Glove Designation
These gloves are designed to protect the palm of the hands against minor abrasions and injuries which may come as a result of
handling rigging equipment.
These Gloves are classed as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the European PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and have been
shown to comply with this Regulation through the Harmonized European Standard(s) EN388:2016 EN 420: 2003 + A1: 2009
Performance and limitation of use
This product has been tested in accordance with EN388:2016 EN 420:2003+A1:2009
Do not use near machinery or moving parts (entanglement hazard)
Gloves do not protect against thermal or chemical hazards
Gloves should not be used to protect against cut hazards or sharp edges
Inspect gloves for damage and imperfections before use, do not use damaged gloves
Information regarding protection refers to the working surface, i.e. ‘the palm’ of the glove, which has been submitted to testing.
The protection levels indicated are only valid for new gloves.
Keep away from fire.
Storage
When not in use, store the product in a well-ventilated area away from damp
Keep out of direct sunlight, in a cool dry place
Cleaning and Maintenance
These gloves should not be washed, laundered or ironed
New and used gloves should be thoroughly inspected for damage before use.

The VENTA-COOL gloves failed to meet the minimum size requirements of EN 420:2003 + A1: 2009. This is due to
an intentional design feature of the gloves, in order to give the gloves a snugger fit and minimise/ reduce snagging. This is
important for the intended use in stage and entertainment rigging.

Ce produit a été testé en conformité avec la norme EN388:2016 EN 420:2003+A1:2009
Ne pas utiliser à proximité de machines ou de pièces mobiles (risque d’enchevêtrement)
Ces gants ne protègent pas contre des dangers thermiques ou chimiques
Ces gants ne doivent pas être utilisés en guise de protection contre des risques de coupures ou contre des arêtes vives
Avant utilisation, vérifier que les gants ne présentent aucun dommage ni aucune imperfection ; ne pas utiliser des gants
endommagés
Les informations sur la protection désignent la surface de travail, c’est-à-dire « la paume » du gant, qui a été soumise à des essais.
Les niveaux de protection indiqués ne sont valables que pour des gants neufs.

Entreposage
