◆CONDIZIONI DI FORNITURA E INFORMAZIONI SULLA SICUREZZA
L’unità nastrante K-12 è totalmente priva di motorizzazioni.
Qualsiasi utilizzo di questa unità nastrante in macchine motorizzate di ogni genere comporta l’obbligo di adeguamento alle
norme antinfortunistiche in vigore nel paese di utilizzazione da parte del fabbricante di dette macchine.
Il presente manuale ha lo scopo di fornire utili indicazioni per l’uso e la manutenzione dell’unità nastrante, ma non può fornire
indicazioni relative alla sicurezza della vasta gamma di macchine e applicazioni in cui l’unità nastrante può essere utilizzata.
E’ fatto obbligo all’utilizzatore di consultare attentamente il manuale di istruzioni della macchina o apparato in cui l’unità
nastrante è stata installata per:
- gli avvisi sulla sicurezza
- le istruzioni di installazione e preparazione all’uso
- le istruzioni di cambio nastro
L’unità nastrante contiene una lama estremamente tagliente che può causare severe ferite.
Tale lama è protetta da un dispositivo a molla che non deve essere asportato o bloccato per nessuna ragione. Assicurarsi dopo
ogni cambio nastro e comunque prima di ogni turno di lavoro che il dispositivo di protezione della lama sia perfettamente
efficiente.
Tale dispositivo non è necessariamente idoneo e sufficiente ad assicurare la sicurezza in tutte le applicazioni possibili.
La sostituzione della lama nell’unità nastrante deve essere effettuata solo da un meccanico qualificato per interventi su
macchine a protezioni ridotte.
Il fabbricante di questa unità nastrante declina ogni responsabilità per danni o infortuni di qualsiasi natura, causati dalle
macchine o applicazioni in cui l’unità può essere installata.

De K12 sluiter wordt niet motorisch aangedreven.
Het gebruik van dit apparat in gemotoriseerde machines verplicht de fabrikantde preventiemaatregelen te respecteren die
gelden in het land waar de machine gebruikt wordt.
Deze gebriksaanwijzing is bedoeld om instructies te geven voor het gebruik en het onderhoud van de tape sluiter, maar kan
geen veiligheidsindicatie geven betreffende andere applicaties dan waar voor de machine gebruikt wordt.
De gebruiker moet de gebruiksaanwijzing van de machine en van de tape sluiter aandachtig lezen voor:
-veiligheidsmaatregelen
-installatie en gebruik
-vervangen van de tape
Het sluitgedeelte is voorzien van zeer scherpe messen die ernstige verwondingen kunnen veroorzaken.
De mesbeschermer mag in geen geval worden verwijderd of meegenomen of geblokeerd. Controleren of de mesbeschermer
goed zit en functionneert na iedere tape wisseling, en altijd voor het aan het werk gaan.Deze bescherming is niet altijd voldoende
om tijdens iedere applicatie de veiligheid te kunnen garanderen. Het vervangen van het mes in het sluitgedeelte kan alleen door
een persoon gedaan worden gespecialiseerd in het werk met machines met geringe bescherming.
De fabrikant van deze tape sluiter is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade of ongelukken die door de machines of applicaties
waar de eenheid is geplaats kunnen voorkomen.

◆CONDITIONS DE FOURNITURE ET INFORMATIONS SUR LA SECURITE
L’unité d’enrubannage K12 n’a pas des motorisations. Chaque utilisation de cette unité d’enrubannage dans machines
motorisées oblige leur fabricant à observer les mesures pour la prévention des accidents en vigueur dans le pays d’utilisation.
Ce manuel a le but de fournir instructions utiles pour l’emploi et l’entretien de l’unité d’enrubannage, mais il ne peut pas donner
des indications sur les mesures de sécurité des applications différentes où l’unité peut être utilisée.
L’utilisateur doit consulter attentivement le manuel de la machine et de l'appareil où l’unité d’enrubannage a été installée
pour:
- mesures de sécurité
- installation et utilisation
- remplacement du ruban adhésif
L’unité d’enrubannage est équipée avec une lame extrêmement tranchante qui peut causer blessures graves.
