Introduction The CC3000 is an advanced controller that can control two Free cooling units and two A/C. This
kit is for replacement of TKS3000 and ACUE Controllers installed at free cooling units.
Manual, part no. Part number of this service manual is 094927.
Reservations Dantherm reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the product and the

Recycling The unit should be recycled according to national rules and procedures to protect the
environment.
The CC3000 upgrade kit AC/DC has the part number 094838 and is available in two versions:
• CC3000 with Sat Box AC 230V to replace TKS 3000
• CC3000 with Sat Box DC 48V to replace ACUE 3000
Included in the kit: Version: ACUE3000 / 48VDC Version: TKS3000 / 230VAC

Schematic installation
Installation procedure Follow these steps to install the CC3000 upgrade Kit for Free Cooling Units.
Step Action
1 Make sure that the power to the Free Cooling Units is disconnected.
2 Find a location for satellite box and the CC 3000.
Satellite box as close to unit as possible.
3 Cut the power supply- and communication cable in right length to be connected to
the satellite box
4 Connect to satellite box
5 Connect the satellite box to the CC3000 with the included 8 wire cable.
6 Connect the enclosed Room temperature sensor to CC3000, place the sensor element
at same place as present sensor.
The temperature sensors from ACUE and TKS3000 will not work with CC3000
7 Outdoor temperature sensor. Connect the included temperature sensor to the satellite
box and locate the sensor element outdoor an appropriate place.
8 Connect power to the satellite box (plug is included in the kit package)
9 Insert the included SD cart into the CC3000.
The SD card contains several Conguration les for dierent products

the main part of the casing to the wall mount.

Room temperature sensor
Use the new enclosed
temperature sensor and
connect to CC3000.
Place it on the same location as
the present sensor.
Note: For DFC 350/450 the
temperature sensor must be
placed 160 cm above ground
level.

sensor to green connector J11
Pin No: 1 and 2
System setup
At startup insert SD card in the slot located on the side of the CC3000 controller.
This will allow you to select the cong le for your free cooling system..
Note: until the SD card is inserted the controller will remain inactive and the buttons will not
function.

Default Cooling strategies (can be changed using the CC3000 controller. )
TTL link The TTL link interface is used for service / test purposes.
System status information can be read out.
Conguration and settings can be changed.
Override function to verify correct connection of system components like Free cooling unit ,
dampers, sensors, etc.
All conguration overrides are password protected.
