Recomendaciones
Para el montaje
• Antes de iniciar el montaje leer las instrucciones y
seguirlas durante el proceso de instalacion.
• Usar las herramientas adecuadas para cada
operación.
Electricidad
• Desconectar la llave de contacto.
• Desconectar la batería antes de empezar el montaje.
• Asegurarelconexionadodeloscomponentes eléctricos,
vericando su correcto encaje.
Tuberías
• Asegurarse que las mangueras de conducción del
refrigerante estén bien sujetas, de forma que no
puedan entrar en contacto con elementos cortantes o
muy calientes.
• Tener mucho cuidado al hacer taladros y cortes
para no dañar cables eléctricos o conducciones de
combustibles.
• Todos los racores han de estar limpios, debiéndose
aplicar una cierta cantidad del mismo aceite que use el
compresor antes de apretarlos.
• Apretar siempre los racores usando 2 llaves para evitar
roturas.

EVAPORADOR
Presentar conjunto evaporador en la zona más
ideónea de la cabina en posición vertical.
Desmontar tapa y serpentín y marcar puntos
de sujeción de evaporador. El equipo se puede
jar con tornillos directamente al cajón ó usando
soportes suministrados.
Efectuar taladros Ø 8,5 si han de ser pasantes
ó de Ø 11 si se van a colocar tuercas remache
M8.
Dar taladros Ø 35 en el lado derecho del cajón
si se desean pasar tuberías por este lado y
colocar pasamuros.

Poner tapones de tuercas en parte exterior de
la cabina.
Introducir serpentín en cajón, conectar cableado
de sonda antihielo y soplador y sacar cableado
por pasamuros hacia el exterior del mismo.
Conectar tubería 3/8 y 5/8 en serpentín,
jándolas a la válvula de expansión con brida
suministrada y tornillo 6/100x15.

Fijar evaporador con (4) tornillos 8/125x20 con
arandelas grower y planas si se han colocado
tuercas remache M6 y con (4) tornillos 8/100x30y
tuercas M8 con arandelas planas si son taladros
pasantes.

Montar tapa con tornillos previamente
desmontados.
Dar taladros en cabina, si fuera necesario, para
salida de tuberías y tubos de desagúe.
Colocar pasamuros y sacar tuberías y cableados
hacia el exterior.
Cortar tubo de desagúe y conectar en las dos “T”
empalme en el evaporador y sacar los dos tubos
hacia el exterior por el sitio más adecuado sin
que se produzca bucles o estrangulamientos.
Colocar en tubos válvulas de drenaje.

Conectar prolongaciones de sonda antihielo y
soplador y llevar hasta la ubicación de montaje
de la placa de mandos para conectar a la
misma.

MONTAJE PLACA DE MANDOS
Posicionar conjunto placa en el lugar más
idoneo y accesible de la cabina.
Marcar y efectuar corte a medidas indicadas.
Conectar cableados de prolongación con los de
la placa.(ver esquema eléctrico y de conexión
cableados).
Introducir cableados y conjunto placa a través
del corte efectuado en el salpicadero del
vehículo.

ATENCIÓN
El conjunto mandos incorpora un interruptor que
debe de seleccionarse de la siguiente manera:
Cuando el equipo se va a utilizar siempre con el
motor del vehículo arrancado debe pulsarse el
inrruptor hacia el resto de vehículos.
Cuando el equipo se va a utilizar tanto con el
motor parado como arrancado debe de pulsarse
el interruptor hacia sólo camiones. En éste
modo la autonomía del equipo dependerá de la
capacidad de la batería.
Sujetar conjunto placa de mandos efectuando
(4) taladros Ø 3 en el más idoneo. Fijar con (4)
tornillos roscachapa 4,2 x 16.

Conectar prolongación sonda de recirculación a
la misma y a la placa de mandos y montar en el
sitio deseado de la cabina.
Dar taladros en cabina si fuera necesario, para
llevar los cableados hasta la ubicación del
conjunto compresor y condensador.
Pasar tubería y cableados acompañando a
cableados ó tuberías originales para evitar
cortes ó estrangulamientos.

