Descrizione
I sistemi di radiocomando S504 e S508 sono composti da uno o più trasmettitori e da uno o più
radioprogrammatori che saranno combinati in relazione alle esigenze speciche d'impianto. Nel
radioprogrammatore si possono memorizzare no a 90 codici diversi; i codici vengono, in fase di
memorizzazione, trasferiti in una memoria non volatile.
Importante: Poiché ad ogni comando il codice trasmesso cambia, se la trasmissione viene interrotta
da un disturbo, il ricevitore si aspetta un codice diverso, pertanto per ristabilire il comando è necessario
rilasciare e ripremere il tasto del trasmettitore.

Possibilità d'impiego
Il radioprogrammatore permette il comando a distanza di un motore monofase 230Vac 1000W e trova
il suo miglior utilizzo nel comando di serrande, tende e tapparelle automatizzate.

PREDISPOSIZIONE IMPIANTO
Portata massima: 30 metri in campo aperto. È buona norma posizionare il radioprogrammatore a
debita distanza da reti di sistemi computerizzati, da impianti d’allarme e da altre forme di possibile
disturbo. Il radioprogrammatore viene fornita con un lo antenna ANT (g.1) già collegato su
apposito terminale.

Trasmettitore
Il trasmettitore è precodificato e utilizza un circuito integrato programmato in fabbrica con un numero
identicativo unico per ogni trasmettitore; tutti i parametri necessari alla codica sono contenuti in questo
circuito integrato. Il trasmettitore possiede un meccanismo di auto-spegnimento dopo almeno 20 secondi
di attivazione continuata (per limitare il consumo della batteria).
Funzione di blocco tasti
• Il trasmettitore ha la possibilità di inserire la funzione di blocco tasti, modalità
che protegge l’apparecchio da attivazioni casuali (involontarie):
- per attivare la funzione tenere premuto “MR” per 8 secondi nché lampeggia
il led arancione; a questo punto per attuare un comando sarà necessario
premere tre volte consecutive il tasto voluto;
- per ripristinare la funzione standard tenere premuto “MR” per 8 secondi nché
il led arancione lampeggia.
Installazione
In base alla tipologia e alle caratteristiche d’impianto individuare il punto di posa dell’apparecchiatura.
L’apparecchiatura dovrà essere collocata in ambiente interno; al riparo da urti e manomissioni ed in una
posizione facilmente raggiungibile dal tecnico, per interventi di manutenzione.
• Tracciare (con l’ausilio della scatola) i due punti di ssaggio e ssare il contenitore utilizzando due viti
autolettanti M4 e relativi tasselli.

Collegamento elettrico (fig. 1)
Prima di eseguire il collegamento elettrico accertarsi che:
- la tensione e la frequenza riportate sulla targhetta caratteristiche corrispondano a quelle dell’impianto di
alimentazione;
- un interruttore bipolare con apertura tra i contatti di almeno 3 mm sia inserito a monte dell’apparecchiatura;
- i cavi di collegamento siano protetti da sollecitazioni meccaniche;
Attentione!
- un fusibile di 6,3A (non di nostra fornitura) deve essere inserito in serie con l'alimentazione 230V.
-ai morsetti (7…9) per circuiti esterni devono essere collegati solo circuiti a bassissima tensione di sicurezza.

Collegamento motore
• Collegare una fase del motore al morsetto 3- F1; il comune al morsetto 4- C; il secondo
fase del motore al morsetto 5- F2.
• Collegare l'alimentazione 230V ai morsetti 1e 2.
• In caso di rotazione contraria del motore, invertire le fase F1 e F2.
Collegamento selettore
• Collegare un selettore a chiave o pulsante apre/chiude tra i morsetti 7- 8- 9
e selezionare il funzionamento voluto impostando il dip-switch D1 come
segue:

Impostazione ciclo di lavoro
• Muovere il dip 3 D1 in ON, il led L1 si accende sso.
• Premere S1 , il motore si muove in chiusura.
• Al raggiungimento del necorsa di chiusura premere S1 , il motore si muove in apertura.
• Al raggiungimento del necorsa di apertura premere S1 , il motore si muove in chiusura.
• Al raggiungimento del necorsa di chiusura premere di nuovo S1 , il motore si ferma.
• Muovere il dip 3 D1 in OFF per ripristinare il funzionamento normale.
OPERAZIONI DI GESTIONE IMPIANTO
Attenzione! Prima di procedere alla prima memorizzazione dei trasmettitori, ricordarsi di cancellare
interamente la memoria premendo e tenendo premuto S1 nché il led L1 si accende sso.
• Memorizzazione radio
La memorizzazione avviene premendo il pulsante S1.
• Alla prima pressione il led L1 lampeggia una volta ogni 2 secondi; questa funzione permette di
memorizzare automaticamente la funzione Apre-Stop-Chiude in un telecomando di due or quattro
canali (vedi g. 4 selezione dei canali). Quindi entro 5 secondi premere un tasto qualsiasi del
radiocomando scelto, il led rimane sso per memorizzare la funzione poi torna a lampeggiare.
TXQ504C2: Canale A= APRE - Canale B= CHIUDE
TXQ504C4: Canale A= APRE - Canale B= CHIUDE - Canale C = STOP
- dopo 5 secondi di inattività si esce dalla procedura ed il led L1 si spegne.

• Alla seconda pressione (entr0 5 secondi) il led L1 lampeggia due volte ogni 2 secondi; premere il tasto
del telecomando per assegnare la funzione di Tasto Dinamico al canale A-B-C-D scelto (vedi g. 4
selezione dei canali).
e.s. premendo il tasto Din un telecomando di quattro canali avremo
TXQ504C4: Canale A- B-C = NON ASSEGNATI - Canale D = SEQUENZIALE
- dopo 5 secondi di inattività si esce dalla procedura ed il led L1 si spegne.
• Alla terza pressione il led L1 lampeggia tre volte ogni 2 secondi; funzione non utilizzato.
• Alla quarta pressione il led L1 lampeggia quattro volte ogni 2 secondi; questa funzione permette di
cancellare un telecomando oppure un singolo canale dall'impianto:
- premere il canale utilizzato per cancellare il telecomando dall'impianto;
Nota: Nel caso siano stati assegnati più di un tasto dinamico sarà necessario cancellarli singolarmente.
• Alla quinta pressione il led L1 lampeggia di nuovo una volta ogni 2 secondi ed il ciclo comincia di
nuovo.
- dopo circa 5 secondi di inattività il led L1 si spegne.
• Per resettare l’intera memoria, tenere premuto per circa 10 secondi il tasto programmazione nché si
accenderà il led L1.

• Memorizzazione rapida
Questa procedura consiste nell'abilitazione di un nuovo trasmettitore da postazione remota mediante l'ausilio di un
altro trasmettitore già memorizzato nell'impianto. Non essendo richiesta la presenza di ricevitori questa procedura può
avvenire in qualsiasi luogo lontano dall'impianto (per esempio nel vostro punto vendita di ducia).
L'abilitazione alla procedura di "memorizzazione rapida" viene abilitata o disabilitata sul ricevitore muovendo il
dip 4 del dip-switch D1.
• Dip 4 ON R.MEMO inserito: memorizzazione rapida abilitata
• Dip 4 OFF R.MEMO disinserito: memorizzazione rapida disabilitata.
- Togliere il guscio superiore dei trasmettitori da memorizzare e di quello già memorizzato facendo leva come indicato in
gura (dett. a).
- Afancare il trasmettitore A, già memorizzato sul ricevitore, al trasmettitore nuovo B(dett. b).
- Con un adeguato oggetto appuntito premere e rilasciare il tasto MR sui due trasmettitori (in sequenza o simultaneamente).
- I led arancione dei due trasmettitori lampeggiano lentamente.
- Premere e rilasciare sul trasmettitore Aun tasto di canale già attivo sul ricevitore (dett. c).
- Il led del nuovo trasmettitore Brimane acceso per 3 secondi per confermare la memorizzazione (dett. d).
Il trasmettitore Bè abilitato al comando del ricevitore esattamente come il trasmettitore A.

