AUTOMATISM INSTALLATION

STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION OF THE AUTOMATISM
1- General dimensions of the plate
2- Position the plate parallel to the door.
Mark A- Distance from the door to the edge of the plate.
Mark B- Distance from the centre of the rack to the door.
3- Positioning the motor on the right. A minimum distance of 315mm is necessary for placing the limit switches.
4- Positioning the motor on the left. A minimum distance of de 375mm is necessary for placing the limit switches.
5- Use the plate as a template and pre-drill with a Ø8 bit.
6- Drill on the previously marked holes, with a Ø12 bit to a depth of 90mm.
7- Remove as much dust from the hole as possible and the resin from the inside of the hole outwards.
8- Insert the threaded rod with rotating movements and remove any excess resin. Screw in the M12 nut and position the
plate.
9- Position the plate at a height of between 10 and 35mm from the ground, using the regulating nuts.
10-
Level the plate, using a level
.
11- Position the motor reducer on the plate. While doing so, pass the cables through the right cable duct.
12- Put the washers and mounting nuts in place.
13- Position the motor parallel to the door.
14- Fix the motor.
15- Unblock the motor, using the unblocking lever.
16- Mount the rack with the screws and separators previously. It is advised that the screws be fixed to the upper part of the
mounting hole, to allow the rack to be lifted in the future, in the event of the door or floor guide suffering horizontal
movements.
17- Rest the first part of the rack on the sprocket and fix it using a clamp. Move the door manually until reaching the final
stretch of the rack and weld the last separator.
18-
Move the door back and weld the rest of the separators
.
19- Utilizar un tramo de unos 15cm. de cremallera para conservar el paso.
20- Fijar el tramo de 15cm con sargentos entre las dos cremalleras. Repetir la operación nº 17 en cada tramo de cremallera.
21- Loosen the height regulating nuts half a turn.
22- Allow a play of 1mm between the rack and the sprocket.
23- Tighten up the regulating nuts.
24- Put the side covers in place.
25- Pre-mount the limit switches.
26- Position the support in the centre of the mounting hole, allowing for future adjustments.
27- Position the limit switches on the correct side.
28- Manually place the door in closed position, leaving a gap of 1cm. between the door and the frame, for possible
expansions.
29- Block the motor.
