This Duro-Med Freedom Series™ Deluxe Aluminum Folding Walker is guaranteed to be free from
manufacturing defects under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This
limited warranty does not apply to use in any clinical or commercial applications. If the unit fails to
operate during the warranty period, return it postage prepaid along with a copy of the original dated
purchase receipt and $10.00 for return shipping and insurance to: Duro-Med Industries, Attn: Repair
Department, 1788 W. Cherry St., Jesup, GA 31545. When returning a product, please also include a
letter with your name, address, phone number and brief description of the specific problem. Please
carefully package the product to avoid any damage that may occur during transit. If Duro-Med
determines that the unit failed to operate due to a manufacturing defect, the unit will be repaired
or replaced at the option of Duro-Med. Repair or replacement of the unit is the sole remedy under
this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
Duro-Med will honor all warranty claims that include a copy of the original dated purchase receipt.
This Limited Warranty constitutes Duro-Med’s only responsibility and obligation to repair and/or
replace materials or components. We make no other express or implied warranties, arising by
operation of law or otherwise, or any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or
purpose whether or not the use or purpose has been disclosed to Duro-Med in specifications,
drawings or otherwise, and whether or not Duro-Med’s products are specifically designed and/or
manufactured by Duro-Med for the buyer's use or purposes, except for the limited warranty stated
above. Duro-Med will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages or other loss, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of other property or
equipment and personal injuries, whether to purchaser or others. Duro-Med shall in no event be
liable to the purchaser for any amount in excess of the cost of repair and/or replacement of the unit.
This limited warranty supercedes any other warranty expressly written or implied.

Remove all parts from box and verify that you have received
one (1) Top Frame, two (2) Side Frames, four (4) Leg Extensions
and one (1) 3-Panel Pocket System.
NOTE: If any parts are missing, do not return to the place of
purchase. Contact Duro-Med Industries at 877-505-6190.

1. Open the Top Frame by
pulling apart both sides until
the push-button has clicked
and locked into place.

down to prepare for
attaching the two Side
Frames.

Frame. You will hear the
pins click in the pinholes
once the Side Frame is
locked in place. Repeat this
step for the opposite side.

Frame. You will hear the pins

Adjust all four Leg Extensions
to the same pinhole level.
Extend your arms down by your
sides. The handgrips should be
at wrist level when the walker is
adjusted to the proper height.

or travel by pressing the
push-button and folding each
side of the walker inward.

position. All pins must be pushed completely through the pinholes before using.