REMARKS
These instructions are aimed at professionally qualied "installers of electrical equipment" and
must respect the local standards and regulations in force. The use and installation of these appliances
must rigorously respect the indications supplied by the manufacturer and the safety standards and
regulations in force.
Attention! Only for EU customers - WEEE marking. This symbol indicates that once the products life-span
has expired it must be disposed of separately from other rubbish. The user is therefore obliged to either take
the product to a suitable differential collection site for electronic and electrical goods or to send it back to
the manufacturer if the intention is to replace it with a new equivalent version of the same product. Suitable
differential collection, environmental friendly treatment and disposal contributes to avoiding negative effects on the
ambient and consequently health as well as favouring the recycling of materials. Illicitly disposing of this product by the
owner is punishable by law and will be dealt with according to the laws and standards of the individual member nation.
Description
The S504 and S508 Radio control systems consist of one or more transmitters and one or more radio
programmerswhichcan be combinedtomeetthe specic needsofthesystem. Theradio programmer isable
to memorise up to 90 different codes and the generated code is memorised in a non-volatile memory module.
Important: The transmitted code changes for each command (rolling code). If disturbance interrupts the
transmission, the receiver will wait for a different code, the relay can then only be activated by rst releasing
and then pressing the transmitter channel button again.

Use
The radio programmer allows the remote control of one single phase motor 230Vac 1000W and nds
its best use in the command of automatic rolling shutters and rolling grills.

PREPARING THE SYSTEM
Maximum range: 30 metres in open space. It is good practise to position the receiver away
from computer systems, alarm systems and other possible sources of disturbance. The radio
programmer is supplied with a wire antenna ANT (g.1) already connected to its binding post
on the circuit.

Transmitters
The transmitter is pre-coded and is tted with an integrated circuit which is programmed in the factory
with a unique identication number. All the code parameters are contained in this integrated circuit. The
transmitter has an automatic shut down mechanism which cuts in after at least 20 seconds of continuous
use (this limits battery consumption).
Key block function
• A key block function has been added to protect the appliance from accidental
activation:
- to activate the function press and hold down “MR” for 8 seconds until the red
led starts ashing, at this point to activate a command you will need to press
the required key three times consecutively;
- to reset the function to standard operation standard press and hold down
“MR” for 8 seconds until the orange led starts ashing.
Installation
Depending on the type of installation, work out the position in which the interface will be situated
remembering that the site must be indoors, in a position safe from accidental collision and in a position
which the technician can easily reach.
• Using the container as a template mark the two points at which the fastening holes are to be drilled and
fasten down using two self-tapping M4 screws and relative rawplugs.

Electrical connection (fig. 1)
Before connecting the device to the mains make sure that:
- the voltage and frequency rated on the data plate conform to those of the mains supply;
- an all pole circuit breaker which leaves at least 3 mm between the contacts has been installed
between the device and the mains;
- the wires are fastened down using a cable clamp.
Attention!
- a 6,3A fuse (not supplied with the product) must be wired in series with the 230V power supply.
- only low voltage circuits may be wired to the external circuit binding posts 7…9 .

