1. Introduction
Medical Apparatus “DETA-AP-20" TU 9444-001-27970873- 2006 (hereinafter
referred to as device) is designed for electromagnetic therapy treatment.
The device is designed for individual use:
In a clinical doctors’ practice of various specialties.
In an ambulant therapy.

2. Purpose
Medical Apparatus “DETA-AP-20" is designed for exogenous bioresonance therapy of
various diseases by impact on an organism by electromagnetic low-energy radiation.
The device works in the frequency range, which allows conducting therapy of
infectious and infectious-associated diseases according to the programs which are
specially developed for this device. The method of treatment programs using is simple,
accessible and does not require special training. The high therapeutic effect is achieved
by a penetration of the electromagnetic field into the body. High precision of frequency
setting allows you to influence on a certain type of infectious agents, causing their
death.
The therapeutic treatment of apparatus “DETA-AP-20"is based on modern scientific
views set out in guidelines.
Portable device “DETA-AP-20" programmed using the computer allows to conduct
therapy on any of 20 programs. Each program is designed for the treatment of a
particular disease or group of diseases.

The device allows for unlimited amount of programming.
Programming of the device is made through the program “Therapy 8" (or its later
version) and the programmer.
The program with the programmer is not included in delivery scope.

6. Pre-starting procedures
6.1 Charge your device with the use of battery charger (full charge will require 3-4
hours)
6.2 Connect the charger with cable (USB connector) supplied in the kit (see Picture
3)

6.3 Connect the device to the wire (mini-USB connector) (Picture 4)
6.4 Plug the charger into a wall outlet 220V. The red light-emitting diode 1should
light up (Picture 5). The light-emitting diode lights, while there is an accumulator
charge. When the diode turns off, the battery is fully charged.
6.5 Disconnect the charger from the battery charger and unplug the mini-USB
connector on the device at the end of the charge.

Attention! A burning red light-emitting diode 1points to full battery discharge
(Picture 5). At the same time the display shows “LOW BATTERY” and the device is
turned off. For further work it is necessary to charge the battery by connecting the
charger.
It is possible to monitor the status of the battery when the device works. There is
battery icon 2in the upper right corner of the display (Picture 6). If the battery is fully
charged, the icon is green. As the battery discharge, icon gradually changes colour to
red.

7. Device setting
7.1 Turn on the device by pressing the button 3 (Picture 7) and hold it for 3 seconds
(protection against accidental switching on/off). The single sound signal has to
sound. The display shows the emblem of NPP "ELIS" and the name of the device.

7.2 Press the button again. There will be a list of programs and control buttons on the
screen (Picture 8). The inscription on the top line: date, time and battery indicator.

7.3 Press the button Setup menu appears on the screen (Picture 9).

7.3.1 Set the date and time. Choose "Time/Date". Menu will be displayed (Picture 10).
Set the time, choosing values by arrows and press for date setting.
Determine the current date, month and year in the same way.

7.3.2 Choose the language in which will be reproduced inscriptions on the display.
Press “Set language”. There will display a list of languages installed in the device
(Picture 11). Choose optional. It can be done at any stage of device operation as all
medical programs are written initially down in all languages on the list.

7.3.3 Set the time to turn the device off. Press "Turn off the device" for that. Menu will
be displayed (Picture12). Choose a numeric value indicated in the list. This time will
be given to the choice and start treatment program. If the program has not been
selected in this period, the device turns off.
7.3.4 Set the time to turn the display off. Press "Turn off the display" for that. Menu
will be displayed (Picture13). Choose a value indicated in the list. This is an important
parameter. Luminous display consumes a lot of energy. So the operate time of device
from one charging depends on selected value.
7.3.5 Press and you get into the mode of treatment program choice. All
your settings will be saved automatically.

8. Working sequence
8.1 Turn on the device by pressing the button 3 (Picture 14) and hold it for 3 seconds
(protection against accidental switching on/off). The single sound signal has to
sound. The display shows the emblem of NPP "ELIS".

