Step 1: Fold the corner parts of HörnPac (Art. No.: 2785 100)
Fold the HörnPac corners along the pre-marked lines. Secure each folded part with two pieces of
tapes. Text side downwards.

Step 2: Folding the HörnPac side part (Art. No.: 2785 110)
The HörnPac side panels are also folded and secured with adhesive tape.
Step 3: Length adjustment
Transfer the edge length of the frame/painting to the HörnPac sides. The dimension can be
5 - 6 cm shorter than the edge length of the frame/painting. Always cut two of the same length.

Step 4: Assemble HörnPac
A: Take the four HörnPac corner pieces and the corresponding adapted HörnPac sides and insert it
as shown in the illustrations (Ill. 8).
B: The frame/painting (wrapped in nonwoven and/or LDPE film) is added to the assembled
HörnPac transport frame (Ill. 9).
C: The HörnPac parts can now be pushed up to firmly touch the frame/painting. Secure the
HörnPac corners with stretch film (Ill. 10), or use one of the alternative methods mentioned
(see main manual).