Motor connection
• Connect one of the motor phases to binding post 3- F1; the neutral wire to binding post
4- C; and the second motor phase to binding post 5- F2.
• Connect the 230V power supply to binding posts 1and 2.
• If the motor rotates in the wrong direction, invert the F1 and F2 phase wires.
Selector switch connection
• Wire a selector switch or an open close button between binding posts 7- 8
- 9and select the required function using dip-switch D1 as follows:

Setting the work cycle
• Move dip 3 D1 to ON, led L1 will light up.
• Press S1 , the motor will rotate in the closing direction.
• When it reaches the closing travel limit press S1 , the motor will rotate in the opening direction.
• When it reaches the opening travel limit press S1 , the motor will rotate in the closing direction.
• When it reaches the closing travel limit press S1 again, the motor will stop.
• Move dip 3 D1 to OFF to return to normal operation.
SYSTEM MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
Attention! Before memorising the transmitters for the rst time remember to cancel the entire memory
content by pressing and holding down S1 until led L1 remains lit.
• Memorizing channel codes
This operation is carried out using button S1.
• The rst time S1 is pressed L1 will flash once every 2 seconds; this operation allows you to automatically
memorise the Open-Stop-Close functions in a two or four channel remote control (see g. 4 channel
selection). Before ve seconds has passed press any button on the chosen remote control transmitter,
the led will remain lit while the function is memorised and then begin to ash again.
TXQ504C2: Channel A= OPEN - Channel B= CLOSE
TXQ504C4: Channel A= OPEN - Channel B= CLOSE - Channel C = STOP
- after 5 seconds of inactivity the procedure will quit and led L1 will switch off.

• The second time S1 is pressed (within 5 seconds) led L1 will ash twice every 2 seconds; press any
button on the chosen remote control transmitter to assign the Sequential Command to the chosen
channel A-B-C-D (see g. 4 channel selection).
e.g. pressing button Din a four-channel transmitter will give us

- after 5 seconds of inactivity inactivity the procedure will quit and led L1 will switch off.
• The third time S1 is pressed led L1 will ash three times every 2 seconds; function not used.
• The fourth time S1 is pressed led L1 will ash four times every 2 seconds; this operation allows you to
either cancel an entire transmitter or just one of the channels:
- press the relative channel button to remove the transmitter from the system;
Note: If you have assigned multiple sequential buttons you will have to cancel them one at a time.
• The fth time S1 is pressed led L1 will ash one every 2 seconds and the cycle will start again.
- after 5 seconds of inactivity led L1 will switch off.
• To reset the entire memory, press the programming button for about 10 seconds, until LED L1 lights up.

• Memorizing more transmitters by using a previously memorised transmitter.
This procedure allows you to enable a new transmitter (from a remote position) with the help of a transmitter that has
already been memorised in the system. As the presence of the receiver is not required this procedure can be carried out
in any remote location (for example in your chosen sales outlet).
Access to the "rapid memorizing" procedure can be enabled or disabled on the receiver by moving dip 4 of dip-
switch D1.

• Dip 4 OFF R.MEMO not inserted: the rapid memorization procedure is disabled.
- Remove the upper cover from the transmitter to be memorised and from the transmitter that has already been memo-
rised as shown in the drawing below (det. a).
- Place the transmitter A, that has already been memorised in the receiver, beside the new transmitter B(det. b).
- Using a pointed object press and release the MR button on both transmitter (in sequence or simultaneously).
- The orange LEDS on the transmitters will ash slowly.
- Press and release a channel button on transmitter Athat is already present in the receiver (det. c).
- The led of the new unit Bwill remain lit for 3 seconds to conrm memorization (det. d).
Transmitter Bwill now command the receiver exactly like transmitter A.

Description
Les systèmes de radioprogrammation S504 et S508 sont constitués d'un ou de plusieurs émetteurs
et d'un ou de plusieurs récepteurs, qui seront combinés en fonction des exigences spéciques de
l'installation. Le radioprogrammateur est en mesure de mémoriser jusqu'à 90 codes différents. En
phase de mémorisation, les codes sont transférés dans une mémoire non volatile.
Important: puisque à chaque commande le code émis change, si l'émission est interrompue par une
perturbation, il est nécessaire de délivrer à nouveau le signal en relâchant et en réappuyant la touche
de l'émetteur car le récepteur s'attend à recevoir un code différent.
