Welcome to SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro,
your next generation, full face, anti-aging
and anti-blemish LED device.
Using the high-performance power of LED technology, help target spots,
blemishes, lines and wrinkles over your entire face in as quickly as 3 minutes a
day. Inspired by the same LED technology used in Dr. Gross’ dermatology ofce,
Spectralite™ FaceWare Pro is an at-home, hands-free, wearable device that
uses anti-aging red light and blemish-reducing blue light to target wrinkles and
spots. FaceWare Pro helps to stimulate skin’s collagen production to reduce even
the deepest lines, while reducing the appearance of blemishes for a smooth,
beautiful, youthful-looking complexion.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Do not operate device where it could come in contact with water.
• Do not use or charge device with power adapter that is damaged and/or faulty.
• Do not harshly bend or abuse wire of the USB charging cord.
• Do not attempt to take device apart. Device is not serviceable by user.
This will void the warranty.

• Do not use device if it is wet. If device comes in contact with water,
do not touch it until you rst unplug it.
• Do not use on red or swollen skin caused by a previous session.
Wait until the redness and swelling have disappeared before using the
device again. If you have skin redness or swelling that lasts for more
than 2 hours you may have light-sensitive skin. Stop using the device
and contact a healthcare professional.
• Do not use device on open wounds.
• Do not use device to target skin that is painful to touch, raised (higher
than surrounding skin), crusting, or bleeding. This may be a sign of a
more serious condition and should be checked by your doctor.
• No modication of this equipment is allowed.
• This device contains a Lithium Ion Battery. Before disposal of this device,
please review your local laws and requirements surrounding Lithium Ion
Battery disposal. The preferred method of disposal is through recycling.

CAUTIONS
• Discontinue use if device overheats or becomes uncomfortably hot.
• Always unplug device from outlet after charging is complete.
• Do not store device in direct sunlight or a location with temperatures
over 100°F/38°C as this may cause damage to the plastic coating.
• Use only the supplied Universal USB charging cord. Use of incorrect
charging cord could damage device.
• Do not attempt to open or repair device or power supply.
• Do not drop device on hard surfaces, as this could damage it. Using a
damaged device could result in skin injury.
• Do not use device on any area of the body other than the face. Using the
device on other areas of the body has not been tested and the risks
are unknown.
• If the area of skin for which you are using the device to target wrinkles
and/or blemishes appears to be worsening, you should cease use
and check with your doctor to make sure you do not have a more
serious condition.
• Contact your doctor if you have any medical questions regarding use
of this device.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Ask your doctor prior to using if you:
• Are taking prescription or over-the-counter drugs known to
cause light sensitivity.
• Have any suspicious or cancerous lesions.
Test yourself for light sensitivity prior to using on your face:
1. Power on your device.
2. Place the device on your arm and conduct a full 3-minute test.
3. After test is complete, visually check the area. If the area has turned
red and lasts for more than 2 hours, your skin has a sensitivity to light.

DEVICE OVERVIEW
SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro is a Light Emitting Diode (LED) device
that harnesses the energy of 100 anti-aging red lights and 60 blemish-
reducing blue lights to reduce the appearance of spots, blemishes,
lines and wrinkles while improving your natural skin tone. This device
incorporates natural light energy in the Blue (415nm), Amber (605nm),
Red (630nm), Deep Red (660nm), and Infrared (880nm) spectrums, that
is proven to reduce the appearance of blemishes and helps to increase
collagen production to minimize lines and wrinkles.
How it Works
Youthful skin is rich in collagen, which lifts and supports the skin. Collagen
works deep within skin like columns of tissue to support skin’s surface.
Over time, skin produces less collagen, and with exposure to sunlight,
healthy collagen becomes damaged. This can result in lines and wrinkles.
The spectrum of red lights in this device helps to increase collagen
production to diminish the look of lines and wrinkles.
Balanced, healthy skin is clear of spots and blemishes. Unbalanced skin is
due to excess sebum and dirt, leading to clogged pores that can become
unsightly blemishes. Our blue and red lights target these spots to reduce
redness, minimize the appearance of spots, and help prevent future
blemishes from forming.