La lame a une protection qui ne doit pas être emportée ou bloquée pour aucune raison. Après chaque remplacement du
ruban et toujours avant chaque durée du travail s’assurer que la protection de la lame fonctionne parfaitement. Ce dispositif
n’est pas nécessairement approprié et suffisant pour garantir la sécurité dans toutes les applications possibles.
Le remplacement de la lame de l’unité d’enrubannage doit être effectué seulement par un mécanicien spécialisé pour
travailler sur machines avec protections réduites.
Le fabricant de cette unité d’enrubannage décline toute responsabilité pour dommages et accidents qui peuvent être causés
par les machines et les applications où l’unité a été installée.

Die K12 Verschließeinheit hat keine Motorisierung. Wenn diese Einheit auf anderen motorisierten Maschinen angebaut wird, ist
ihr Hersteller verpflichtet die Unfallverhütungsvorschrifte des Landes zu erfüllen wo die Maschinen gebraucht werden.
Dieses Handbuch hat das Ziel nützliche Hinweise zur Verwendung und Wartung der Verschließeinheit zu geben. Das Handbuch
kann keine Hinweise über die Sicherheit der größen und verschiedenen Abwechslung von Maschinen sowie Verwendungen
geben, wo die Einheit angebaut werden kann.
Der Benutzer ist verpflichtet das Handbuch der Maschine oder Anlage wo die Einheit angebaut wird bezüglich folgenden
Hinweisen aufmerksam zu lesen:
- Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
- Aufstellungs-und Gebrauchshinweise
- Wechsel des Klebebandes
Die Verschließeinheit verfügt über ein sehr scharfes Messer, das schwere Verletzungen verursachen kann.
Dieses Messer ist mit einer Schutzvorrichtung ausgestattet, die keinesfalls abgenommen oder blockiert werden muß. Nach jedem
Klebebandswechsel und immer bevor jeder Arbeitsschicht versichern Sie sich daß die Messerschutzvorrichtung ganz
leistungsfähig ist.
Diese Vorrichtung kann die Sicherheit aller möglichen Verwendungen der Verschließeinheit notwendigerweise nicht
gewährleisten.
Die Messerersetzung der Verschließeinheit kann nur von einem angelernten Mechaniker durchgeführt werden der auf
Maschinen mit verminderten Schutzvorrichtungen arbeiten darf.
Der Hersteller dieser Verschließeinheit ist für Schaden oder Betriebsunfälle jeder Sorte nicht verantwortlich, die von Maschinen
oder Verwendungen verursacht sind wo die Einheit angebaut wurde.

◆CONDICIONES DE ENTREGA E INFORMACIONES SOBRE LA SEGURIDAD
La unidad encintadora K-12 carece completamnte de motorización.
Cualquier empleo de esta unidad encintadora en máquinas motorizadas de cualquier tipo comporta la obligación de
adaptarse a las normas de prevención contra los accidentes laborales en vigor en el país en el que se use por parte del
fabricante de dichas máquinas.
El presente manual tiene como objeto suministrar indicaciones útiles para el uso y la manutención de la unidad encintadora,
pero no puede proporcionar indicaciones referentes a la seguridad de la vasta gama de máquinas y aplicaciones en las que
la unidad encintadora se puede utilizar.
el usuario está obligado a consultar atentamente el manual de instrucciones de la máquina o aparato en el que la unidad
encintadora se ha instalado para:
- los avisos sobre la seguridad
- las instrucciones de instalación y preparación para su uso
- las instrucciones de cambio de la cinta
La unidad encintadora contiene una cuchilla extremadamente cortante que puede causar heridas graves.
Dicha cuchilla está protegida por un dispositivo de muelle que no tiene que ser extraído o bloqueado por ningún motivo.
Después de cada cambio y, en cualquier caso, antes de cada turno de trabajo, hay que asegurarse de que el dispositivo de
protección de la cuchilla funcione perfectamente.
Dicho dispositivo no tiene por qué ser adecuado ni suficiente para garantizar la seguridad en todas las aplicaciones posibles.
La sustitución de la cuchilla en la unidad encintadora debe ser efectuada sólo por un mecánico cualificado para
intervenciones en máquinas con protección reducida.
El fabricante de esta unidad encintadora declina cualquier responsabilidad a causa de daños o accidentes de cualquier
naturaleza causados por las máquinas o por aplicaciones en las que se pueda instalas la unidad.