8.2 Press the button 3again. There will be the menu of a choice of medical programs
(Picture 15). The inscription on the top line: date, time and battery indicator.

8.3 If you do not choose the treatment program at the stated time, the device turn off
the display, and then switches off itself. The choice of the necessary program is
carried out according to the name (Picture 16). At the same time the display
shows 5 components of the list from 20.
The arrows allow you to move through the list of treatment programs on
5 titles up or down.

8.4 Button should be pressed to start the selected program. The device starts
to count the runtime of a treatment program in reverse order, and it turns of
counting to zero (Picture 17).
8.5 The device turns off the screen and the
green light-emitting diode 2is blinking

It is possible to look at information on
the carried-out program quickly having
pressed the button 3on the device
(Picture 14). Repeated short-term
pressing of the button 3turns off the
screen, but it does not stop the
execution of a treatment program.

8.6 The program can be stopped by pressing the button . The program will
stop, and the device switches to mode "Selecting a program" (Picture 15). Next
you need to re-select a treatment program, press a button and the selected
program begins to work.
8.7 Turn on the device by pressing the button 3 and hold it for 3 seconds to a sound
signal.
9. Directions for use of device
Place of intervention. Due to the high penetrating power of electromagnetic fields you
do not need to take off clothes. For a therapeutic effect it is necessary to have the back

of the device closer to the localization place of abnormal focus. The device range of
operation is up to 0.5 m. The device can be hung on a lace, which is in the kit or to put
in a breast pocket.
Device using. The session is a disposable medical effect during which there is the
destruction of a specific pathogenic microorganism or elimination of the pathological
process. The most significant therapeutic effect is caused by a course of treatment.
Course of treatment is a few sessions. Duration of the course is determined by the
resistance of the pathogen to the effects of the resonance frequencies, as well as the
degree of pathological changes in organs and tissues caused by it (see. guidelines).
For the successful use of the device is necessary to consult a doctor, identify the
causative agent of infectious disease and configure the device for you individually. It is
recommended to undergo medical tests for confirmation of a problem solution after a
course of treatment. If the problem is not completely solved, the treatment must be
repeated. If the problem is not solved, the diagnosis is not correctly made or medical
programs are not found correctly.
It should be noted that during the course of treatment there can be some symptoms of

10.Contraindications to application
Relative contraindications to the self-using include:

physician.
11.Storage
The device without packing should be stored in a room with an air temperature of 10 to
35 ° C and a relative air humidity of 80%.
It is recommended to keep the package during the warranty period.
12.Shipment
As the device has the liquid crystal screen that is sensitive to external mechanical
influences it is recommended while in shipment:
to protect the device from jolting and jerk;
to avoid falling the device;
to avoid falling on the device of other subjects.
The device must be protected from moisture ingress and effects of the active
chemicals.
13.Warranty liability
The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of medical device “DETA-AP-20" to
technical characteristics at observance by the consumer of service regulations,
transportations and storages.
The guarantee period is 18 months from the date of purchase through retail network.
If the sale date and a stamp of trade organization in warranty certificate are absent, a
warranty period is estimated from the release date of the device by manufacturer.

During the warranty period the owner is entitled to a free repair on presentation of a
warranty certificate. The warranty repairs carried out on the territory of the
manufacturer. The delivery failed device is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
No claim admitted and warranty repairs are not made without a warranty certificate,
approval certificate and/or when there is a violation of device seal safety.
Warranty certificates are attached.
Guarantee does not apply to the following faults:
defects caused by improper operation;
defects caused by natural disasters;
when there is a violation of device seal safety;
in the case of external defects (cracks, chips, etc.);
The buyer has the right to replace the defective device to a new one in the following
cases:
the device has been repaired three times during the warranty period;
the device can not be repaired.
Attention! The manufacturer reserves the right without prior notice to make changes
in the design of the device and software without impairing the existing characteristics.
