1Allgemeine Hinweise und Sicherheitshinweise

Die Hinweise dieser Betriebsanleitung sind einzuhalten und zu beachten. Jede Person, die mit der
Bedienung, Wartung und Reparatur des Produktes befasst ist, muss die Betriebsanleitung gelesen
und verstanden haben.
Gegenüber den Darstellungen und Angaben in der Betriebsanleitung sind technische Änderungen
vorbehalten, die der Verbesserung des Produktes dienen.
1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die DENSORB-Station dient der Aufbewahrung von DENSORB-Materialien, Bindemitteln,
Tüchern und Rollenware (bis 400mm Durchmesser).
Aufstellung in Räumen von Gebäuden.
HINWEIS
Einsatz-Temperaturbereich -20°C bis +40°C.
Schrank nicht dauerhaft der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung aussetzen.
1.2 Sicherheitshinweise
VORSICHT
Beim Schließen der Tür besteht Quetschgefahr zwischen der Tür und dem
Korpus der DENSORB-Station.

2.1 Maßskizze
Durch die Abkantungen der Zwischenböden verringern sich die Einschubhöhen der Zwischenfächer
um 30mm.

3Aufstellung
Die DENSORB-Stationnur auf ebenen und befestigten Flächen aufstellen.
Die DENSORB-Station nicht innerhalb von Verkehrswegen aufstellen.
Die DENSORB-Stationam endgültigen Aufstellort waagerecht ausrichten.
Bei korrekter Ausrichtung müssen die Flügeltüren einwandfrei geöffnet und wieder verriegelt
werden können.
Es wird empfohlen, die DENSORB-Station mit dem mitgelieferten Befestigungsmaterial an
einer entsprechend tragfähigen Wand zu befestigen.

4Bedienung
1. Zur Entnahme des DENSORB-Material die Türen öffnen.
2. Bei Bedarf DENSORB-Station mit DENSORB-Material nachfüllen.
5Wartung und Pflege
Die DENSORB-Station ist wartungsfrei.
Bei einer Beschädigung, die die Sicherheit des Produktes beeinträchtigt, ist die DENSORB-
Station unverzüglich instandzusetzen oder außer Betrieb zu nehmen.
6Entsorgung
Die DENSORB-Station besteht aus Kunststoff- und Metallteilen und ist vollständig recyclebar.
Führen sie nach der Außerbetriebnahme die Entsorgung der anfallenden Abfallstoffe nach
den regionalen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen durch.




The instructions in this user manual must be carefully followed and adhered to. All those involved in
the operation, maintenance and repair of the product must have read and understood this user
manual.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to the illustrations and details in the user manual in
order to improve the product.
7.1 Intended use of the equipment
The DENSORB Station is used for storing DENSORB materials, absorbent materials, cloths
and rolls (up to 400mm diameter).
For indoor use.
NOTE
Temperature range for use -20°C to +40°C.
Do not locate the cabinet in direct sunlight.
7.2 Safety instructions
CAUTION
When closing the door there is a risk of crushing between the door and the
body of the DENSORB Station.

8.1 Dimensional sketch

As the shelves are chamfered the height of the compartments in between is reduced by 30mm.

9Siting the cabinet
The DENSORB Stationmust only be sited on an even, firm surface.
Do not put the DENSORB Station inside a vehicle.
The DENSORB Stationshould be installed level at the position of use.
When correctly installed, the wing doors should open and close easily.
We recommend that the DENSORB Station is secured to a load-bearing wall using the
mounting kit supplied.


3. Open the doors to remove DENSORB materials.
4. If necessary restock the DENSORB Station with DENSORB materials.
11 Maintenance and Care
The DENSORB Station is maintenance free.
If damage is noted which affects the safe use of the product, the DENSORB Station must be
removed from service immediately.
12 Disposal
The DENSORB Station is made from plastic and metal parts and is fully recyclable.
After decommissioning, follow local legislation when disposing of any waste.