◆CONDIÇOES DE FORNIDURA E INFORMAÇOES SOBRA A SEGURANÇA
A unidade de fita K12 não ten motorizaçoes. Cada utilizo desta unidade en maquinas motorizadas de qualder aplicaçao deve
ser feita como adeguamento as normas antinfortunisticas em vigor no pais de utilização de parte do frabicante destas
maquinas.
Este manual e feito para dar as indicaçoes util para o uso e a manutençao da unidade. Mais não pode dar indicaçoes para a
segurança da grande gama de maquinas e aplicaçoes onde a unidade pode ser utilizada.
È obligatorio para o utilizador ler atentamente o manual de instruçoes de maquina o apparado onde a unidad foi installada
para:
- informaçoes sobre a segurança
- instruçoes para instalaçao e proparaçao ao uso
- instruçoes de troca da fita
A unidade tem una lâmina estremamente afiada que pode causar feridas serias.
Esta lamina está protesda com un despositivo a mola que nao deve ser blocado para nesuma razão. Verificar atentamente,
apos a troca da fita, e antes do inicio de cada turno de trabalho, que a proteçao esteja posicionada e em condiçoes de total
eficiênza.
O dispositivo de segurança não é par si só suficiente para garantir a segurança em todas as possiveis aplicaçoes do
equipamento. A troca da lâmina, na unidade de fita, somente poderá ser feita por mecánico devidamente qualificado e
familiarizado com equipamentos de proteção reduzida.
O fabriante desta unidade não sem alcuma responsabilidade para danos o infortunios de qualquer natura, provocados de
maquinas o aplicaçoes onde a unidade pose ser instalada.

Nei limiti di quanto sotto espresso il fornitore si impegna a riparare tutti gli eventuali difetti di costruzione che si manifestino durante i
sei (6) mesi di garanzia decorrenti dalla messa in servizio dell'unità nastrante, ma comunque non oltre otto (8) mesi dalla data di
spedizione.
Sono espressamente esclusi quei pezzi per i quali è previsto un normale consumo (come rulli in gomma, guarnizioni, spazzole, etc.).
Per godere della garanzia il cliente deve immediatamente notificare al fornitore i difetti che si manifestano, citando il numero di
matricola dell'unità nastrante. Il committente deve inviare al fornitore il pezzo difettoso per la riparazione o sostituzione. Il fornitore
eseguirà le riparazioni in un ragionevole periodo di tempo. Con tale riparazione o sostituzione il fornitore adempie pienamente ai
propri obblighi di garanzia.
Il fornitore non è responsabile dei difetti derivanti da:
- Cause insorte dopo la consegna
- Cattivo uso dell'unità nastrante
- Mancata manutenzione
- Manomissioni o riparazioni eseguite dal committente.
Within the limits of what is set forth below, Seller agrees to repair or replace without cost to Buyer any defective goods when such
defect occurs within a period of six (6) months from the date in which Seller's goods have been put into use, but in no event
beyond eight (8) months from the date of shipment.
Expressly excluded from this warranty are those parts subject to normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to such parts as
rubber rollers, gaskets, brushes, etc.).
Buyer must immediately notify Seller of any defect, specifying the serial number of the taping head.
Buyer shall send to Seller the defective item for repair or replacement. Seller will perform the repairs or provide a replacement
within a reasonable period of time. Upon effecting such repair or replacement, Seller shall have fulfilled its warranty obligations.
Seller will not be responsible for:
- Causes which develop subsequently to delivery
- Improper use of the taping unit
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Tampering with the taping unit or repairs effected by the Buyer.
Dans les limites des indications ci-après, le fournisseur s'engage à effectuer les réparations nécessaires en cas d'éventuels défauts
de construction se manifestant au cours du temps de garantie de six (6) mois à compter de la date de mise en service de l'unité
d'enrubannage, mais non au-delà d'une période de huit (8) mois à partir du jour de l'expédition.
Les pièces censées d'être soumises à une usure normale sont exclues, telles que rouleaux en caoutchouc, brosses, etc.
Pour pouvoir entrer en jouissance de la garantie, le client est tenu d'aviser sans tarder le fournisseur des défauts qui apparaissent,
en indiquant le numéro de matricule de l'unité d'enrubannage.
