Part no. 2003.04) may be installed backwards.
Disconnect braided “T” hose from GoBidet™. Using
needle-nose pliers or a tiny screwdriver, remove retainer
“O” ring and check-valvewith “O” ring ( There is an “O”
ring holding the check-valve in place and also one installed
on the check-valve). Insure proper positioning by referring
to parts diagram. Check-valve should be installed so that its
openings face inward in the direction of installation.
Make sure braided hose is not kinked or twisted.

de cada limpieza, lubrique su sistema usando aceite de bebe (o
un producto similar) aplicado en un paño.
Asegúrese de tener la línea de agua conectada y la llave de

en la posición de AGUAFRIA solamente. Si el sistema no ha
sido conectado a una conexión de AGUA CALIENTE y la

“O” ring negro hacia afuera (ver “Parts Breakdown”).
Asegúrese que el flexible “T” no esté estrangulado en
ninguna parte de la conexión.
Cierre la llave de paso y vuelva a sellar las conexiones con
cinta Teflón. Abra la llave y chequee. Repita si necessario.
Ajuste firmemente con una llave de 14mm o 9/16” la tuerca
que sujeta el conjunto de ducha (No. de Parte 2003.01) al
cuerpo del GoBidet™ .
El GoBidet™ pierde agua por detrás de la manilla de control de
agua (Part no. 2003.04):

Inserte un destornillador de cabeza plana a través del hueco
de la manilla de control (No. de Parte 2003.04) y afloje un
poco el tornillo para remover la manilla. Desenrosque el aro
cubierto en cromo (No. de Parte 2003.24) al frente del
GoBidet™. Usualmente puede hacerse con la mano.

Did you use the included spacer (Part no. 2003.11) on the
side of seat without the GoBidet™ (Step“D.2”)? Call us at
1.888.GOBIDETfor more spacers.
If you cannot find taller, attachable bumpers, you may need
a new toilet seat with taller bumpers or one with less seat
contour.
Snugly tighten threaded bushing (Step “B.4”).
Firmly tighten chrome nut holding GoBidet™ to mounting
bracket (Part no. 2003.09).
In some cases, you may need to also use a strong double
sided tape between the mounting bracket and the bowl
We recommend 3M industrial, double-sided tape.
“Operator error!” Must have a different target above shower
head!
¹Usualmente se puede sacar el asiento del toilet abriendo las coberturas de los
tornillos que se encuentran detrás del asiento usando un destornillador y destor-
nillando los tornillos. Sin embargo, en caso que los tornillos sean de metal y
no de plástico, puede ser difícil sacarlos usando un destornillador común, aun si

¹Removal of toilet seat is usually easily accomplished by popping open the plastic
screw covers behind the seat using a flathead screwdriver and unscrewing the
screws. However, in the event that the screws are corroded metal and not plastic,
they may be difficult to remove using a traditional screwdriver, even when using a
lubricant. In this case you should utilize a hacksaw blade or bolt cutter to cut the
screws from the toilet. Be sure to protect your toilet from abrasion if a hacksaw is
used.