Les indications de ce mode d’emploi doivent être suivies et respectées. Toute personne concernée
par l'utilisation, l'entretien et la réparation du produit doit avoir lu et compris les consignes d’utilisation.
En ce qui concerne les illustrations et les informations figurant dans le manuel d’utilisation, nous nous
réservons le droit d’apporter des modifications techniques, en vue d’améliorer le produit.
13.1 Utilisation conforme
La station DENSORB sert à la conservation de matériaux, liants, chiffons et rouleaux (jusqu'à
un diamètre de 400 mm) DENSORB.
À installer dans les locaux de bâtiments.
REMARQUE
Plage de température de service : -20 °C à +40 °C.
Ne pas exposer l'armoire aux rayons du soleil de manière permanente.
13.2 Consignes de sécurité
ATTENTION
Un risque d'écrasement existe entre la porte et le corps de la station
DENSORB lors de la fermeture de la porte.

14.1 Croquis côtés
Les rebords présents au niveau des fonds intermédiaires entraînent une réduction de 30 mm de la
hauteur d'insertion des compartiments intermédiaires.

15 Installation
La station DENSORB peut uniquement être installée sur des surfaces planes et consolidées.
Ne pas installer la station DENSORB dans les passages.
Monter la station DENSORB horizontalement sur le lieu d'installation définitif.
Pour une disposition adéquate, les portes battantes doivent pouvoir être fermées et
verrouillées correctement.
Il est recommandé de visser la station DENSORB à un mur d'une solidité adaptée à l'aide des
fixations fournies.
16 Utilisation
5. Ouvrir les portes pour retirer le matériau DENSORB.
6. Si nécessaire, remettre des produits DENSORB dans la station DENSORB.
17 Maintenance et entretien
La station DENSORB ne requiert aucun entretien.
Si vous constatez un dommage qui met en péril la sécurité du produit, il est recommandé de
démonter et de mettre la station DENSORB immédiatement hors service.
18 Élimination
La station DENSORB est composée de plastique et d'éléments métalliques. Elle est
entièrement recyclable.
Après le retrait de l’exploitation, procéder à l’élimination des matières dangereuses présentes,
conformément aux dispositions législatives régionales.



Se deben respetar las indicaciones de este manual. Toda persona que se ocupe del funcionamiento,
el mantenimiento y la reparación del producto, debe haber leído y comprendido las instrucciones
operativas.
Ante las representaciones y datos del presente manual de instrucciones, nos reservamos el derecho
de realizar modificaciones técnicas que puedan mejorar el producto.
19.1 Uso conforme a la normativa
La estación DENSORB sirve para almacenar materiales DENSORB, aglutinantes, paños y
rollos (de hasta 400 mm de diámetro).
Montaje en interiores de edificios.
NOTA
Rango de temperatura de uso de -20 °C a +40 °C.
No exponga el armario de forma permanente a la radiación solar directa.
19.2 Indicaciones de seguridad
PRECAUCIÓN
Al cerrar la compuerta existe peligro de aplastamiento entre la compuerta y la
estructura de la estación DENSORB.

20.1 Croquis acotado
Debido a los biselados de los estantes intermedios, se reducen las alturas de los compartimentos
insertados en 30 mm.

21 Instalación
Instale la estación DENSORB únicamente sobre superficies planas y firmes.
No monte la estación DENSORB en vías de tránsito.
Coloque horizontal la estación DENSORB en el lugar de instalación final.
Cuando estén bien alineadas, las puertas de dos hojas se deben poder abrir y cerrar con
cerrojo sin problema.
Se recomienda fijar la estación DENSORB en una pared resistente con el material de fijación
suministrado.
22 Manejo
7. Para retirar el material DENSORB, abra las puertas.
8. En caso necesario, llene la estación DENSORB de nuevo con material DENSORB.
23 Mantenimiento y cuidado
La estación DENSORB no requiere mantenimiento.
En caso de daño que afecte a la seguridad del producto, repare o deje de usar de inmediato
la estación DENSORB.
24 Reciclaje
La estación DENSORB está formada por piezas de plástico y metal, y es totalmente
reciclable.
Tras su puesta fuera de servicio, deseche los residuos resultantes conforme a las
disposiciones legales regionales.