Easy-to-use SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro is a state-of-the-art, anti-aging
and anti-blemish device that delivers quick, daily 3-minute sessions in the
comfort of your own home.
This device contains 3 settings:
• All Red Mode: Anti-Aging Lights
- Helps to increase the production of collagen
- Helps reduce ne lines and wrinkles
- Evens skin texture
- Helps minimize appearance of sunspots, age spots and
enhances skin tone
• All Blue Mode: Anti-Blemish Lights
- Helps reduce blemishes
- Helps decongest skin that is blemish prone
- Helps calms redness
• Red and Blue Mode: Both Anti-Aging Lights and Anti-Blemish

What to Expect
Users typically see a reduction of blemishes within a few days and a
clearing of spots as well as initial reduction of lines and wrinkles within
2 weeks of daily use. The best results for reduction of lines and wrinkles
occur after a 10-week course of daily use.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Set up:
1. Unpack your SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro.
2. Plug USB charging cord into port connector ⓵on device.
3. Plug USB charging cord into Universal USB Power Adapter (not
included) and into outlet for charging (use only UL or other locally
certied and compliant USB power adapter).
4. Charge your SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro for 2-4 hours. Device is fully
charged when Power Indicator Light ⓶ is solid (not ashing).
5. Place device in protective storage bag when not in use. Do not
store device in direct sunlight or a location with temperatures over
100°F/38°C as this may cause damage to plastic coating.
6. A fully charged device yields 24-30 minutes of use, approximately 8-10
sessions. When operating device multiple times, allow device to rest
5-10 minutes in between use.
Instructions for Use:
1. Wash and fully dry face prior to use.
2. Place device onto face and adjust straps to t securely around head.
3. Press and hold button for 2 seconds to power on device (lights will turn
on) and select device setting of your choice. SpectraLite™ FaceWare
Pro will automatically shut off after completion of a 3-minute session. To
turn off device prior to completion simply press and hold power button
until lights turn off.
4. Remove device from face and wipe device clean (see cleaning instructions).
5. Place device into protective storage bag.
6. After completing a session, apply topical products as desired.

Helpful Tips for Best Results:
• Use daily.
• Use device only on clean, dry skin.
• Do not use device after the application of products that contain SPF as
this may block light penetration.
Keep Skin Hydrated:
Immediately following session, apply a serum and/or moisturizer of your
choice from Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare™.
Maintenance:
1. It is important to keep device clean (see cleaning instructions).
2. This device has no serviceable parts. Battery is not accessible and not
serviceable. User should not attempt to access or service the battery as
this will damage the device and void the warranty.
3. Device includes only one button, which features the following:
a. Press and hold: Power on device in Red Light Mode
b. Click twice: Blue Light Mode
c. Click 3 times: Red Light and Blue Light Mode
d. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn device off at any time.
All settings are set to the factory setting.
4. Charge device only with the supplied USB charging cord and a
universal USB power adapter (not included).
5. Power indicator light will begin to ash when battery levels are low.
This indicates it is appropriate to begin recharging the device.

8. Compatible Power Supply: 120V/240V
Cleaning:
1. Turn device off and unplug from any power source.
2. Wipe the tops of the LEDs with an alcohol wipe or damp cloth to
remove any residue from skin oils after each use. This is especially
important if the device is being used by more than one individual.
3. Clean device body by using a damp or microber cloth. The microber
storage bag can be used for cleaning and polishing the body of device.
Do not use chemical or alcohol-based cleansers on exterior as harsh
chemicals may discolor the metallic panels.
4. Allow device to dry completely prior to use.
Troubleshooting:
1. System is not turning on:
a. Did you press and hold the on/off button for 2 seconds?
b. Is the device fully charged? (Power Indicator Light is
illuminated and solid)
c. Is the Power Indicator Light illuminated?
d. If device still does not turn on, call Client Care at +1-888-830-
SKIN or email an inquiry to [email protected]
(Be prepared with device serial number on hand.)
2. System is not charging:
a. Is USB charging cord rmly inserted into device? (Does Power
Indicator Light illuminate?)
b. Try a different USB Power Adapter to ensure it is working properly.
c. Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power
to the outlet.
d. If device still does not charge, call Client Care at
+1-888-830-SKIN.
3. System shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3-minute session:
a. System is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes.
b. System may shut off after multiple, repeated uses if the device
exceeds desired temperature. Allow device to rest for a
minimum of 10 minutes and try again.
c. If device continues to shut off prior to 3 minutes, please
contact Client Care at +1-888-830-SKIN.
4. Some lights appear turned off:
a. The infrared (IR) light spectrum is not visible to the human
eye. These lights will look as if they are not illuminated, but
they are operating properly. If the red and blue visible lights
are on, then the device is operating as designed.
