mit Bedienhebel und Einwegpumpe
Vor der Montage beachten:
Packen Sie den Karton aus, entfernen Sie die Kunststoffverpackung des Spenders und achten darauf,
dass folgende Teile enthalten sind:
1 Spender mit montierter Kunststoff-Einwegpumpe
1 Bedienhebel, der am Spender zu montieren ist (siehe 1 a)
1 Wandplatte zur Wandmontage (nicht nötig, wenn bereits eine passende Rückwand
vorhanden und montiert ist)
1 Tropfschale (zum Aufstecken nach der Spendermontage)
1 Beutel mit je einem Dreierset Schrauben und Dübel sowie einem Metallstreifen
1 Bedienungsanleitung deutsch bzw. deutsch und englisch
1 Installation/Bedienung
1a Spender komplettieren
Der Spender wird aus Platzgründen mit demontiertem Bedienhebel geliefert (Abb. 1). Zur Montage
• auf der Spenderrückseite den Bedienhebel einsetzen und eindrücken, bis er hörbar einrastet; den Metallstreifen einsetzen
(dient zur Sicherung des Bedienhebels und gleichzeitig als oberer Befestigungspunkt des Spenders auf der Wandplatte)
1b Spendermontage
• Wandplatte mit Dübeln und Schrauben befestigen (Abb. 3), (nicht notwendig, wenn Wandplatte bereits vorhanden)
• Spender von oben über die Wandplatte schieben, bis Verriegelungszunge hörbar einrastet
2 Inbetriebnahme
• Spender öffnen, dazu auf den Druckknopf oben unter dem Bedienhebel drücken (Abb. 2) und Deckel nach vorne klappen
• Verriegelungszunge der Wandplatte durch die Aussparung in der Spender-Rückwand nach außen drücken, Wandplatte nach unten
aus dem Gehäuse ziehen
• Volle Flasche (Desinfektionsmittel oder Seife) von unten über die Spenderpumpe schieben und in das Gehäuse einsetzen (Abb. 4);
Gehäuse deckel schließen und Tropfschale aufstecken
• bei der ersten Verwendung den Bedienhebel mehrmals bis zum Anschlag niederdrücken, bis an der Pumpenspitze Flüssigkeit austritt;
diese in ein geeignetes Gefäß auffangen
Hinweis: Vor Montage die Position des Spenders bestimmen
• falls gewünscht, über einem Waschbecken anbringen (nicht notwendigerweise, weil Tropfschale integriert ist)
• Montagehöhe über einem Waschbecken: ca. 15 bis 20 cm (Unterkante Spender)
• Montagehöhe (Fußboden bis Unterkante Spender) an der Wand: ca. 120 cm
• falls Spender in Fluren montiert werden: Montagehöhe so wählen, dass die Spender nicht durch Stationswagen u.ä. beschädigt werden können
3 Dosierung
• Die Spenderpumpe ist bei Lieferung auf die maximale Dosiermenge von 1,8 ml pro Hub eingestellt
• durch Verschieben der Dosiergabel nach rechts oder links lässt sich die Abgabemenge auf 1,2 ml bzw. 0,8 ml pro Hub reduzieren (Abb. 5)
4 Reinigung des Spenders / Austausch der Pumpe
• Der Spender ist grundsätzlich wartungsfrei, sollte aber aufgrund von Empfehlungen zur Infektionsvorsorge und Hygiene regelmäßig gereinigt
und eventuell desinziert werden
• Gehäuse nur mit mildem Reinigungsmittel säubern, falls gewünscht, mit Flächen-Desinfektionsmittel nachbehandeln
• das Gehäuse kann auch in einer geeigneten Spülmaschine gereinigt werden
• die Reinigung der Pumpe empfehlen wir nicht, um die Entstehung von Hygienemängeln bei der Aufbereitung von vornherein zu vermeiden:
Die Kunststoffpumpen sind als Einwegpumpen ausgelegt und können kostengünstig - eventuell sogar preisgünstiger als eine Aufbereitung
wäre - als Ersatzteil bezogen werden. Die Pumpen sollten deshalb bei Bedarf getauscht und die gebrauchten Pumpen in geeigneter Weise
entsorgt werden

Disinfectant and liquidsoap dispenser

with lever and disposable pump
Before assembly
Unpack the box, remove the plastic packaging around the dispenser and make sure that
the following parts are included:
1 dispenser with mounted plastic disposable pump
1 lever to be mounted on the dispenser (see 1 a)
1 wall plate for wall attachment (not necessary if there is already a suitable wall plate
available and mounted)
1 drip tray (for insertion after the dispenser has been mounted)
1 bag with a set of three screws and dowels as well as a metal stripe
1 operating manual in German or German and English
1 Installation/Operation
1a Complete assembly of the dispenser
For reasons of space, the dispenser is delivered with the lever removed (Fig. 1). To assemble it
• on the back of the dispenser, insert the lever and press until you hear it lock in place; replace the metal strip (is used to secure
the lever, and at the same time as the upper attachment point for the dispenser on the wall plate)
1b Mount dispenser
• Attach the wall plate using the dowels and screws (Fig. 3), (not necessary if a wall plate is already available)
• Push the dispenser into the wall plate from the top until you hear the locking pin lock in place
2 Initial use
• Open the dispenser, to do this press the button at the top underneath the lever (Fig. 2) and fold the cover down forwards
• Push the locking pin of the wall plate out through the recess in the back of the dispenser, pull the wall plate down and out of the housing
• Push a full bottle (disinfectant or soap) over the dispenser pump from below and insert it in the housing (Fig. 4); close the housing cover and
insert the drip dish
• The rst time you use the dispenser, press the lever down as far as it will go several times until liquid comes out of the pump nozzle, collect
this in a suitable receptacle
Note: Determine the position of the dispenser before mounting it on the wall
• Attach above a washbasin if required (not necessary because of the integrated drip tray)
• Mounting height above a washbasin: ca. 15 to 20 cm (bottom edge of dispenser)
• Mounting height (oor to bottom edge of dispenser) on the wall: approx. 120 cm
• If dispensers are mounted in corridors: Choose the mounting height in such a way that the dispensers cannot become damaged by
ward trolleys or similar
3 Dosing unit
• On delivery, the dispenser pump is set to the maximum dosing quantity of 1.8 ml per stroke
• This amount can be reduced to 1.2 ml or 0.8 ml per stroke by moving the dosing fork to the right or left (Fig. 5)
4 Cleaning the dispenser / replacing the pump
• The dispenser is basically maintenance-free, but should be cleaned and disinfected regularly if appropriate on the basis of infection prevention
and hygiene recommendations
• Only use a mild detergent to wipe down the housing, treat with disinfectant afterwards if required
• The housing can also be cleaned in a suitable dishwasher
• We do not recommend cleaning the pump in order to prevent hygiene problems arising: The plastic pumps have been designed as disposable
pumps and can be purchased at a favourable price - maybe at even less cost that would be incurred for cleaning - as a spare part.
For this reason, the pumps should be replaced if necessary, and the used pumps should be disposed of properly