ATENCIÓN EL COMPRESOR DEBE DE FUNCIONAR
SIEMPRE EN POSICIÓN HORIZONTAL NUNCA EN
VERTICAL. SÓLO ADMITE UNA INCLINACIÓN DE 15º.

Desmontar carcasa protección conjunto
motocompresor, posicionar en el lugar deseado
para la instalación, marcar y efectuar taladros y
jar con tornillería suministrada.
Conectar clema del electro de conjunto
motocompresor y montar carcasa de protección
con tornillería suministrada.

CONJUNTO CONDENSADOR
CONEXIÓN TUBERÍAS Y CABLEADOS

1- Posicionar conjunto condensador en lugar
deseado, marcar efectuar taladros y jar
con tornillería suministrada.
1- Conectar tuberías y cableados pasándoles
por el sitio más idoneo evitando zonas
cortantes y estrangulamientos.
Se suministran abrazaderas y tornillerías
para sujección de los cableados y tuberías;
cubrecantos y pasamuros para protección
de los mismos!
Atención perder el sobrante de cableados
en el lugar más idoneo.

Recommendations
for assembly
• Before starting assembly, read the instructions and
follow them during the installation process.
• Use appropriate tools for each operation.
Electricity
• Disconnect the contact key.
• Disconnect the battery before starting assembly.
• Check the electrical component connections, ensuring
they are correctly tted.
Piping
• Ensure the refrigerant duct sleeves are secure and do
not come into contact with sharp or very hot elements.
• Take particular care when making the boreholes and
cutting, making sure there is no damage to the electric
cables or the fuel conduits.

• Always tighten the couplings using 2 wrenches to
prevent any breakage.

EVAPORATOR
Position the evaporator in the most ideal part of
the cabin in vertical position.
Take down the cover and coil and mark the
evaporator support points. The unit can be
secured to the tray directly with screws or using
the supplied support pieces.
Bore Ø8.5 holes for throughbore or Ø11 to
position M8 rivet nuts.
Bore Ø35 holes in the right side of the tray in
order to pass piping through this side, and then
position the bushing.

Place nut caps on the outside of the cabin.
Introduce the coil in the tray, connect the anti-
freeze sensor cabling and blower, and take out
the cabling through the bushing.
Connect the 3/8 and 5/8 piping in the coil and
secure to the expansion valve with the supplied
ange and 6/100x15 screw.

Secure the evaporator with (4) 8/125x20 screws
with grower and at washer when using M6 rivet
nuts and (4) 8/100x30 screws and M8 nuts with
at washers for throughbores.

Mount the cover with the previously removed
screws.
Make boreholes in the cabin, if necessary, for
the piping and wastewater pipe output.
Position the bushing and take out the piping and
cabling.
Cut the wastewater pipe and connect the
two T-joints in the evaporator, then run the
two pipes to the outside through the most
appropriate place, ensuring there are no loops
or constrictions. Position drainage valves in the
pipes.

Connect blower and anti-freeze sensor
extensions and run through to the control plate
assembly location for connection.

CONTROL PLATE ASSEMBLY
Position the plate in the most appropriate place,
accessible from the cabin.
Mark and cut at the indicated points.
Connect the plate and extension cables (see
wiring and cabling connection diagrams).
Introduce the cabling and plate unit through the
cut made in the vehicle dashboard.

CAUTION
The controls unit is tted with a switch which should
be used as follows:
When the unit is only to be used with the engine
running, press the switch towards the other
vehicles.
When the unit is to be used with the engine
either running or shut down, press the switch
towards trucks only. In this case, the capacity of
the battery will determine how long the unit can
run with the engine off.
Secure the control plate by making (4) Ø3
boreholes in the most appropriate place.
Secure with (4) 4.2 x 16 tapping screws.