Le client est tenu à faire parvernir au fournisseur la pièce défectueuse pour la réparation ou pour l'échange. Le fournisseur
procédera aux réparations en respectant un délai raisonnable.
En procédant à cette remise en état ou à ce replacement, le fournisseur accompli entièrement les obligations de garantie lui
incombant.
Le fournisseur ne sera responsable des défectuosités résultant:
- De causes survenues après la mise à disposition
- D'une mauvaise utilisation de l'unité d'enrubannage
- D'une manque d'entretien
- D'interventions ou de réparations effectuées par le client.

Im Rahmen des weiter unten Angegebenen verpflichtet sich der Lieferant zur Beseitigung sämtlicher im Verlaufe der
Gewährleistungsfrist von sechs (6) Monaten ab Datum der Verscließeinheit-Inbetriebnahme gegebenenfalls auftretenden
Konstruktionsmängel , dies jedoch nicht über einen Zeitraum von acht (8) Monaten nach Versanddatum hinaus.
Von der Gewährleistung ausdrücklich ausgenommen sind die Teile, welche als einer normalen Abnutzung unterworfen gelten, so
z.B. Gummirollen, Bürsten usw.,
Um in den Genuss der Garantie zu gelangen, hat der Kunde den Lieferanten unverzüglich von irgendwelchen auftretenden
Mängeln unter Angabe der Verschließeinheit-Matrikelnummer zu unterrichten. Der Kunde hat dem Lieferanten den für die
Instandsetzung oder den Austausch beanstandeten Teil zuzustellen. Der Lieferant wird die Instandsetzung innerhalb einer
angemessenen Frist ausführen. Mit der Vornahme der Reparatur oder des Ersatzes erfüllt der Lieferant in vollem Masse seine
Gewährleistungspflicht.
Der Lieferant haftet nicht für Defekten, welche auf folgende Ursachen zurückzuführen sind:
- Nach der Auslieferung erfolgte Einwirkungen
- Fehleinsatz der Maschine
- Mangelnde Wartung
- Vom Auftraggeber vorgenommene Eingriffe oder Reparaturen.
Dentro de los límites de lo ya expuesto, el proveedor se compromete a reparar todos los eventuales defectos de construcción que
se manifiesten durante los seis (6) meses de garantía transcurridos a partir del momento de la puesta en funcionamiento de la
unidad encintadora, pero, en cualquier caso, no más de ocho (8) meses desde la fecha de envío.
Se excluyen explícitamente aquellas piezas para las que está previsto un consumo normal (como rollos de goma, juntas, cepillos,
etc.).
Para gozar de la garantía, el cliente debe notificar inmediatamente al proveedor los defectos que se manifiestan, citando el
número de matrícula de la unidad encintadora. El cliente debe enviar al proveedor la pieza defectuosa para su reparación o
sustitución. El proveedor realizará la reparación en un período de tiempo razonable. Con dicha reparación o sustitución, el
proveedor cumple plenamente con sus deberes de garantía.
El proveedor no es responsable de los defectos derivados de:
- Causas surgidas después de la entrega
- Mal uso de la unidad encintadora
- Falta de manutención
- Intervenciones o reparaciones efectuadas por el cliente.
Binnen de beperking van onderstaande indicaties, verplicht de fabrikant zich om de nodige reparaties te verrichten in geval van
eventuele fabrikatiegebreken die kunnen gebeuren tijdens de garantieperiode van zes (6) maanden na inbedrijfname van
de tape sluiter, maar niet na een periode van acht (8) maanden na verzenddatum.
Niet inbegrepen zijn de onderdelen die een normale slijtage hebben zoals de rubberrollen, borstels, etc.
Om gebruik te kunnen maken van de garantie is de klant verplicht om de fabrikant tijdig in te lichten over de gebreken
en het serienummer van de tape sluiter.
De klant is verplicht het defect onderdeel naar de fabrikant op te sturen voor reparatie of vervanging. De fabrikant zal de
reparatie verrichten binnen een redelijke tijd. Met deze reparatie of vervanging vervult de fabrikant volledig aan de verplichting
van de garantie.
De fabrikant is niet verantwoordelijk voor defecten koment uit:
- nieuwe omstandigheden na levering
- verkeerd gebruik van de tape sluiter
- gebrek aan onderhoud
- door de klant verrichte interventies of reparaties.
