IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including
the following:
Read all instructions.
The attached base can not be used for other than intended use.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used but only when
the food chopper is not running.
To protect against a fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse cord, electric plugs or
base in water or other liquids.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
The appliance is not a toy. Do not let the children play it.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance malfunctions,
or is dropped or damaged in any manner, Return appliance to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has polarized plug(one blade is wider than the other) . To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug, If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify in any way.
HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting Jar properly
in place.
Be certain Jar cover is locked securely in place before operating appliance.
Do not attempt to defeat the Jar cover interlock mechanism.
Do not use outdoors.
Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or discs while processing food to reduce the
risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food processor. A scraper may be used but
must be used only when the food processor is not running.
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
Do not open the Jar cover until blades stop.
Save these instructions.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Before using this appliance for the first time, wash the Jar, Jar cover and blade assembly in
sudsy water and dry thoroughly, all of these parts are safe in dishwasher, wipe the base with a
damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1.Place the unit on a counter or other flat
surface, then position the Jar onto the base,
lining up the Jar locking tabs to the base
locking slots, turn clockwise until the Jar
locks (See Fig. 1).
2.Jar covere the blade down over the sha.
Be careful not to touch the blade as it is
extremely sharp.

HOW TO CHOP OR MINCE FOOD
The food chopper can be used for processing bread, vegetable, fruit, parsley, nut, cookies,
chocolate, vanilla and so on.
1. To use, remove the Jar cover and place dry food in the Jar, the desired food refers to the
chopping guide.
2. Place the Jar cover on the Jar and turn to lock in place.
3. Depress and hold the Pulse/on button to process.
Note: the consecutive operation time shall not exceed 20 seconds.
4. Be sure the blade stops turning completely before removing the Jar cover. Unplug the unit.
Remove the Jar cover and grasp the plastic blade hub. Carefully pull the blade assembly
straight up. Remove the Jar and empty the processed food. Do not use Jar for storing food.
3.Place the Jar cover on the Jar, with the extended tab in the same side as the safety lock slot.
Turn the Jar cover into the safety lock slot as far as it will go so that the lock on the Jar cover
lines up with the triangle on the base (see Fig. 2).
Note: for your protection, this unit has a Jar cover locking system, the unit will not operate
unless the triangles on the Jar cover and base align. Do not attempt to operate the unit without
locking the Jar cover in place.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
Wash the Jar, blade assembly, and Jar cover immediately aer use either with warm, sudsy
water or in the dishwasher. Wipe off the base with a damp cloth, do not immerse in water.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent
the gloss loss.

PREPARATION HINTS
Use 1 slice at a time, torn into several pieces.
Wash and dry thoroughly then pulse or process up to 1/2cup.
Nuts Pulse or process up to 1 cup.
Beef Pulse or process up to 1/2cup.
Cookies, crackers Pulse or process up to 12 cookies or crackers.
Chocolate squares or chips
NOTE:
1. Do not use this appliance to chop or mince cheese or fluid.
2. The consecutive operation time shall not exceed 20 seconds.
Pulse or process up to 1/2 cup chips.
Drain up to 1 can (8oz.)
Use up to 1 cup plus cooking liquid as needed.
Pulse or process up to 3/4 cup chunked fruits or vegetables.
